基于钻石模型的产业集聚发展研究——以铜山县工程机械专用车辆为例

促进产业集聚发展是提升区域经济产业竞争力的必然选择。文章对产业集聚理论作了简要回顾,重点介绍了波特的钻石模型理论,并运用该模型对铜山县工程机械专用车辆产业这一样本,从要素禀赋、需求条件、政府作用等方面作了分析,给出了对策建议,以期对推进县域经济产业发展有所启示。     

He is a Firm,Strong‐Minded and Empowering Leader,but is She? Gendered Positioning of Female and Male CEOs

The article focuses on how management and gender are done in written stories about female and male chief executive officers (CEOs). The stories were written by young Finnish business school students. The logic for studying stories written by students lies in the argument that the new generation will not reproduce common stereotypes about soft, democratic and caring female managers and hard, authoritarian and strong male managers. In the analysis, we rely on positioning theory, which focuses on how the CEOs are discursively positioned, that is, what kinds of roles and duties they are assigned and how their positions shift as the story unfolds. The analysis shows that while there is little difference in the rights and duties assigned to the CEOs, the positioning of female and male CEOs construct a very different picture of their abilities as business managers and leaders of people. The female CEOs are depicted as successful business managers but lacking in interpersonal skills. The male CEOs are also successful business managers but they are constructed as naturally competent leaders of people. This finding is linked to the Finnish management context as well as to the institutionalized leadership and management discourses.

新农村建设背景下的农村中小学布局调整

农村中小学布局调整对于减轻贫困农民负担、节约教育经费、优化教育资源等起到了一定的积极作用。但与此同时也涌现出了一系列社会问题，尤其是在经济落后的农村地区，这些问题更为突出。从新农村建设的背景出发，对布局调整以后农村出现的问题进行了分析，以期对新农村建设与农村的现实基础达到一个认识。     

金刚石与锯片使用性能之间的关系

根据试验研究结果和生产实践经验,把石材加工用金刚石圆锯片的性能及使用效果的诸多影响因素视为系统工程问题,分别从原材料、制造工艺与装备、锯片的合理选择和正确使用等各个方面进行了系统分析,着重分析了金刚石和金属结合剂对锯片使用性能的影响规律,指出了存在的问题和改进的途径.     

职业化视野下的记者角色定位

在新闻实践中，记者职业权力的特殊性决定了记者本身是一个矛盾角色的结合体。从职业化的角度来看，专业主义要求记者在不违背职业道德的前提下，以客观报道新闻事件为首任。在执行专业任务时，作为一个职业记者，对于自己的角色定位应理智地视情况而定。在报道之前，首先考虑该报道值不值得以牺牲某些人的利益为代价。当新闻事件是可操控的，记者就应遵从职业角色，反之则是社会角色。另外，在参与事件进程的报道中，如果职业角色阻碍了事件进程，那么就应该从事件参与的角色中撤出来。     

三颗星的AGPS定位算法与实现

为了在弱信号情况下更有效地实现定位,对辅助全球定位系统(AGPS)中三颗星定位算法进行了研究。采用AGPS定位系统结构改善接收机捕获性能,AGPS系统通过通用无线分组业务(GPRS)服务提供定位辅助数据;当接收机只能捕获三颗卫星信号时,利用边界模糊处理技术进行伪距处理,构成3个方程,附加地球椭球方程,采用Gauss-Newton算法对方程组进行位置解算.最后根据实测数据分析初始高度不同时的位置解算结果,当高度差为10 m时,平均水平定位偏差小于16 m.算法运算量相当于传统定位算法的2/5。     

基于二连口岸的亚欧大陆桥运输发展策略研究

针对中欧贸易的不断发展，尤其是中国与东欧和中欧的贸易往来不断加强，亚欧大陆桥运输受到更多的关注，细化研究亚欧大陆桥通道的竞争优势具有特殊意义。通过分析亚欧大陆桥三条通道的发展现状，以经二连口岸出境的第三条亚欧大陆桥通道为分析对象，从外部竞争对手海运和内部沿桥各国的运价水平两方面。对比分析了亚欧大陆桥通道运输市场的优势区域和优势品类，提出亚欧大陆桥运输的市场定位、发展趋势及目前运营中存在的问题，并针对客户需求提出应有的对策。     

How Older People Position Their Late‐Life Childlessness: A Qualitative Study

This research explored how older people describe their paths to late‐life childlessness. In‐depth accounts from 38 childless older people, age 63–93, highlight the complex journeys and diverse meanings of childlessness for male and female participants, single and partnered, including some who had outlived children. Positioning theory is used to show how the conventional voluntary – involuntary binary is insufficient for capturing their experiences. Childlessness was for some an active choice to break a family violence cycle; for others, it was an outcome of social upheaval. It evoked feelings of both grief and relief over time, it was seen as evidence of discernment in being unwilling to parent at any price, or it was something that felt “natural” within a meaningful life. Rates of childlessness are increasing; this research highlights the fact that pathways and meanings of childlessness vary so much that it is unwise to assume that people have similar experiences of nonparenthood, especially in later life.     

一种快速高精度数码相机双目定位方法

通过选择适当的靶标首先进行数码相机的标定,为了提高精确度,高精度目标量测采用子像素量测技术,取得子像素的量测精度。建立基于畸变差检测的数学模型,并通过最小二乘法求得了所有待定的参数,从而完成了相机的标定。对于双目定位,建立了简洁的数学模型,利用最基本的向量关系式,得到了三元方程组。为了能快速有效地求解此三元方程组,采用吴消元法进行。最后,进行了数学仿真实验,结果表明,本文的方法是切实可行的,能达到快速高精度定位的要求。
