A Cognitive Approach to Direct Practice with the Aging

The recent prominence of cognitive approaches in psychotherapy and more recently in social casework holds considerable promise for direct practice with olderpersons on both an individual and group basis. Several central concepts in cognitive theory are delineated and found to have particular advantages for the aging. First, they deal with conscious concerns and avoid the dangers of affective or regressive approaches in breaking down defenses. Second, they are heavily concerned with questions of meaning and self-concept, issues that are central to the last stage of life, as delineated by Erikson, and the task of achieving ego integrity over despair. Two case illustrations of the application of a cognitive approach in a group context are given.     

El afecto producido por la comparación social y su influencia sobre el burnout

Resumen

El objetivo del presente trabajo es estudiar la relación entre el afecto producido por el uso de la comparación social y el burnout. Para ello se ha contado con una muestra de 357 soldados profesionales de las Fuerzas Armadas Españolas. Se ha utilizado la versión española de la escala de “Identificación y Contraste” de van der Zee, Buunk, Sanderman, Botke y van der Bergh (2000). Esta escala consta de cuatro dimensiones que evalúan el afecto positivo y negativo ante la comparación social ascendente y descendente. También se usa el MBI (Maslach Burnout Inventory; Schaufeli, Leiter, Maslach y Jackson, 1996).

Se han realizado diferentes ecuaciones de regresión jerárquica para probar la influencia de las cuatro dimensiones del afecto producido por comparación social, del conflicto y la ambigüedad de rol y sus interacciones sobre el burnout. Los resultados muestran, que los afectos tanto positivos como negativos que surgen de la comparación social ascendente predicen el cinismo y el agotamiento emocional, mientras que, en la predicción de la reducción de la eficacia profesional, resultan significativas las cuatro dimensiones del afecto. También se encuentran interacciones significativas, entre las dimensiones de la comparación social y la claridad de rol, en la predicción de las tres dimensiones de burnout.     

工作倦怠的结构与测量

各种职业的从业人员中普遍存在工作倦怠现象,工作倦怠会对个体的身心健康和工作产生消极影响,因此必须对个体的工作倦怠程度进行测量,继而进行干预。本文介绍了国外主要的工作倦怠结构理论,以及MBI、BM、OLBI和S—MBM量表,总结了每种量表的优缺点,指出了各种倦怠量表均存在的主要问题,提出了量表的开发和改进方向。     

影响教师职业倦怠的情境因素、人格因素及其之间的关系

影响教师职业倦怠的因素主要可以归纳为情境因素和人格因素。以往的研究都侧重于对情境因素与人格因素的分别考察，而对二者之间的关系研究较少，而这正是今后教师职业倦怠研究的一个重要方向。     

工作特性与工作倦怠的关系研究

从工作激励潜能、工作特性及其与个体变量的交互作用的角度来分析工作倦怠,结果表明:激励潜能对工作怠慢有着预测作用,从工作本身中所获得的激励潜能越大,则工作怠慢程度越低,并且与性别、工作年限、婚姻存在着交互作用;此外,性别变量与工作完整性有着交互作用。为此,应该设计丰富化、扩大化及多元化的工作特性以提升工作的激励性,同时建立适当的倦怠管理机制,并考虑个体间的不同需求。     

高校学报编辑职业倦怠的现状及成因分析

学报编辑的职业倦怠是影响学报质量的关键因素。围绕着如何防范学报编辑职业倦怠这个问题,采用层次分析法对高校学报编辑职业倦怠的成因和各影响因素进行定量分析。分析结果表明,高校学报编辑的职业倦怠主要来自编辑的工作特性、工作环境、知识结构三个方面,基于工作特性的不可转变性,克服编辑职业倦怠的重点应放在改善其工作环境和完善其知识结构上。     

Associations among altruism, burnout dimensions, and organizational citizenship behaviour

Most studies of burnout have focused on lack of resources, prevalence of burnout, and negative outcomes. In contrast, this study examined the relationships among altruism, burnout and a positive outcome, namely, the engagement in organizational citizenship behaviour. Web questionnaires were distributed to employees in three professional organizations. The results from the 178 respondents indicated that altruism is related to organizational citizenship behaviour. Of the three dimensions of burnout, only reduced personal accomplishment was (negatively) associated with engagement in organizational citizenship behaviours. Implications of the results are discussed and directions for future research are offered.     

教师的职业倦怠与对策研究

教师的职业倦怠是指教师在体力、精力和能力上都无法应付外界的要求而产生的身心疲劳与耗竭的状态。本文着重阐述了教师职业倦怠产生的原因及职业倦怠带来的危害，并提出了相应的解决策略。     

高职学生英语学习倦怠成因及对策研究

本研究采用文献资料法、观察法、问卷调查法、访谈法、数理统计法等方法,对福建省3所高职院校进行了实地调查,并将获得的资料和数据进行了分析,结果显示目前高职学生英语学习倦怠情况比较普遍。在此基础上,探析高职学生英语学习倦怠的成因,并据此提出了相应的对策。
