长江三角洲城市关系整合及苏州对策研究

长江三角洲地区是我国经济社会发展和城市化水平最高的地区之一。近年来 ,这一地区的交通运输网络已经或正在发生重大变化 ,整个区域的城市关系处在重构和整合之中。面对全区域城市化态势的新变化 ,苏州必须抓住契机 ,扩大改革开放 ,突破行政区划的局限 ,力争成为全区域最强的经济副中心。     

论深化国有企业改革

面对国内外市场上日益强大的竞争力,传统国有企业不同程度地陷入困境,深化国有企业改革已经迫在眉睫,对此要有生死存亡的紧迫感。深化国有企业改革的主要任务是在国有企业结构调整和转换企业经营机制方面尽快取得突破性进展,最终实现国有企业持续保持支柱地位、产业竞争力乃至国家竞争力得以不断提高的战略目标。

With a Little Help from Your Friends: The Importance of High‐quality Friendships on Early Adolescent Adjustment

The unique contributions of peer acceptance, friendship, and victimization to adjustment were examined. How these relational systems moderate the influence of one another to influence adjustment was also investigated. Friendship quality, a unique aspect of friendship, was expected to be especially important for adjustment when other relational systems were poor. A total of 238 fifth to eighth graders (boys = 109) participated in the survey‐style paradigm. Youth participants completed measures assessing their friendships and peer relationships. Teachers provided assessments of adjustment. Adolescents who had lower levels of peer acceptance, number of friends, and friendship quality had greater teacher‐reported maladjustment. Friendship quality was also an important buffer against adjustment problems when peer acceptance and number of friends were low. The outcomes of this article suggest that an approach that includes examining the quality of adolescents' friendships, peer interactions, and interactive models of relationship dimensions are informative for understanding adolescents' general adjustment.     

经济增长与税收调节——浅论宁夏地区经济与税收

区域经济可持续发展的核心是发展,而发展的关键是在经济增长的同时,使该地区社会经济结构趋于合理,经济效益有所提高,最终达到资源的永续利用和生态环境的改善,使经济、社会、环境协调统一的发展.宁夏地区在具体实施可持续发展战略中存在着诸如经济增长过分依赖投资拉动,经济效益逐年下降,经济结构不尽合理,不能突出地方特色产业,资源利用效率低等问题.需要对于宁夏地区急需发展的地方特色产业实行倾斜的税收政策,确定合理的征收量度,涵养经济,丰厚税基,逐步完善地方税收调节机制,使区域经济发展走入一个良性循环的轨道.     

Structural adjustment and family policy in Africa: Lessons from Sudan

The economic strategy pursued by a country profoundly influences the well-being of families. This article uses a social accounting model of the Sudanese economy to compare the effects of two alternative development strategies on growth, employment, and income distribution. The first strategy considered is a conventional growth-oriented strategy emphasizing irrigated, export-oriented agriculture and modern, capital-intensive industry; the second one is a traditional agriculture-led development (TALD) strategy focused on enhancing equity and improving family nutrition by expanding food production. The study's findings for Sudan demonstrate that there is no necessary trade-off between growth and equity. The TALD strategy fosters income growth for the most vulnerable families while simultaneously maximizing aggregate growth. It also holds the prospect of enhancing family equity and increasing access to traditional institutions that provide support to families.World BankHer research interests encompass issues related to poverty and inequality in developing countries. Block Bootstrap Calibration with Application to the Fire Weather Index

This article presents an analysis of Ontario Fire Weather Index (FWI) data^?The data used is ©1963–2004, Queen’s Printer for Ontario, Canada, and was referenced under agreement with the Ontario Ministry of Natural Resources.Color versions of one or more of the figures in the article can be found online at www.tandfonline.com/lssp. using the block bootstrap for time series. Confidence intervals for parameters such as the first lag autocorrelation can have low coverage relative to the nominal level. Therefore, adjustments to the confidence intervals are necessary in order to achieve reasonable accuracy. We introduce a confidence interval calibration method in which the length of the confidence interval is adjusted according to an amount determined from a double bootstrap. We compare this method with the α-level adjustment method, and we find that the length-adjustment method is superior under scenarios similar to that of the FWI data: coverage proportions are slightly higher for the length-adjustment approach, and confidence interval widths are markedly smaller. Applying the length-adjustment method to the Ontario FWI data gives different results than would be obtained without adjustment.     

基于行政区划调整的合肥市城郊旅游空间结构演变及优化

安徽省于2011年撤销地级巢湖市,对合肥市行政区划进行调整,新设的县级巢湖市、庐江县划归合肥市管辖。行政区划的调整,使得合肥市人口增加,城市范围扩大,城郊旅游空间也发生巨大变化。为了满足市民日益增长的休闲度假旅游需求,并且使得合肥城郊旅游得到更好的发展,基于合肥市行政区划调整的背景,运用城市中心距离、回转半径法、空间分布曲线及空间离散指数并借助G IS技术,分析出合肥市行政区划调整后城郊旅游空间结构的特征变化。结合合肥近几年城市空间发展趋势,将其城郊旅游优化为“三圈双核”的空间格局。
