可持续旅游扶贫开发模式研究——社区参与乡村旅游

在对乡村旅游、旅游扶贫和社区参与旅游发展相关概念内涵及研究进展阐述的基础上,着重分析了贫困乡村社区参与旅游发展的必要性和主要障碍,提出社区参与乡村旅游的一些思路,即发挥政府的主导作用,通过政策调控保障社区参与的主体地位,通过科学合理的利益分配政策框架确立社区居民参与的激励机制,提高社区居民的相关旅游知识及进行相关能力培训,提高非政府组织在旅游发展中的作用等。     

A case of suspected child abuse by an adolescent mother: The use of short-term psychotherapy

The incidence of pregnancy during adolescence has escalated dramatically in recent years, with an estimated half a million infants born to teenagers each year in the United States. A disproportionately high amount of child abuse and/or neglect is encountered among adolescent parents, underscoring the need for an effective intervention strategy. Short-term psychotherapy may be beneficial in these cases for forging a therapeutic alliance expeditiously and rigorously challenging the patient's resistance. The case described involves alleged abuse by a 16-year-old mother. An intervention was designed to clarify the allegations surrounding the abusive incident, help the mother confront episodes of loss in her own life and overcome feelings of hopelessness engendered by separation from her infant.     

Consortium for Atlantic Regional Assessment: Information Tools for Community Adaptation to Changes in Climate or Land Use

To inform local and regional decisions about protecting short-term and long-term quality of life, the Consortium for Atlantic Regional Assessment (CARA) provides data and tools (for the northeastern United States) that can help decision makers understand how outcomes of their decisions could be affected by potential changes in both climate and land use. On an interactive, user-friendly website, CARA has amassed data on climate (historical records and future projections for seven global climate models), land cover, and socioeconomic and environmental variables, along with tools to help decision makers tailor the data for their own decision types and locations. CARA Advisory Council stakeholders help identify what information and tools stakeholders would find most useful and how to present these; they also provide in-depth feedback for subregion case studies. General lessons include: (1) decision makers want detailed local projections for periods short enough to account for extreme events, in contrast to the broader spatial and temporal observations and projections that are available or consistent at a regional level; (2) stakeholders will not use such a website unless it is visually appealing and easy to find the information they want; (3) some stakeholders need background while others want to go immediately to data, and some want maps while others want text or tables. This article also compares what has been learned across case studies of Cape May County, New Jersey, Cape Cod, Massachusetts, and Hampton Roads, Virginia, relating specifically to sea-level rise. Lessons include: (1) groups can be affected differently by physical dangers compared with economic dangers; (2) decisions will differ according to decision makers' preferences about waiting and risk tolerance; (3) future scenarios and maps can help assess the impacts of dangers to emergency evacuation routes, homes, and infrastructure, and the natural environment; (4) residents' and decision makers' perceptions are affected by information about potential local impacts from global climate change.     

转型时期中国城市社区经济类型、特征及发展

改革开放以来，适应经济社会的转型与变迁，中国城市社区经济逐渐兴起并在城市社区生活中日益发 挥着越来越重要的作用，类型多样、特点鲜明的城市社区经济不仅为社区建设与发展提供了强大的物质经济支持，而且 吸纳了大量的城市社区富余劳动力，从而有利于增强社区凝聚力，提高了社区整合程度，促进整个社会的和谐发展。为 此，一方面我们要切实转变思想、更新观念，实现传统社区经济向现代社区经济的转变，另一方面因地制宜，结合实际，不 断创新发展社区经济思路与模式，切实提高社区居民生活水平，同时，提高管理水平，积极推进社区经济发展。     

First Nations and community economic development: a case study

A training project in a northern Canadian community providedan opportunity to examine participatory planning approachesand the meaning of work in First Nations communities. Focusgroups conducted three years after the unsuccessful interventionof a community economic development (CED) project suggest thatcomplex factors such as lack of support from community leadersand rate of pay for workers determine whether CED is alwaysappropriate in northern, First Nations contexts.     

重视社区体育提高生活质量--无锡市社区体育现状的调查及研究

通过广泛的社会调查,笔者对无锡市社区体育现状进行了分析研究,证实了社区体育在提高现代生活质量中所起的重要作用以及在发展过程中所存在的问题,并提出了建议对策。     

我国城市家庭养老与社区养老服务

养老是解决中国老龄问题的基础和核心问题。在我国城市,家庭养老仍然是目前主要的养老形式。但在今天,家庭养老面临挑战,家庭养老功能减弱,急需发挥社会养老的功能,其中,社区养老服务是社会养老的重要载体。加强社区在老年人的经济支持、生活照顾和精神慰藉方面的养老功能,既可保持家庭养老的传统和优点,又能弥补家庭养老不足。     

论科学协作精神在现代科学发展中的功能

科学本质上是科学共同体的产物。科学中的协作精神不仅是科学精神的重要内涵,而且也是衡量科学家素质的重要参数。在科学日益向高度综合化、整体化、社会化(包括国际化)发展的态势下,协作研究、团结攻关已成为科学研究活动的主导形式。因此,加强科学协作对科学创新具有十分重要的意义。     

城市社区少数民族居民利益的演变

改革开放以来城市社区民族利益不断演变,有其内外部因素,特别是对国家政策转变,即从“直接利益”分配到“利益机会”分配的转变中,对城市社区少数民族居民利益的影响。城市化的推进,城市的多民族化进程也在加快,城市里的民族成份和少数民族人口的不断增多,各城市社区传统的族群团体被频繁流动的人口冲击,打破了原来的人际交往圈,尤其是打破了原有的民族社区,这个过程涉及到各民族成员切身利益的变化,直接影响到民族关系的好坏。具体到民族地区城市社区的少数民族居民的利益演变研究,这是一个更加微观层面上的问题。     

场域论视角下的城市社区建设

场域论社区发展理论认为,社区的本质是社会互动,社区是地域性社会内不同利益群体为了实现共同利益而整合起来的社会互动场域,社区发展的本质就是地域社会内居民的自组织能力的发展。该理论对发展我国社区建设理论具有建设性的启发和借鉴意义。
