对高校办学特色研究的理性审思

我国高校办学特色的研究经历了萌芽、初探、繁荣和深化四个阶段,研究的主题内容涉及高校办学特色的内涵、特性、结构、影响因素和形成策略等。目前该领域研究存在着研究内容缺乏一定的理论深度、研究方法缺乏整合与创新、理论基础研究有待深入、不同类型层次高校办学特色研究尚需加强等问题。高校办学特色进一步深入研究,必须重视高校办学定位的研究、加强高校办学特色的形成机制研究、注重高校办学特色的跨学科整合性研究、倡导高校办学特色的元研究、突出高校办学特色的实践取向研究。     

商务英语学基本问题与逻辑起点研究

商务英语学作为一门独立的学科要建立起来,需要明确其学科的基本问题及其逻辑起点,因为学科的基本问题是一门学科的中心所在,逻辑起点是学科的基石和血脉。对商务英语学科的基本问题和逻辑起点进行了探讨,认为商务英语学的基本问题是"商务"与"英语"的交叉平衡问题,逻辑起点是"商务英语教育"活动。     

复合型人才培养模式创新的探索和成功实践—以浙江大学竺可桢学院强化班为例

互联网高速发展时代,培养复合型人才成为时代发展的要求,也是高校转变人才培养的方向。运用共生理论探讨高校复合型人才培养模式中高校、企业、政府三者之间的关系,提出“三层次嵌套”复合型人才培养的共生系统。并在此基础上,结合案例分析,具体阐述共生复合型人才培养体系的形成机制,对我国高校尤其是研究型综合性大学的复合型人才培养提供一些启示和借鉴。     

北航工科研究生创新能力培养模式研究

从学习意识、课程设置、导师指导和国际化方面系统分析了影响工科研究生创新能力的因素,依托北航研究生培养体制和指导工科研究生科研创新的实践经历为背景,从激发学习兴趣、改革课程设置、提高导师责任心、设置跨学科导师指导小组、强化国际合作等方面探究了北航工科研究生创新能力培养的新模式,该模式也可为其它学科的研究生创新性培养提供借鉴。     

远缘跨学科研究与交叉科学的发展

随着一系列社会问题的出现以及世界科技革命的快速发展,跨学科教育成为复杂社会背景下人才培养的重要途径。基于对跨学科核心与边界的分析,认为跨学科教育的内涵是通过学科间的融合以及改革相应的教育体系来培养学生的跨学科综合能力。弗吉尼亚联邦大学达芬奇产品创新中心通过明确的目标-评估体系、跨学科适应性课程体系以及跨学科的生活-学习条件较好地诠释了跨学科教育的内涵。借鉴上述经验,中国跨学科人才培养应采取完善跨学科教育顶层设计、设立专门的跨学科组织机构、制定合理的跨学科课程体系、营造跨学科生活学习氛围几方面实施策略。

     

高校跨学科建设的若干思考和建议

跨学科的是将不同学科的理论或方法有机地融为一体的研究或教育活动,跨学科建设尝试将跨学科的思想和方法应用于学科建设中。以高校跨学科建设为对象,分析国外跨学科建设和跨学科研究教育成就的现状。探索和研究国内高校跨学科建设所遇到的实际问题,提出构建学科建设的若干解决方案和建议。     

An Interdisciplinary Perspective on Disasters and Stress: The Promise of an Ecological Framework

This integrative literature review examines the sources of the persistent debate over the influence of disasters on individual mental health that characterizes the disaster research literature. Using an interdisciplinary approach, this paper highlights how the connections between individuals and the systems in which they are embedded influence people's varied responses to disaster. Consistent with the emerging emphasis in the social sciences on contextualizing individual behavior, this paper examines how family, community, social structural, cultural, and environmental factors affect the development of stress in disaster populations. It concludes with recommendations for policy, practice, and research related to disaster recovery.     

Interdisciplinary research at the Urban–Rural interface: The West ga project

As human populations increase, ecological and social issues become inextricably linked to a greater degree. Solutions to complex social–ecological problems can only be derived through the use of integrated research that can account for the interplay of many factors across traditional discipline lines. We are using such an integrated research to clarify relationships among socioeconomic drivers, ecological effects, and social and policy feedbacks associated with urban development of forested landscapes. Our approach is goal oriented and interdisciplinary in nature and involves a team composed of ecologists, anthropologists, and economists who exchange ideas and information across disciplinary lines. The team and approach has evolved through many of the barriers to interdisciplinary research that have been identified by other authors. Our goal is to develop a predictive capability in order to anticipate ecological and social implications of urban development on natural resources in the southeastern United States. Our integrated model and subsequent papers in this special issue are presented.     

地方高校本科教育模式需要多元化

结合地方高校须向社会基层培养多样化人才的情况,讨论各种教育模式的内涵和特点,进而提出本科教育模式应实行多元化,人才培养的根本点应放在培养学生自主学习提高的能力和创新精神上。     

高等学校跨学科外语人才培养模式比较

通过对IS09000标准改进教学质量管理体系、教学改革指导的培养目标定位、跨学科外语师资队伍建设、三个层次培养方案的梳理与修订等不同特色院校的跨学科外语人才培养模式分析,其应立足于专业培养模式、课程设计、教学方法和学生自主学习能力等方面培养。对大连海洋大学、大连理工大学、大连外国语学院、东北财经大学等不同特色层次院校的跨学科外语人才培养模式进行比较发现,跨学科外语人才培养应该渗透到教师教学、学生自主学习,将学生的能力培养作为跨学科外语人才培养的核心内容。
