在我国大学英语教学大纲的发展过程中,《大学英语教学大纲》（高等党校理工科本科用）（1985年版）,《大学英语教学大纲》（高等学校文理科本科用）（1986年版）和《大学英语教学大纲》[修订本]（高等学校本科用）（1999年版）等三部大纲占有举足轻重的位置,对我国大学英语教学影响颇大。

Report on the implementation and evaluation of an interprofessional learning programme for inter‐agency child protection teams

Effective collaborative working between the different professions and agencies working to safeguard children is essential. Lack of knowledge of others' roles, perceived differences in status and expertise, and negative stereotypes are examples of why this can be difficult to achieve. A facilitated interprofessional learning (IPL) programme was implemented to assess if such an intervention could overcome some of the barriers to effective interprofessional and inter‐agency team working. Six teams based in primary and secondary care trusts took part with participants from health, education, police and social services. Quantitative and qualitative data were collected from individual participants using a pre‐validated team climate inventory and reflective statements. Findings from this study demonstrate statistically significant changes in five out of six categories in the inventory. Reflective statements suggested that overall the programme offered a positive learning experience at both an individual and team level. The importance of outside facilitation to maintain the team's momentum was acknowledged, as was the difficulty of maintaining a good level of activity once the programme had ended. Nevertheless, the IPL programme provided a timely opportunity to reflect upon the interprofessional and inter‐agency team working needed within Children's Trusts and the implications for staff involved with regard to skills development. Understanding the social exclusion and stalled welfare of citizens with learning disabilities

Despite the UK’s recent history of promoting the social inclusion and equality of men and women with learning disabilities they remain a significantly disadvantaged group. Compared with their non‐disabled peers they are more likely to be unemployed, less likely to own their own homes and are at a significantly greater risk of physical and mental ill health. The first part of this paper discusses the welfare rights of citizens with learning disabilities in terms of New Labour’s welfare to work policies. The second part discusses the UK’s mixed welfare economy and its impact upon services for men and women with learning disabilities. The paper concludes by considering whether the social inclusion of men and women with learning disabilities can be promoted solely through policies that emphasise inclusion through work and the personalisation of welfare services.     

十年教师专业学习共同体研究文献述评

教师专业发展是全球教育领域关注的焦点之一。进入21世纪以来,教师专业发展这个术语逐渐被教师专业学习取代,专业个人主义也开始转向学习共同体。通过对国际和国内教师专业学习共同体文献的梳理,我们发现了近十年来该领域的研究热点,同时从本体论、认识论和方法论三个层面,对教师专业学习共同体进行了更深层次的探索。

新时期的中国乡村,在内外多重力量的作用下,快速实现着从传统向现代的转变。在乡村经济政治文化不断发展的过程中,乡村知识分子这一群体在工作身份、价值观念、社会声望、知识结构、居住地域上都发生着历史性的新变化。充分认识乡村知识分子的这些新变化,不仅有助于我们在理论上深化对乡村知识分子的理解,而且有助于在实践中更好地发挥这一群体的社会作用。     

新医改背景下医科大学生价值取向变化趋势及教育引导研究

新医改的价值目标是公益性,对于当前医科大学生价值取向的产生、形成具有重要导向作用。当前医科大学生价值取向出现了价值目标趋于功利化、迷失医学真正目的;医学技术至上、自身技术能力下滑;科研作风不够严谨,人文素质滑坡等趋势。因此,应从树立崇高职业理想,提升使命感和责任感;创新医德教育体系,强化思想政治教育育人功能;关注物质精神需求,提高从医幸福感等方面教育引导医科大学生树立正确价值取向。     

新目录学派志:英国文学考据的兴起与没落

通过介绍以沃特·威尔逊·格雷格爵士为代表的目录派三杰,在对文学文本基本物质形态从手稿到印刷文本辨伪和考证批评的基础上,经过厘定文本讹误和四次重要的学术论战,确立了作者的神圣地位,让文学成为绝对科学化的大学学科,但新目录派最终却退出了现代西方文论思潮。观照几乎同时产生于印刷术所带来的学术分裂期的中国乾嘉派,它能够客观对待经学作者,并形成了系统的治学方法,从而稳步发展为今天的朴学大潮,在此视阈下分析并阐明新目录派无法形成体系的原因,恰在于其过分强调科学权威性而漠视了文学本身的独特因素造成的方枘圆凿,藉此提出中国治学方法借鉴于西方文论批评的可行性。     

中国新时期电影与文学的互证——兼评刘再复《驳顾彬》

对当代文学尤其是新时期文学的评价,已成为中国新文学评价中的热点与焦点问题。仅从传播方式而言,对中国新时期文学的海外传播做出最大贡献的是以第五代导演为代表的新时期电影。张艺谋认为第五代导演的成功与新时期的文学繁荣分不开,正是中国新时期文学成就了新时期电影。实质上,中国新时期文学经历文学现代化洗礼后已逐渐进入成熟期,取得了较高的文学成就。然而,从传统向现代转型的中国社会,长期处于价值取向的茫然与混乱中,导致无法建立起公正的文学与电影评价系统和体系。只有冷静分析中国新时期电影和文学,才能真正发现新时期电影和文学的价值所在。
