宅基地退出对农户收入的影响——基于倾向得分匹配(PSM)的反事实估计

基于宅基地退出试点区安徽金寨县626户农户的微观调研数据,在考虑样本选择偏差和农户异质性基础上,运用倾向得分匹配法(PSM)分析宅基地退出对农户收入的影响。结果发现:宅基地退出对农户经营性收入有负向影响,对农户工资性收入和家庭总收入有正向影响;农户宅基地退出,一方面通过缩小耕地经营面积、提高农业生产成本和减少亩均收入降低其经营性收入,另一方面通过增加外出务工人数、提高外出务工时长提升其工资性收入;由于农户工资性收入增加强度大于其经营性收入降低强度,故对其家庭总收入有正向影响;此外,不同教育背景、年龄段农户宅基地退出后收入变化存在差异,因此,应增强宅基地退出就业帮扶政策针对性,宣传宅基地退出政策的增收效应,实施差别化的宅基地退出政策安排。

网络化自主学习模式中大学英语教师的角色定位

网络技术的飞速发展臂于传统的大学英语教育产生了强烈的冲击，引起大学英语教学模式的深刻变革。为了适应新一轮的大学英语教学改革，英语教师的角色也随之需要重新定位和转换。网络化自主学习模式中大学英语教师应承担四种角色，即组织设计者、引导促进者、协作帮助者、学习研究者。     

从地域文化变迁看满族居住文化的发展

从文化变迁的视角,考察和分析了从本土渔猎文化向中原农耕文化的变迁对满族居住文化发展所产生的深刻影响,使满族居住文化由原始的"穴居"演变到与中原居住方式相近的砖木结构的居住方式。满族居住文化对中原居住文化的借鉴和吸收,也进一步丰富和发展了其文化内涵。     

鄱阳县农村居民点空间分布特征及影响因素分析

以鄱阳县第二次土地利用现状调查成果数据为基础,借助GIS为工具,计算Voronoi图面积变异系数与最邻近点指数,结合GIS查询工具、缓冲分区、SQL统计等功能论证鄱阳县农村居民点在空间上的分布特征的同时,定量的研究地形、公路交通、河流等因素对农村居民点空间分布的影响。研究的结果表明:平原地区农村居民点分布数量较大,分布相对集中。交通因素对农村居民点分布有重要的作用,随着距公路距离越远,居民点分布逐渐减少。河流对农村居民点分布也有一定程度的影响作用,当地鄱阳湖湖泊水面特殊情况,制约湖泊周边居民点的空间分布情况。     

The physical restraint of young people

Children and young people who are in residential care sometimes behave aggressively towards themselves and others, and they may need to be physically restrained by staff. This paper describes a small-scale study which examines the use of physical restraint in one Scottish region. It explores the circumstances surrounding the restraint and the feelings of staff about the use of the restraint. The study shows that many of the factors that have been shown to be associated with violence and aggression were present in the incidents described.

Child Abuse on the Internet: Ending the Silence

The Melbourne Health (MH) Social Work Residential Care Team (RCT) was established in 2002 as a new and innovative approach to aged care. The service employs three full-time social workers and an Allied Health assistant with previous experience in aged care. The RCT works across the MH continuum of care with inpatients recommended for residential care. The service is predominantly patient- and family-focused, but is also consultative to meet the education needs of MH staff and the community. This paper discusses the MH Social Work Residential Care model, reviews data collected since RCT implementation and the benefits shown for patients, their families and interdisciplinary staff. This paper discusses pressures and factors that impinge on the ability to discharge patients to residential care and explores recommendations for ongoing clinical practice as well as recommendations that the RCT has submitted to management for further consideration.     

Elder Abuse in Residential Settings in Israel—Myth or Reality?

ABSTRACT

The article tries to answer the question: Is elder abuse in residential care in Israel a myth or a reality? A broad definition of abuse was used, including the ‘classical’ forms presented in the literature, and also violation of rights and any act that infringes on quality of life of residents. As no data exist which directly explored this issue, the analysis was based on: recent laws mandating the report of abuse, governmental surveillance data, court cases, media clippings, and data from quality of life studies. Findings reveal that abuse in its ‘classical’ form exists only in a limited number of small private unlicensed facilities. However, when using the broader definition, abuse is a reality in many settings, exercised mainly by nurses' aides.
