构建和谐社会要处理好现阶段的人民内部矛盾

社会和谐是中国特色社会主义社会的本质属性,构建社会主义和谐社会必须妥善处理人民内部矛盾.当前我国社会存在不和谐因素较多的人民内部矛盾主要是非公有企业管理者与普通员工在企业管理上的矛盾,以及党政机关公务员与普通公民在社会管理上的矛盾.正确处理人民内部矛盾需要各级党政领导机关及领导干部牢固确立和认真实践全心全意为人民服务的执政理念,在执政活动中加强制度建设,妥善协调各方面的利益关系,积极构建人民调解机制,大力宣传和谐理念,建设和谐文化,力求实现人民内部相互关系的和谐.     

论诊所式法律教育

诊所法律教育作为一种新型的教学模式，是对中国传统法学教育模式的改革与创新。但是，目前诊所教育在我国确实存在一定的问题，正视这些问题对于发展诊所法律教育，使其具有强大的生命力具有重要作用。     

水库溃坝洪水数值模拟与防洪管理对策研究

目前防洪措施的制定主要基于定性分析与经验判断，防洪措施集中于防洪工程设施的管理与维护、源头控制、法规制定、自然保护区措施、经济手段、洪水预警等方面，缺乏基于定量分析的防洪措施的研究。基于溃坝洪水数值模拟得到的淹没范围、水深和流速等关键信息，对深圳市公明水库的防洪工程与非工程措施进行了研究，为区域防洪决策与规划管理提供了理论依据。     

构建高校学困生帮助机制的原则

针对高校学困生群体中存在的问题,采用理论分析的方法,提出了构建高校学困生帮助机制必须遵循科学性与实效性相结合、全面性与系统性相结合、主体性和灵活性相结合、继承性与创新性相结合四个原则。这四个原则是引导、帮助学困生正确认识学习危机,妥善处理学习困难,获得健康发展的重要措施。     

Managing Invasive Species in the Presence of Endogenous Technological Change with Uncertainty

This research incorporates the development and adoption of an induced technology under uncertainty into a conceptual dynamic model to more broadly examine efficient policies for mitigating invasive species infestations. We find that under optimal policy, marginal costs of adopting conventional control measures are equal to the sum of the marginal benefits from development and adoption of new technology, as well as the use of conventional control measures. This result implies that a resource allocation designed for controlling invasive species is not adequate when an induced technology is not considered. Our results also reveal that the shadow values associated with the probabilities of developing and then adopting an induced technology increase as the shadow values associated with the stock of an invasive species population increase.     

A note on information theoretic measures

An axiomatic characterization of an information theoretic quantity is given using only two axioms. In particular, this quantity contain PEARSON'S chi-square statistic and some other useful measures     

A table of some percentage points of the distribution of a difference between independent chi-square variables

The distribution of Bell-Doksum measure of correlation is that of a difference between independent chi-square variables with equal weights. A table of percentage points computed here for the distribution may be used to test a hypothesis of no correlation between two variables. The distribution of a diffference between independent chi-square variables is also useful in studying variance component estimators and some general results corresponding to the distribution are given.     

Efficiency evaluation of banks in China: A dynamic two-stage slacks-based measure approach

Operational processes of banks in China can be divided into productivity and profitability stages. Within this, non-performing loans can be treated as a carry-over variable, an undesirable output of the profitability stage in the previous period but an input to the profitability stage in the current period. Using this framework, this paper proposes a dynamic two-stage slacks-based measure model to evaluate the efficiencies of Chinese banks. Based on the proposed model, the measures of stage, period and period stage efficiencies are defined. The proposed approach is applied to evaluate the operational efficiency of banks in China during 2008–2012. Key findings are that banks in China show both technical and scale inefficiency during 2008–2012, which results from the inefficiencies of both the productivity stage and profitability stage; city-owned commercial banks are more overall technically efficient than state-owned commercial banks and joint-stock commercial banks although state-owned commercial banks show best practice for pure technical efficiency, and city-owned commercial banks perform better than joint-stock commercial banks for pure technical efficiency.     

The Marital Scales: Measurement of Intent,Attitudes, and Aspects Regarding Marital Relationships

Studies on marital relationships focus on intent to marry, global positive or negative attitudes toward marriage, and expectations for what married life will be like. There are currently no instruments capable of assessing all three of these areas. This study outlines the development and validation of the Marital Scales. One is designed to measure intent to marry (Intent to Marry Scale), another is for general attitudes toward marriage (General Attitudes Toward Marriage Scale), and the last scale measures expectations for marital relationships (Aspects of Marriage Scale). They are also designed to be applicable for any individual, regardless of marital status or sexual orientation. Results demonstrated excellent factor structure, and good internal reliability and construct validity for the instrument.     

外资并购我国农业龙头企业的影响及法律对策

2006年以来,我国加入世贸组织过渡期基本结束,农业领域外商投资出现了许多新情况、新问题。针对最近几年跨国公司对我国涉农企业进行的"斩首式"并购引发的农业产业安全隐患,通过分析我国农业龙头企业在我国农村经济发展、尤其是农业产业化发展的重要性,阐述外资并购我国农业龙头企业的诸多不利影响,提出应对的具体对策。
