This article develops, a model of pedagogical professionalization based on the Introvision method.This model was realized and tested at the School of Education, University of Hamburg, as an Introvision-Counseling module (5 courses within a period of 18 Months).The course assessment results, measured with different questionnaires confirm the hypothesis that the Introvision-Counseling module develops the ability of self-reflection, self-regulation, social interaction and counseling. Furthermore, the learning dynamics of the course attendees lead to the creation of two different new course designs: one short course directly teaching Introvision and another more complex one focusing on Introvision-counseling competence. 相似文献

This article examines what impact three different framings of personal oriented consulting interactions – dyads, groups and teams – have on the consulting situation. Intuitively consultants are aware that it makes a difference if a client is consulted in a face-to-face-interaction “under four eyes”, in the framework of a group which just started to know each other or in a team which is working together on regular basis. However, what are exactly the mechanisms which are working in the three different settings? And what exactly are their impacts on the consulting situation? Starting with a critique of the over-emphasis unilaterally cognitive-rational ways of data-access development projects, the author discusses with reference to the brain research the importance of pictorial knowledge as a third type of knowledge alongside explicit and tacit knowledge. His thesis is that pictorial knowledge is an underestimated resource for effective procedures for staff and organizational development. Based on three areas for action he describes pictorial knowledge as a source of development of vision and mission statements, as a starting point for “value estimated staff and organization development” (appreciative inquiry) and as a basis for coaching processes. In the outlook, he asks himself if pictorial knowledge not only refers to the pragmatic usage dimension but if it furthermore also offers an access to an alphabet of human basal expression. 相似文献

hervorgehoben. Die verschiedenen Seminarbausteine werden vorgestellt. Abschlie?end wird die Bedeutung des Profilstudienprogramms

The ability of mental self regulation is becoming more and more important to shape change processes. Change agents often experience, especially in potentially difficult situations, limits of self regulation by volition. Imperating oneself as an effort of self control by unconditional commandments has a blocking impact on mental self regulation. Introvision supports mental self regulation in a mode of calmness, which can be described as operating effortless and deliberately. In an attitude of calmness it is possible not to slide into inner conflicts, even when facing difficult situations. Instead it is possible to make use of one‘s whole action repertoire and include the context of change processes. calmness also has a positive impact on group dynamics. The atmosphere becomes more relaxed, dialog ability and the capability of problem solving is supported. 相似文献

The German tax reform in 2009 entails the general taxation of realized capital gains. The objective of this paper is to investigate the effect of a differentiated taxation of dividend payments and capital gains on discounted cash flow valuations. We develop explicit und practical useful valuation formulas for the free cash flow approach in case of financing based on market values and the adjusted present value approach in case of autonomous financing. Furthermore it is shown how the required risk-adjusted cost of equity can be derived from a modified Tax-CAPM. Finally we discuss how the particularities resulting from the new German tax law can be taken into account in discounted cash flow valuations. 相似文献

Whereas psychotherapy, counselling and other forms of professional communication have received considerable linguistic attention over the last years, the specific communicative interaction in coaching has been largely ignored. The author calls for a linguistic analysis of the communication between coach and client. The chosen linguistic approach should shed an applied, holistic, pragmatic and interdisciplinary light on the specific communicative interaction found in coaching in order to come up with valuable insights for both, linguists and professional coaches as well as their clients. In order to secure against uncertainty in vertical business relationships, actors dispose of different mechanisms. This article focuses on the influence of contracts, specific investments, value-creating norms, value-claiming norms, and trust on customer satisfaction and commitment. An empirical study lead to the result that governance mechanisms have high explanatory power for the outcome variables. Value-creating norms and trust play a key role. In addition, the article differentiates between key account and non key account relationships. It shows that only value-creating norms contribute to the explanation of both outcome variables across both types of relationships. 相似文献
