中国共产党农业政策的历史演变及现实思考——以1949—1978年为例

全面考察新中国农业发展的实践，理性梳理和阐释中国共产党的农业政策，总结其经验和教训，重要的是把握农业在国民经济中基础地位，高度重视农业经济的发展，遵循规律，积极推进农业现代化建设。     

大陆法系违法性理论的开放性启示

大陆法系违法性理论存在的法理根基是对个人自由独立性的保障,此亦是该理论所要求和体现的价值,其新客观违法性理论弥补了主观违法性理论与旧客观违法性理论在解决实际问题时所表现出来的缺陷与矛盾。行为无价值是以结果无价值作为自身存在的基础,这对我国目前的刑法犯罪论体系的改革与重构具有十分重要的现实意义。具体来说,在司法过程中仍应坚持"以结果无价值为基础的行为无价值二元论",这是由法制社会所要求的形式合理性所决定的。     

大学英语教育的改革与实践

文章在对我国大学英语教学现状进行调查并查阅相关文献资料的基础上,对当前大学英语教育面临的问题进行思考,提出了调整教学目标,提高教师素质,加强学生的主动性,改善语言学习环境,建立练习评估体系和增加课堂教学实践比例等提高大学英语教育质量的措施。     

Contested news values and media performance during the Umbrella Movement

Social crises are a huge challenge to the performance of the media. The norms and routines of news making with which journalists comply can become problematic in the context of intensive public sentiment and empathy. News values, including the sacred belief in objective reporting, are questioned in the light of controversies over editorial judgment within and outside the newsroom. I examine the contested news values that manifested in the Umbrella Movement of Hong Kong in 2014. In particular, I focus on the arguments and deliberations regarding news objectivity, which involved several parameters of the performance of the media during this social crisis.     

艾略特的诗歌创作与批评理论的互动——论《J·阿尔弗雷德·普罗弗洛克的情歌》

《普鲁弗洛克的情歌》将新古典主义与现代西方社会生活的题材相结合,运用"非个性化"理论、客观对应物理论、意象、象征等手法展现出现代人空虚的精神世界,同时也是艾略特批评理论的文本示范。通过该诗对艾略特理论和诗歌文本进行同步分析,为艾略特研究提供一个较新的视角。     

卓越教师培养的目标取向与价值内涵

就哲学内涵而言,卓越教师追求人格健全与完善、具有自我超越精神,能够演化一种“生生之意”的教育,并有“极高明而道中庸”的德性。从人格结构的角度来说,卓越教师具有责任意识、创新精神、国际视野、审美情怀与实践能力五种人格素养的基本特征,并论述了其内存的关联,把对卓越教师的人格结构理解为德、智、乐、能发展的综合。     

Generalized Sobol sensitivity indices for dependent variables: numerical methods

The hierarchically orthogonal functional decomposition of any measurable function η of a random vector X=(X₁,?…?, X_p) consists in decomposing η(X) into a sum of increasing dimension functions depending only on a subvector of X. Even when X₁,?…?, X_p are assumed to be dependent, this decomposition is unique if the components are hierarchically orthogonal. That is, two of the components are orthogonal whenever all the variables involved in one of the summands are a subset of the variables involved in the other. Setting Y=η(X), this decomposition leads to the definition of generalized sensitivity indices able to quantify the uncertainty of Y due to each dependent input in X [Chastaing G, Gamboa F, Prieur C. Generalized Hoeffding–Sobol decomposition for dependent variables – application to sensitivity analysis. Electron J Statist. 2012;6:2420–2448]. In this paper, a numerical method is developed to identify the component functions of the decomposition using the hierarchical orthogonality property. Furthermore, the asymptotic properties of the components estimation is studied, as well as the numerical estimation of the generalized sensitivity indices of a toy model. Lastly, the method is applied to a model arising from a real-world problem.     

解读大学“绿色教育”

大学“绿色教育”已经得到教育界、学术界的高度重视。尽管它现在处在萌芽阶段 ,但是具有科学的、准确的内涵 ,是现代教育理念的突出体现。它所追求的是以人为中心的 ,由人、自然与社会的一切可持续发展要素共同构成的复合生态系统的总体的运作状态和发展趋势 ,培养目标是身心全面和谐发展 ,具有可持续发展观念、意识和能力 ,能够正确处理人与自然、人与人、人与社会的各种复杂关系的人。大学“绿色教育”对于改进教育模式和方法也是一种新的探索。     

存在句的认知理据探讨

本文指出人们的视觉感知,心理感知,思维次序及认知经济原则是存在句结构生成的认知理据,并从认知角度对存在句进行历时溯因,对生成语言学在探讨这一问题时的局限性有新的见解。

中国共产党的执政能力与人民民主发展相互促进,互相影响。改革开放新时期,中国共产党驾驭社会主义经济能力的提高,最终促成了人民民主建设物质基础的初步奠定;发展社会主义民主政治能力的不断增强,直接推动了人民民主建设制度保障的有效确立;发展社会主义先进文化能力的提高,有力指导了人民民主建设所需文化基础的初步形成。新世纪、新阶段,党要不断适应新要求,在实践中提高执政能力,将会推动人民民主建设更好地向前发展。
