社会转型期弱势群体的利益表达机制探析

在20世纪90年代以来的社会转型过程中所形成的弱势群体,是和谐社会视角下的一个热点问题,也是十六届六中全会有关社会体制改革所关注的一个焦点.弱势群体的利益表达有利于政治稳定和社会和谐,有利于利益均衡和社会发展,也有利于实现社会的公平与正义.通过构建有效的弱势群体利益表达机制,使其能够拥有平等的利益表达权利,自主、理性、合法地进行利益表达,从而由权利均衡走向利益均衡,是促进弱势群体走出困境的一种有效制度安排.     

Injunctive Norms and Problem Gambling among College Students

Two studies examined the relationships among injunctive norms and college student gambling. In study 1 we evaluated the accuracy of perceptions of other students’ approval of gambling and the relationship between perceived approval and gambling behavior. In study 2 we evaluated gambling behavior as a function of perceptions of approval of other students, friends, and family. In study 1, which included 2524 college students, perceptions of other students’ approval of gambling were found to be overestimated and were negatively associated with gambling behavior. The results of study 2, which included 565 college students, replicated the findings of study 1 and revealed positive associations between gambling behavior and perceived approval of friends and family. Results highlight the complexity of injunctive norms and the importance of considering the reference group (e.g., peers, friends, family members) in their evaluation. Results also encourage caution in considering the incorporation of injunctive norms in prevention and intervention approaches.     

Child protection decision-making

The effects of interagency collaboration on risk assessment in child protection practice were analysed in respect of the decision-making processes in child death inquiries. Universal features in the assessment of risk as identified in psychological literature were applied; in particular, the concepts of ‘groupthink’, the ‘certainty effect’ and ‘group polarization’. It is suggested that case conference decisions are inherently more risky than those taken by professionals with individual responsibility because of the way in which cases are framed in terms of losses.

我国朝鲜族加入中华民族大家庭的历史过程,始于清代,经民国、伪满、解放战争时期,直至中华人民共和国成立,最后成为我国公民。在这一过程中,朝鲜族人民与其他民族一道,在开发东北边疆和反帝反封建斗争中,患难与共,结成了深厚的友谊和不可分割的关系。朝鲜族人民不断吸收中华民族的优秀文化,逐步发展成为当之无愧的我国56个民族之一。

分析了高校社科学报目前存在的诸多问题:一是数量多,刊名相似;二是特色趋同,影响小;三是办刊模式陈旧,市场意识缺乏。认为高校社科学报在市场竞争中生存下去的手段是开办特色栏目,并指出设置特色栏目的方法:找准特色,开发作者群,选择好学术带头人。     

《史地学报》及其群体与《学衡》之关系的探讨

从吴宓到鲁迅,再到后来的研究者,都将<史地学报>和<学衡>紧密地联系在一起.将前者的核心人物、诸位同人和刊物本身三个层面与后者进行比较分析,不仅可以揭示1920年代在南京乃至全国学界甚有影响的两份刊物之间的密切关系与异同所在,同时也可展现当时相关学术群体的学术风貌.     

康定市吉居藏语所属问题

本文针对分布在四川甘孜州康定市吉居乡的藏族语言进行分析。吉居话的语言所属在以往研究里没有共识,有属于扎巴语的意见和属于康巴藏语的意见。通过与藏文的对比,可见该语言为一个属于康巴藏语崩波岗方言群的土话,并非木雅语或扎巴语。基于与吉居话周边土话的比较,我们提出吉居话属于崩波岗方言群雅砻江组的假设性结论。本文的分析方法亦能作为识别康巴藏语中方言所属的参考。     

Double and group acceptance sampling plan for truncated life test based on inverse log-logistic distribution

This paper introduces a double and group acceptance sampling plans based on time truncated lifetimes when the lifetime of an item follows the inverse log-logistic (ILL) distribution with known shape parameter. The operating characteristic function and average sample number (ASN) values of the double acceptance sampling inspection plan are provided. The values of the minimum number of groups and operating characteristic function for various quality levels are obtained for a group acceptance sampling inspection plan. A comparative study between single acceptance sampling inspection plan and double acceptance sampling inspection plan is carried out in terms of sample size. One simulated example and four real-life examples are discussed to show the applicability of the proposed double and group acceptance sampling inspection plans for ILL distributed quality parameters.     

追问盘古——盘古神话来源问题研究之一

盘古神话在先秦乃至秦汉时期的汉文古籍中均没有记载,直到三国时代才出现在徐整的《三五历纪》中。盘古神话源自何处?源自什么民族?这是近百年来学术界争论不休的一个问题。本文及以后将陆续发表的系列研究文章认为,盘古神话来源于华南珠江流域的两粤(广东、广西)地区,来源于华南珠江流域的原住民族——壮侗语民族。
