论剥削范畴

剥削是一种历史现象，也是一种现实行为。它有狭义与广义之分。狭义剥削赖以存在的基础是生产资料私有制，广义剥削的产生和存在却需要以权力为基础。政治权力的经济化，经济权力的自利化，是广义剥削具体表现，也是其存在的内在根源。狭义的和广义的剥削方式、手段及基本特征有相同的一面，但也有区别。对有历史进步意义的剥削形式，要采取历史的容忍态度，对无任何进步意义的剥削行为，要采取历史的淘汰态度。     

Knowledge and Reasoning in Social Work: Educating for Humane Judgement

Much has been made of the uncertainties and contingencies ofpractice, and of the need for social workers to make more explicituse of formal knowledge in order to reduce this uncertainty.However, we argue that this focus on making certainty out ofuncertainty glosses over the ways in which both knowledge andpractice often propel practitioners towards early and certainjudgements when a position of ‘respectful uncertainty’might be more appropriate. Facilitating learning that will helpsocial workers to deal with uncertainty raises challenges forsocial work educators. If they are to equip social workers withthe skills to exercise ‘wise judgement under conditionsof uncertainty’, they will need to recognize the waysin which both theory and popular knowledge are invoked to makeunequivocal knowledge in case formulation. In this paper, wesuggest ways in which students can be helped to remain in uncertaintyand interrogate their knowledge and case reasoning.     

Equity and pragmatism in judgement-making about the placement of sibling groups

This paper considers the influences on professional judgements about large sibling group placement. The paper attempts to explain how social workers’ awareness of the significance of sibling relationships operates in the process of making judgements and decisions about placement. It undertakes a detailed phenomenological analysis of the process in five cases involving large sibling groups. Drawing on philosophical theories of equity and pragmatism, it proposes a theoretical approach to addressing the issues in practice.

Bayesian Poisson models for the graphical combination of dependent expert information

A supra-Bayesian (SB) wants to combine the information from a group of k experts to produce her distribution of a probability θ. Each expert gives his counts of what he thinks are the numbers of successes and failures in a sequence of independent trials, each with probability θ of success. These counts, used as a surrogate for each expert's own individual probability assessment (together with his associated level of confidence in his estimate), allow the SB to build various plausible conjugate models. Such models reflect her beliefs about the reliability of different experts and take account of different possible patterns of overlap of information between them. Corresponding combination rules are then obtained and compared with other more established rules and their properties examined.
