管理期权在项目投资决策中的应用

我国对于管理期权方法在企业理财的运用尚处于初始阶段,本文就期权思想在企业投资活动中各种应用(包括最佳投资时机的选择、后续项目投资以及放弃项目的评价等)加以分析,以此作为进一步探索我国企业财务管理新思路和新方法的途径。     

Best Spatial Two-Stage Least Squares Estimators for a Spatial Autoregressive Model with Autoregressive Disturbances

Estimation of a cross-sectional spatial model containing both a spatial lag of the dependent variable and spatially autoregressive disturbances are considered. [Kelejian and Prucha (1998)]described a generalized two-stage least squares procedure for estimating such a spatial model. Their estimator is, however, not asymptotically optimal. We propose best spatial 2SLS estimators that are asymptotically optimal instrumental variable (IV) estimators. An associated goodness-of-fit (or over identification) test is available. We suggest computationally simple and tractable numerical procedures for constructing the optimal instruments.

解读困境中的中国养老保险制度改革

中国养老保险制度经过十多年的改革，取得了积极的成果，这从2005年12月国务院的决定即可看出。但从设计养老保险制度的根本宗旨看，改革后的中国养老保险制度仍存在较大差矩，使其仍然面临困境，要使该体系交得更具公正性，同时在财政上更可持续，首要的是增强透明性，提高公信度，积极完善资本市场。     

基于跨国公司与政府视角的技术联盟研发投资决策分析

本文构筑了一个基于政府、国内企业与跨国公司的三边博弈模型，经分析发现，国内企业的研发投资动机决定于政府的补贴程度和跨国公司的努力程度，政府为了诱发企业进行技术创新，往往会进行补贴以鼓励企业组建技术联盟，而跨国公司的动机和动力则相对比较复杂，取决于自己的战略目标、市场状况等。文章最后提出从企业和政府两个方面入手来构筑技术创新的动力机制和创新环境。     

论税收筹划在企业财务管理中的运用

税收筹划是指纳税人在税法允许的范围内,从多种纳税方案中进行科学合理的事前选择和规划,利用税法给予的对己有利的可能选择与优惠政策,选出合适的节税方法,从而使本身税负得以延缓或减轻的一种行为.税收筹划与财务管理是相互联系、相互影响的关系.财务管理在运用税收筹划的同时,还应注意以守法为前提的税收筹划才可行.     

区域产业投入优化的熵权系数模型研究

针对区域产业投入的优化问题,不仅考虑到投入的经济效益,同时也考虑了投入的社会效益和生态效益,综合主观赋权法和客观赋权法,建立熵权系数模型,以确定各产业的最优投入,并举例说明模型的应用.     

A TWO-STAGE UNRELATED RANDOMISED RESPONSE PROCEDURE

In a sample survey, questions requiring personal or controversial assertions often give rise to resistance. A randomised response procedure can be used to help the researcher gather accurate data in this case. This paper describes a new two-stage unrelated randomised response procedure that combines the use of two randomisation devices (Mangat & Singh, 1990) and an unrelated question (Horwitz et al. 1967). It examines the situation where the respondents are not completely truthful in their answers. The efficiency of this new method is compared with the original one-stage procedure proposed by Horwitz et al. (1967), and guidelines for choosing the values of different parameters for the procedures are provided. Results from an empirical study which examines the efficiency and feasibility of the proposed method are given.     

Rank-order tests for the parallelism of several regression surfaces

For testing the hypothesis that several (s?2) linear regression surfaces X_ki=α_k+β_kc_ki+Z_ki (k=1,…,s) are parallel to one another, i.e., β₁=?=β_s, a class of rank-order tests are considered. The tests are shown to be asymptotically distribution-free, and their asymptotic efficiency relative to the general likelihood ratio test is derived. Asymptotic optimality in the sense of Wald is also discussed.     

基于混合DEA模型的医药行业上市公司经营效率相对有效性评价

DEA模型作为一种客观的多指标决策方法应用十分广泛.但目前使用频率较高的两种通用模型C²R模型和C²GS²模型,在单独使用时都有比较大的局限性,评判结果往往无法令人满意;针对这一问题,本文提出构建混合DEA模型,并应用混合DEA模型对医药上市公司的经营效率相对有效性评价进行实证分析,阐述了混合DEA模型的使用方法,验证了评判方法的可行性和科学性.
