Current records and record range with some applications

In a sequence of independent and identically distributed (iid) random variables, the upper (lower) current records and record range are studied. We derive general recurrence relations between the single and product moments for the upper and lower current records based on Weibull and positive Weibull distributions, as well as Pareto and negative Pareto distributions, respectively. Moreover, some asymptotic results for general current records are established. In addition, a recurrence relation and an explicit formula for the moments of record range based on the exponential distribution are given. Finally, numerical examples are presented to illustrate and corroborate theoretical results.     

各地区死亡率比较方法的改进及实证分析

长期以来,人们在分析各地区的人口死亡率时,都是用直接死亡率进行分析比较。然而在我国各地区人口基数不同的情况下,采用直接死亡率进行比较会带来很大的误差。本文对传统的死亡率进行了调节,并利用五普时各地区的死亡率进行了实证分析。     

An Evaluation of Population Estimates in Florida: April 1, 2000

The housing unit (HU) method is the most commonly used method for making small-area population estimates in the United States. These estimates are used for a wide variety of budgeting, planning, and analytical purposes. Given their importance, periodic evaluations of their accuracy are essential. In this article, we evaluate the accuracy of a set of HU population estimates for counties and subcounty areas in Florida, as of April 1, 2000. We investigate the influence of differences in population size and growth rate on estimation errors; compare the accuracy of several alternative techniques for estimating each of the major components of the HU method; compare the accuracy of 2000 estimates with that of estimates produced in 1980 and 1990; compare the accuracy of HU population estimates with that of estimates derived from other estimation methods; consider the role of professional judgment and the use of averaging in the construction of population estimates; and explore the impact of controlling one set of estimates to another. Our results confirm a number of findings that have been reported before and provide empirical evidence on several issues that have received little attention in the literature. We conclude with several observations regarding future directions in population estimation research.     

人口普查中的事后质量抽样调查

事后质量抽查是世界各国在人口普查中普遍采取的用来评估人口普查登记质量的调查方法,是评价数据质量的重要手段之一。本文主要从事后质量抽查的作用、抽样设计、调查方法、估计方法、抽查结果以及与以往相比有何改进等方面论述了2000年第五次全国人口普查中的事后质量抽样调查,并对人口普查的总人口漏报率进行了评估。     

韩国《近思录附注》学术价值探究

韩国朝鲜时代金平默所辑《近思录附注》,链接朱学著述及历代朱子学家的注释札记,接续韩国性理学传道谱系,是中韩性理学交流与联系的重要文本,其所搜集的注释、校勘迄至目前最为全面.该书对叶采的卷目结构、文本集解提出了较多的质疑,充分展现了韩国朱子学的“自主”特征.由于退溪与栗谷对《太极图说解》中“理”与“气”的意见分歧,这一差异反映在师门传述上,由此构成了性理学的演进脉络.《近思录附注》所构筑的“传心要诀”,是《近思录》传播发展的成熟境界,代表了韩国性理学史的理论构架.     

满文蒙文旧档删改前后的清政权历史定位

本文拟就努尔哈赤天命十一年与蒙古科尔沁部王太子奥巴结盟誓词和皇太极崇德年间蒙文藏事文书档案译稿等两组史料作切入点,来解读官方编纂的汉文清太祖、清太宗两朝实录,揭示其刻意对满文蒙文旧档中的关键词语作了明显的润色与篡改,从而使以满藏蒙关系为坐标的清政权的历史定位,多处偏离历史的真实界限。     

新疆"方神"本是戍边爱国之士--清末新疆方神志文辨析

文根据清末新疆有关地方史志资料的记载。对新疆的方神庙进行了分析考证,指出方神 是在反对和卓叛乱、维护祖国统一的斗争中,为救民于水火而英勇牺牲的戍边爱国之士。     

论郑振铎戏曲典籍整理的学术成就与文献价值

郑振铎是我国现当代著名的文学家、文献学家、文学史家、艺术史家和社会活动家,作为中国现代戏曲学的开创者,在整理戏曲文献、创构戏曲历史与拓展戏曲评论方面都起过筚路蓝缕和披荆斩棘的先导作用。他竭力探寻收集与潜心梳理编纂戏曲文献,全力收藏与精心鉴定戏曲作品、论著版本,毕生虽没有出版一部戏曲校点著作,却从未轻视过戏曲文献的勘误和订正,取得了举世瞩目的巨大学术成就,为我国戏曲典籍收藏保存与整理研究作出了不可磨灭的卓越贡献。     

论宽严相济刑事政策下的前科消灭制度

我国现行前科制度与我国长期坚持"严打"的刑事政策相适应,前科消灭则适应宽严相济的刑事政策理念,符合刑法正当性原则,体现保护人权和刑罚谦抑的精神,契合法律的双重规制机能。我国已对未成年人的前科消灭进行了试点。随着宽严相济刑事政策的深入贯彻,我国有必要建立针对所有犯罪人的前科消灭制度。前科消灭的确认应综合考虑行为人的主观反社会性和前科经历的时间,前科的消灭还需适用严格的程序和特定的方式。     

高职英语专业学生英语自主学习能力培养的实证研究——以咸宁职业技术学院英语专业为例

以咸宁职业技术学院英语专业2个班级为研究对象,通过实验前后对控制班和试验班的自主学习能力、学习策略的使用情况进行问卷调查和测试分析,研究高职英语专业学生英语自主学习能力培养。结果表明：对学生进行策略训练可以提高学生对学生策略的使用,有利于学生自主学习能力和学生学习成绩的提高。进一步进行相关性分析,发现各项学习策略与自主学习能力和学业成绩,以及自主学习与测试成绩之间均呈显著的正相关。
