在分析以“盐课”满足“军国急需”由来已久、而两淮的盐赋在其中起着极其重要作用的基础上,论述了清代在两淮盐政中征收助军费用的形式、具体做法及激励措施,最后剖析了征（加）收助军费用对淮盐产销带来的消极影响。     

儿童大病医疗保障需求及制度分析——以佛山市为例

基本医疗保障制度对大病的保障水平有限,有必要扩大儿童大病的保障范围和提高保障力度,针对儿童的大病医疗保障制度存在区域性差异,研究地方性儿童大病医疗保障需求,及其现有覆盖范围、服务的提供,找出两者的差异,提出更适合本地当前社会需求的儿童大病医疗救助措施。     

The Use of a Workshop on Group Work for Field Instructors to Enhance Students' Experience with Group Work in the Field Practicum

To enhance student's learning about group work in the field practicum, one undergraduate program provided a continuing education workshop to field instructors in which core group work content was identified as were suggestions for how they could provide appropriate learning opportunities for their students. Results suggest that such training may positively affect students' opportunities to practice group work. The findings also are consistent with previous research that has demonstrated that social work students often have only limited opportunities to practice group work in the field.

ABSTRACT

Meals Made Easy was introduced as an interactive group cooking program at a food bank to help food bank clients learn to prepare economical and nutritious meals. Cognitive behavior strategies were used to alter their prevailing negative attitudes about participating in an on site cooking program, and to overcome self-defeating notions about their capabilities. Self-efficacy and mutual aid were promoted through the group program. Classes were open-ended to accommodate persons with a wide range of social, mental and physical disabilities. Over a two year period, 100 clients enrolled in the program, which comprised 10 series of 3 to 6 cooking classes. Analyses of self-evaluations and an independent focus group assessment showed that the participants not only benefited by learning to prepare nutritional meals, but also by improving their self-esteem and self-efficacy.     

A Mutual Aid Group Program for Women Who Use Violence

This article presents the development of a group program for women who use violence. A review of the North American literature and research into Quebec practices led the authors to adopt an intersectional feminist analysis of women’s violence and to choose the mutual aid group model. The program’s main objective is to help women find alternatives to the use of violence by working on three main themes: (1) violence, (2) socialization, and (3) life conditions. The program also aims to increase women’s empowerment through concrete experiences of group solidarity, such as by helping one another. Challenges that were encountered in its development and that are anticipated in its evaluation are discussed.     

Differential Models of Social Work Groups with Family Violence

This paper examines the research literature on multiple forms of family violence and proposes three social work group models to apply to this widespread phenomenon. The models proposed are group work with wife abusers, groups of reciprocated violent marital dyads and multiple violent family unit groups. The theoretical approach of each model is discussed as well as group composition, goals, tasks, structure, relational-interactional systems, worker role and means of service delivery. Important problems in group development of each model are identified and suggestions for worker intervention are outlined.     

The Use of a Mutual Aid Group with Home Attendants

SUMMARY

This article reflects the experience of six home attendants whose clients were individuals diagnosed with Alzheimer's and other related dementias. It examines how they used a mutual aid group to discuss the stresses, professional and personal problems that resulted from their work.
