影响大学生英语听力的情感因素与教学对策

本文指出在大学英语听力教学中存在的问题,并分析情感因素在听力教学中的作用,进而提出了相关对策。     

The Timing of Cohabitation and Engagement: Impact on First and Second Marriages

Using a multistate sample of marriages that took place in the 1990s, this study examined associations between premarital cohabitation history and marital quality in first (N = 437) and second marriages (N = 200) and marital instability in first marriages (intact N = 521, divorced N = 124). For first marriages, cohabiting with the spouse without first being engaged or married was associated with more negative interaction, higher self‐reported divorce proneness, and a greater probability of divorce compared to cohabiting after engagement or marriage (with patterns in the same direction for marital positivity). In contrast, there was a general risk associated with premarital cohabitation for second marriages on self‐reported indices of marital quality, with or without engagement when cohabitation began.

The Social Ecology of Marriage and Other Intimate Unions

This article provides an interdisciplinary framework for studying marital and other intimate relationships. Three levels of analysis are distinguished: (a) the society, characterized in terms of both macrosocietal forces and the ecological niches within which particular spouses and couples function; (b) the individual spouses, including their psychosocial and physical attributes, as well as the attitudes and beliefs they have about each other and their relationship; and (c) the marriage relationship, viewed as a behavioral system embedded within a larger network of close relationships. The discussion focuses primarily on the interplay between the spouses and their marriage, emphasizing the importance of distinguishing, both analytically and operationally, the individual from the dyadic (or group) levels of analysis. It is also argued that in order to appreciate how marriages work, social scientists must understand not only how these 2 levels of analysis interpenetrate each other but also how macrosocietal forces and the ecological niches within which couples live impinge on partners and their marital relationship.

学前教育师范生心理资本与就业力的关系：一个有调节的链式中介效应

为探究学前师范生心理资本对就业力的影响,以及专业承诺、学习投入和社会支持在其中的作用,以江苏省3所高校的244名学前教育师范生为研究对象,采用积极心理资本问卷、大学生专业承诺量表、学习投入量表、学前教育专业学生就业力量表以及领悟社会支持量表进行测量。结果发现,心理资本、专业承诺、学习投入、社会支持、就业力两两显著正相关;心理资本显著正向预测就业力,专业承诺和学习投入在心理资本对就业力的影响中起链式中介作用;社会支持能够调节专业承诺和学习投入对就业力的影响,具体来说,在低社会支持条件下,个体专业承诺对就业力的影响较强,而在高社会支持条件下,个体学习投入对就业力的影响较强。     

Krashen情感过滤因素对英语听力教学的影响

美国应用语言学家Krashen在前人和自己研究的基础上提出了旨在解释第二语言或外语习得的5个假设,统称监控理论,其中包括输入假设和情感过滤假设.情感因素中的自信、动机、焦虑感等对听力理解的影响很突出.英语教师研究改进教学方法和改善学习者学习策略的同时,更应尽量创造符合学习者情感和动机的条件,经常对课堂教学活动进行反思,尽力营造有利于提高学习质量的心理氛围,避免易于产生消极情绪的教学活动.     

语言焦虑与教师的调控

基于认知科学、语言学和心理学的研究成果 ,文章阐明了语言焦虑对外语教学的影响 ,归纳出大学英语学习中存在的典型的语言焦虑并分析其诱因 ,探讨了教师对语言焦虑实施调控的具体方案。     

论人本会计的实现手段

人本会计强调以人为本、多方利益相关者合作共赢,就必然涉及各方利益博弈与协调问题,从而需要确定能够实现各种生产要素和谐统一的企业经济价值与人的经济价值共同增长的总体思路与制度安排。人本会计的实现手段应该按照生产要素的不同获取方式分环节地进行设计,从而形成一个完整的体系。生产要素投入的人本会计实现手段以扩展的承诺收益法为核心,按生产要素投入、持续生产经营、经济利益分享、投入资本退出分环节进行设计。生产要素其他方式取得的人本会计实现手段以自激励报酬方案为核心进行设计。两种实现手段为生产要素所有者提供了自由选择的空间,并架起了连接人本会计基础理论与概念框架和应用理论的桥梁。
