浅议加强民族高校财务人员职业道德教育的意义

本文就民族高校财务工作的特点和市场经济发展形势的要求,阐述加强对民族高校财务人员进行职业道德教育的重要性及其意义。     

新型职业农民:成长轨迹、影响因素及培育策略——基于19个省市39位新型职业农民生命历程的分析

通过对全国19个省市39位优秀新型职业农民的生命历程进行分析,发现其成长轨迹呈现出折勾型、倒梯型、V字型、阶梯型以及N字型五种类型,并且不同来源、不同世代的新型职业农民成长轨迹具有一定的差异性。究其原因,新型职业农民终身发展的动力支撑显得不足;新型职业农民的个体主观能动性得到了充分的发挥;政府扶持与引领作用有待继续加强;新型职业农民培育时机并未得到恰当的把握;影响新型职业农民成长的相关利益主体分布比较广泛。针对以上情况,提出新型职业农民的培育策略:强化政府主导力量,增强新型职业农民职业吸引力;吸收年轻优秀群体,壮大新型职业农民的新生力量;重视人地实际需求,把握新型职业农民培育的时机。     

Ordering competition: the interactional accomplishment of the sale of art and antiques at auction

Auctions provide an institutional solution to a social problem; they enable the legitimate pricing and exchange of goods where those goods are of uncertain value. In turn, auctions raise a number of social and organizational issues that are resolved within the interaction that arise in sales by auction. In this paper, we examine sales of fine art, antiques and objets d'art and explore the ways in which auctioneers mediate competition between buyers and establish a value for goods. In particular, we explore how bids are elicited, co-ordinated and revealed so as to rapidly escalate the price of goods in a transparent manner that enables the legitimate valuation and exchange of goods. In directing attention towards the significance of the social interaction, including talk, visual and material conduct, the paper contributes to the growing corpus of ethnographic studies of markets. It suggests that to understand the operation of markets and their outcomes, and to unpack issues of agency, trust and practice, we need to place the 'interaction order' at the heart of analytic agenda.

Participation in Everyday Life Before and After a Housing Adaptation

Housing adaptation aims to enable clients to live independently in their own homes. Studies focusing on participation in everyday life following a housing adaptation are lacking and needed. This study aimed to explore housing adaptation clients' experiences of participation in everyday life before and after a housing adaptation, through the lens of a housing adaptation, using a qualitative follow-up design, with 11 participants. It was found that when the housing adaptation met the participants' needs, performance of activities improved and the housing adaptation opened doors to engagement and participation in everyday life. Thus, focus on performance and engagement in everyday life at the onset of the housing adaptation process, combined with regular follow-ups, may enhance participation.     

关于我国农民工职业病维权困境的思考——从“开胸验肺”事件谈起

农民工张海超为确诊个人患有尘肺病不惜冒生命危险“开胸验肺”,这一事件引发了社会对农民工职业病维权问题的关注。我国农民工职业病维权面临着工伤认定程序漫长和维权成本高等困境。究其原因主要是法律不健全,职业病鉴定机构监管的缺失以及社会保障缺失。若要化解农民工职业病维权困境,必须健全相关法律,完善工伤保险制度并加强政府主导作用,只有这样才可切实保障农民工职业病患者权益。     

职业归因风格问卷（OASQ）的初步修订

目的：初步修订职业归因风格问卷（OaSQ）。方法：对330名大学生进行职业归因风格问卷（0AsQ）的测定。结果：①修订的职业归因风格问卷总体信度达到0．93,各因子的信度在0．47—0．89之间。②正性事件分量表四因素总的解释率为35．57％,负性事件分量表五因素总的解释率为41．39％,表明问卷结构效度良好。结论：初步修订的职业归因风格问卷的信度和效度指标符合心理测量学的要求,可作为大学生的职业归因风格测量工具。     

大学生职业适应性状况及相关对策的实证研究

文章通过对重庆市6所高校的392名大学生的调查研究,揭示大学生学习及技能适应性、人际适应性、职业心态适应性、职业选择适应性和职业环境适应性的特点,并对不同性别、年龄和专业学生职业适应性进行比较分析,在此基础上提出了培养大学生职业适应性的相应对策.     

中学教师职业倦怠的状况分析

教师心理健康问题得到广泛关注,而职业倦怠是近年来关注的热点。对170名中学教师进行职业倦怠情况调查的结果表明,中学教师的职业倦怠程度并不严重,但仍有一定比率的教师经历严重的倦怠。调查结果还发现,女性教师、重点学校的教师、工作2至3年和工作11至20年两个教龄段的教师更多地经历情绪衰竭;未婚教师在去个性化维度上得分更高。未来研究需要探讨预防和缓解教师发生职业倦怠的干预措施。     

以职业岗位能力培养为导向的电气自动化专业实验教学体系探索

文章在分析高职院校电气自动化专业传统实验教学体系现状的基础上,以"电气控制与PLC"课程改革为例,对构建以职业岗位能力培养为导向的高职电气自动化专业实验教学体系进行了探索,以期提高相关课程实验教学的质量,增强学生的就业竞争力。
