浙江海洋文化的前世今生（一）

浙江是著名的文物之邦,擅山海之力,得人才之盛。不仅地理环境得天独厚,而且人文传承源远流长。人类文化有两个鲜明特征,一个是地域性,一个是历史性。船行四海,港通天下,浙江海洋文化因海生成,因船启航,拓展了中国的造船史和航海史;历块过都,越海跨洋,贯通古今中西,培育了浙江人乘风破浪、开拓进取、兼容并蓄、同舟共济、敢为天下先的人文精神。浙江海洋文化在世界海洋文化史上具有鲜明的地域特色和历史地位。

论帮助犯罪分子逃避处罚罪的既遂形态

"帮助犯罪分子逃避处罚"并非本罪构成要件中的目的或结果,而是本罪的行为方式。本罪行为过程分为帮助方获取信息或者双方共谋—通风报信(提供便利)—"犯罪分子"积极配合—犯罪分子采取行动,在此过程中有成立犯罪未遂、中止的可能性,行为的自然属性具有过程性、时间持续性;本罪行为的社会属性系侵犯了特定的刑事诉讼活动,其社会危害性不同于举动犯、危险犯。因此本罪系行为犯中的过程犯,其既遂点是获得帮助的犯罪分子积极配合并着手采取妨害司法机关刑事诉讼活动。     

How Rehabilitation Professionals Define the Concepts of Spirituality and Religion When Working with Individuals with Disabilities

ABSTRACT

Recently, some helping professionals have called for the inclusion of spirituality and religion in practice. This has created an important debate. As a result, it has become apparent that individual educators and practitioners are unclear about what is meant by these concepts as they relate to practice. This study utilized in-depth interviews to understand the essential meanings that fifteen rehabilitation professionals assigned to the concepts of spirituality and religion in their practices with individuals with disabilities. Two essential themes developed for spirituality, and three developed for religion. Implications for the future use of these concepts in practice are discussed.

Possibilities for Intervention in Domestic Violence: Frame Analysis of Health Care Professionals’ Attitudes

ABSTRACT. Violence is a serious problem, and social and health care providers are in a key position for implementing successful interventions. This qualitative study of 6 focus groups with professionals (n = 30) examines the health care professionals’ ways of framing a domestic violence intervention. Of special interest here is how professionals see their own roles in the process of recognizing and helping victims of domestic violence. By using Erving Goffman's frame analysis, this study identifies several frames that either: a) emphasize the obstacles to intervention and justify nonintervention, or on the contrary, b) question these obstacles and find justifications for intervention. The possibilities for intervention are further explored by analyzing the ways in which the dynamics between the different frames allow redefinition of domestic violence interventions. Despite the challenges involved in a domestic violence intervention, there seems to be potential for change in personal attitudes and reform of professional practices. The research findings underline the role of social and health care professionals as members of a larger chain of service providers working collaboratively against domestic violence. Implications for practice and directions in policy and future research are suggested.     

Coronary Heart Disease and Family Functioning

Forty families of patients 60 years old and younger who had suffered from their first heart attack, drawn from five hospitals in a metropolitan area, were studied during the hospitalization, a month after discharge from hospital, and two months later. This paper explores the impact of heart disease on family functioning and examines the process of family adjustment to the crisis over a period of about four months. The impacts varied in different areas of family functioning as well as at different points in time. Family social integration was found to be the most useful resource for coping, cohesion to be of some help, and adaptability to be of little relevance. The study highlights the need for identifying, strengthening and mobilizing family social networks as part of the intervention in such crises.     

转型背景下雇佣关系模式对员工助人行为的影响

通过对我国264对上下级的问卷调查发现,员工基于组织的自尊在互相投入和过度投入雇佣关系模式与助人行为之间发挥完全中介作用。相比过度投入而言,互相投入模式对员工基于组织的自尊有更大的正向影响。同时,研究还发现,个体的传统性文化价值观会调节这2种雇佣关系模式与基于组织自尊的关系。具体而言,对于传统性较高的员工,这2种雇佣模式对基于组织自尊的影响变弱;对于传统性较低的员工,2种雇佣模式对基于组织自尊的影响增强。
