流浪儿童救助保护中的“全人教育”模式研究——基于广东省少年儿童救助保护中心的调研

流浪儿童"全人教育"指的是根据流浪儿童的生理需求、心理特征、过往经验、性格特点、学习动机等主客观因素,来制定具有针对性的教学计划与教学活动的教育模式,旨在培养流浪儿童自尊自爱的意识,提升其家庭与社会责任感,增强其文化和生活技能,锻炼其回归社会的能力,以将流浪儿童培养成为一个具有独立人格的"全人"(合格公民)为目标。     

Bottom-up social enterprises in Romania. Case study – Retirees’ Mutual Aid Association

The purpose of this article is to present and analyze the organizational profile and distinctive development pattern of a successful bottom-up social enterprise in Romania, namely, the Retirees’ Mutual Aid Association (RMAA). Romania has recently rediscovered the world of social economy which brings together various organizations, from associations and foundations to cooperatives and commons, sharing a common interest in developing entrepreneurial activities to support social goals. In an ideological and public policy context which holds back the opening of the public market to the third sector and social economy actors, setting and running up such organizations remains a challenge. On the other hand, the isomorphic pressure exerted by the EU has resulted in a type of legislation targeted at social enterprises which focuses almost exclusively on work integration social enterprises. Nonetheless, Romania also features social enterprises that are not externally driven but developed bottom-up, starting from the needs of their members and of the communities in which they are established and developed. Using the data of extensive research conducted on social economy entities in Romania, we will present an organizational case study of a successful bottom-up social enterprise, namely RMAA.

当前制约中小企业发展的因素很多,其中,融资难是主要的"瓶颈"之一。借鉴国外对中小企业发展的融资支持,对于我国尽快健全和完善支持中小企业发展的政策扶持体系,创造良好的金融环境,无疑将积累必要的经验和提供有益的启示。     

被害人法律援助制度探究

针对国内外鲜见被害人法律援助制度立法现状,认为刑事法律援助不仅是对被告人的法律援助,对被害人的法律援助是其应有之义,因而主张建立被害人法律援助制度。从内外两个层面剖析被害人法律援助制度的价值,并就制度构建中的援助模式、机构、人员、时间、受援被害人资格与审查主体以及援助形式等问题作了探讨。     

新形势下高等院校贫困生资助工作初探

高校贫困生资助问题是近几年来社会各界关注的热点,建立和完善高校贫困生资助体系是高校改革和发展的需要。本文阐述高校贫困生产生的原因及我国现行贫困生资助工作中存在的问题,并就新形势下如何做好高校贫困生资助工作提出了几点对策。     

社会诚信：高校学生资助工作风险防范的基石——从社会学视角谈高校资助工作的风险防范

高校家庭经济困难学生资助工作中,存在着一些反映社会信用缺失的现象。从社会学的视角,对高校资助工作中社会信用缺失风险的表现、影响因素做了系统分析,并立足高校资助工作的实际,针对性地提出了建构诚信文化机制、严格工作规范机制、建立系统评价机制、强化社会监督机制等防范对策。     

Rethinking international and domestic financing for HIV in low‐ and middle‐income countries

The scaling up of treatment for HIV across the world has been one of the most significant recent achievements in international health. But the commitment on antiretroviral treatment also creates a financial liability which is large and insufficiently recognized. In this article, we explore how this financial liability could be met by domestic and international sources. We argue that (1) governments and donors should recognize the magnitude of the problem and develop tools to manage the liability, (2) allocation of aid should be more rational, transparent and sustainable, (3) more fiscal space should be created domestically, (4) borrowing offers some limited potential for prevention interventions characterized by high returns on investment, and (5) efficiency gains, while not in themselves likely to bridge the resourcing gap, should be energetically pursued.     

建立大学生网瘾特殊群体援助体系

大学生网瘾特殊群体给自身成长带来严重的负面影响。解决大学生的网瘾问题,必须从治本入手,建立心理、学习、就业援助体系及运用现代“脱瘾”法,形成多层次、多形式的大学生网瘾特殊群体援助体系,从而构建和谐文明校园。     

精准扶贫视阈下的高校学生资助工作研究 ——以河北工程大学为例

党的十八大报告明确提出到2020年全面建成小康社会的宏伟目标,十九大报告指出要坚持精准扶贫、精准脱贫。精准扶贫,是新形势下打赢脱贫攻坚战的战略指引。高校学生资助工作作为教育扶贫的重要组成部分,应该和国家扶贫开发中的精准扶贫思想相结合。文章从精准扶贫的提出背景出发,以河北工程大学为例,分析我国高校学生资助工作发展现状和存在的问题,并从精准扶贫的角度提出高校学生资助工作的提升策略,以期对我国教育扶贫工作提供有益参考。
