高技术企业的融资方式分为内源融资与外源融资 ,其成长需经历孕育期、创建期、发展期和成熟期四个阶段 ,所以中国高技术企业在选择融资方式时 ,必须根据自身阶段性发展的特点 ,综合考虑不同融资方式对企业融资数量、融资成本等的影响     

St. Wolfgang College's Health

St. Wolfgang College recently decided to change its health care plan. The administration took this action after just minimum consultation with the faculty. Consequently, the faculty is disheartened, seeing the action as a reflection of the college's top down decision making process and command culture. Faculty are in a quadary as to what they can do. Further, the administration of the college has largely rebuffed the faculty's efforts to increase its involvement in governance, rejecting a faculty reform effort. The college's president has a background primarily in administration at the secondary school level. Since assuming leadership he has focused on improving physical plant. He avows a mission of enhancing the college's academic reputation and has taken actions that he and the administration believe will achieve this goal, such as dismantling two year degree programs that primarily serve disadvantaged and minority students and providing extra funding to flagship programs. 基于转换成本的电子忠诚的实证研究

将感知风险作为调节变量,构建了电子商务环境下转换成本对电子忠诚影响作用的概念模型并提出假设。以具有网上购物经验的学生为数据收集对象,运用线性回归分析法及SPSS软件对数据进行处理。数据结果表明：转换成本对电子忠诚具有正向影响作用,感知风险对转换成本与电子忠诚之间的作用关系具有调节作用。电子商务企业应充分降低顾客对网站的感知风险,以达到提高电子忠诚的目的。     

市场化进程、代理成本与公司过度投资行为

该文以我国沪深A股上市公司2003—2009年的数据为研究样本,在双重代理成本的分析框架下,实证检验了市场化进程和代理成本对公司过度投资行为的影响。研究结果表明,我国上市公司因过度投资存在很强的投资现金流敏感性,两类代理成本都会加剧公司的过度投资行为;而市场化进程能够抑制公司过度投资的同时,还能降低双重代理成本对公司过度投资的影响。     

价值链整合与价值模块整合——兼论我国IT制造业结构优化的方向

随着信息技术和经济全球化的迅猛发展,产业组织结构和价值创造体系在全球范围出现了前所未有的解构与整合。本文从价值链与模块化的相关理论出发,阐述了产业链整合的机制与动向,并在交易的复杂性、信息可编码识别的程度和供应商能力三要素的基础上,分析了产业链整合的诸形态,重点对价值链与价值模块的整合机制作了较深入的探讨。本文还对我国的IT制造业如何选择适当的整合模式以促进产业升级提出了建议。     

论城市化中城市的最优规模——一个简单的城市经济模型

在城市化与经济增长相互促进的关系问题上,较为多见的一个观点是:在中国西部省份,经济增长对城市化的推动作用强于城市化对经济增长的促进作用,即城市化对其经济增长的促进作用不明显。原因何在?文章试图为解决这个问题建立一个理论框架。首先,对城市化促进经济增长的理论与机制作了一番梳理,指出其核心在于城市的聚集经济。然后,在此基础上,运用边际分析思想构建了一个规模优化的城市经济模型,此时,城市的净规模收益达到最大。     

Modeling offset policy in government procurement

This paper develops an empirical model to examine offset arrangements in government procurement. Offsets are non-standard contracts that governments use to extract rents from multinational corporations. Previous contributions focus on the transaction cost Taylor (2003); Udis and Maskus (1991); Liesch (1991) and bundling Hall and Markowski (1996) rationale for offsets. These studies are meaningful, but are devoid of quantitative models needed to test the theoretical claims. This study fills part of the gap in the literature. The results suggest that while economic variables (transaction costs, price, quality) are part of the offset selection process, political economy variables (security alliances and rent-seeking) tend to exert more influence on policy.     

Price Setting With Menu Cost for Multiproduct Firms

We model the decisions of a multiproduct firm that faces a fixed “menu” cost: once it is paid, the firm can adjust the price of all its products. We characterize analytically the steady state firm's decisions in terms of the structural parameters: the variability of the flexible prices, the curvature of the profit function, the size of the menu cost, and the number of products sold. We provide expressions for the steady state frequency of adjustment, the hazard rate of price adjustments, and the size distribution of price changes, all in terms of the structural parameters. We study analytically the impulse response of aggregate prices and output to a monetary shock. The size of the output response and its duration both increase with the number of products; they more than double as the number of products goes from 1 to 10, quickly converging to the response of Taylor's staggered price model.
