关于MBA教学评价的两个问题

文章对 MBA教学评价的相关因素进行了分析 ,提出 MBA学生应成为该评价的主要执行者。同时 ,还讨论了建立 MBA教学评价体系的原则 ,并对中、美教学评价体系进行了对比分析以说明其间的区别。     

Cognition and uncertainty

In the first part, we try to give a representation of the process by which man endeavours to grasp uncertainty. We propose a backward exploration which we will modelize through an influence diagram and then we can draw a few conclusions from that representation for the axiomatics of Decision.In the second part, we deal with the processing of the information formatted in such a way, regarding both its temporal complexity and its elective complexity.The first part as the second one dealing with representation and the consequences for information processing of uncertainty cognition lead to a severe criticism of the expected utility hypothesis.To conclude, we suggest a few remarks on expert systems of decision aid under uncertainty.     

汽车化油器腔体内流动实验研究及变分有限元解

本文对具有双重喉管的双腔201 A3化油器腔体内流动进行了研究,首先用变分有限无法对腔内流动进行计算,给出了不同工况下阀门全开时化油器主油系的供油特性(包括沿程真空度分布曲线、化油器大喉管、小喉管边缘的真空度随进气流量的变化曲线)。然后对模型进行实验分析,与计算相比较,两者结果吻合较好。通过二元流与一元流计算的比较,揭示了有限元计算有助于化油器的节油和改善其气动性能。     

单片双微机系统的程序设计方法

本文介绍了MCS-48单片微机系统的主程序、外部中断处理程序及片内定时中断处理程序的设计方法。并介绍了利用8243扩展口进行双机通讯的软、硬件设计方法。     

不同企业产权制度中的劳动关系

如何科学地处理和管理各种类型企业中的劳动关系，是经济改革的新课题。本文以产权制度为核心，对国有企业、私有制企业和中介经济性质的企业中的劳动关系分别进行剖析，认为造成各种不同类型企业的劳动关系及其管理差异的根本原因是企业产权制度的不同。因此，理顺劳动关系，规范劳动管理的关键在于建立现代企业制度     

文化遗产保护的国际视野

文化遗产保护是世界各国考古文物工作者以及政府部门所共同面临的重要课题。本文从国际文物保护的视野 ,汲取一些国家特别是发达国家的成功经验 ,针对文化遗产保护中普遍存在的发展和保护的矛盾、保护和研究的关系 ,以及立法、操作和公众教育等问题 ,结合中国的现状作了比较和探讨。文章认为 ,健全法制和加强公众教育是完善我国文化遗产保护工作的关键     

A note on closure of the ILR and DLR classes under formation of coherent systems

In this paper, we give the closure of the class of increasing likelihood ratio (ILR) life distributions under the formation of certain coherent systems with independent and identically distributed components, and particularly in k-out-of-n systems. Some possible definitions of its dual class (DLR) are discussed and results about the closure are given. Furthermore, we include examples which show that these two aging classes are not closed under formation of special coherent systems. A Strengths Perspective in Working with an Adolescent with Dual Diagnosis

Dual diagnosis has gradually become a problem among adolescents in Hong Kong. In working with persons with dual diagnosis, professionals are accustomed to use a disease model in diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation. By means of a case illustration, the writer tries to contrast a disease orientation and a strengths perspective in working with persons with dual diagnosis. The disease orientation stresses: addiction and mental illness; intoxication and dependence; symptoms and diagnosis; detoxification and treatment; confusion and control as well as resistance and labeling. The strengths perspective focuses on: decoding frustration and emptiness from addiction; searching for strengths to satisfy normal needs; establishing social support and encouraging participation in a healthy environment; re-anchoring self-confidence and capability development as well as maintaining empathetic trust. In this case, with the strengths perspective, the writer successfully helped an adolescent to re-build his self-confidence and re-establish a healthy social support system to live a normal life.
