初中生物新课程实验课教学培训的内容和方法

从教师层面,探讨了初中生物新课程实验课教学培训的内容和方法。培训内容为实验课教学的理念、课标实验总体分析、教材中的具体实验、实验设计、实验教学方法、实验改进、多媒体虚拟实验和实验评价八个方面。培训方法主要是读、研讨、做、中学实验教学实践。     

Cyborg Writing as a Political Act: Reading Donna Haraway in Organization Studies

Extending the works of scholars who have elucidated writing as the quintessential site for social transformation, the aim of this article is to locate the myriad possibilities for actualizing Donna Haraway's concept of cyborg writing in the field of organization studies. I contend that cyborg writing functions as a discursive mechanism by which to disrupt Enlightenment ideals of Cartesian duality, objectivity and rationality. These ideals inform the very structure of masculine privilege that emerge from having a society that is organized along androcentric values. Situating the scholarship of Jo Brewis, a contemporary scholar in the field, I illuminate how cyborg writing can be practised effectively, whereby greater richness is imparted into conceptualizations of, and theorizing on, organizational and management phenomena. I conclude with a discussion of the implications of cyborg writing, and with the identification of two trajectories that scholars can pursue in future studies. Progress along these two paths will move towards actualizing the feminist project for gender egalitarianism.

Graphical methods for comparing confounding in two or more designs

In many circumstances it is necessary to design an experiment with partial confounding of parameter estimates. In this situation, one would like to have tools to assess and compare candidate designs graphically. In this paper we discuss two graphical representations of design properties, and illustrate their application with two examples.     

Experimental designs and their efficiencies for spatially correlated observations in two dimensions

Optimality of experimental designs for spatially correlated observations is investigated.come two dimensional correlation structures are discussed and an attempt has been made to find optimal or nearly optimal design for each sitution.The solution lend to designs similar to that used for repeated measurements.The relative efficiency of the proposed designs in comparison to randomized latin square designs is tabulated for some cases.     

测试技术课程改革与实践

测试技术属于边缘科学,起点高、知识面广、难度大,不仅学科跨度大,涉及机、电、液、光、声、数学及自动控制等几方面,而且该课程实践性很强,实践环节在整个教学过程中占有相当大的比重,因而教与学均存在一定的困难。文章在分析传统教学存在问题的基础上,提出新的教学方法,调整教学内容顺序,突出教学重点,运用工程实例教学法,强化学生的实验训练。     

计算机文化基础实验课网络教学的实证研究

针对传统的计算机文化基础实验教学存在着教学模式单一,师生、生生之间的互动交流少,学生的积极性不高,课时量不足等问题,在分析计算机文化基础实验教学研究现状的基础上,研究利用天空教室来开展计算机文化基础实验课网络教学,开展了教学实验。研究结果表明,利用网络平台开展计算机文化基础实验课教学,具有传统教学无法比拟的优势,利用此网络平台开展计算机文化基础实验教学,有助于提高大学生的计算机操作技能和信息素养。
