论按劳分配与按生产要素分配的有机结合

在社会主义市场经济条件下坚持按劳分配的主体地位,既是社会主义生产过程本身的客观要求,也是社会主义市场经济健康发展的现实要求。同时,由于多种所有制及多元产权主体的存在,作为市场机制在分配领域发挥作用的具体表现,按生产要素分配在社会主义市场经济条件下也具有必然性。实践中,必须在全面认识二者对立统一关系的基础上,从微观经济领域的运行层次和所有制结构层次以及宏现经济运行层次实现按劳分配与按生产要素分配的有机结合。     

论人大代表听审制度

人大代表旁听人民法院的审判活动 ,既是人大代表了解情况的有效途径 ,又是人大对“一府两院”实行监督的重要方式。又可以防止人大对“一府两院”工作的过多干预。目前 ,人大代表听审活动急需立法的推动和规范。人大在进行有关立法时 ,既要保证人大了解情况和监督目的的有效实现 ,又要保证人民法院审判活动的相对独立。     

核准制IPO定价实证分析

本文用信息经济学的理论和计量经济学的实证分析方法研究了我国核准制下的新股定价问题 ,指出市场主体决策时的信息差异是造成新股发行价和上市价相背离的主要原因 ,并构建多元回归模型对这一假设进行了检验。     

Costs and Rewards of Children: The Effects of Becoming a Parent on Adults' Lives

How do new parents differ from their childless counterparts in social and psychological resources, daily strains, and psychological well‐being? Using a nationally representative panel of 1,933 adults who were childless at the first interview, we compare 6 indicators of adults' lives for those who became parents and those remaining childless several years later, controlling for earlier states. Becoming a parent is both detrimental and rewarding. With the exception of social integration, which is greater for all groups of new parents compared with their childless counterparts, the effects of parental status on adults' lives vary markedly by gender and marital status. Unmarried parents report lower self‐efficacy and higher depression than their childless counterparts. Married mothers' lives are marked by more housework and more marital conflict but less depression than their childless counterparts. Parental status has little influence on the lives of married men.

Valuation of childhood risk reduction: the importance of age, risk preferences, and perspective.

This article explores two problems analysts face in determining how to estimate values for children's health and safety risk reductions. The first addresses the question: Do willingness‐to‐pay estimates for health risk changes differ across children and adults and, if so, how? To answer this question, the article first examines the potential effects of age and risk preferences on willingness to pay. A summary of the literature reporting empirical evidence of differences between willingness to pay for adult health and safety risk reductions and willingness to pay for health and safety risk reductions in children is also provided. The second dimension of the problem is a more fundamental issue: Whose perspective is relevant when valuing children's health effects—society's, children's, adults‐as‐children, or parents'? Each perspective is considered, followed ultimately by the conclusion that adopting a parental perspective through an intrahousehold allocation model seems closest to meeting the needs of the estimation problem at hand. A policy example in which the choice of perspective affects the outcome of a regulatory benefit‐cost analysis rounds out the article and emphasizes the importance of perspective.

送人赴任之作,在唐代别离诗中占有相当大比例.盛唐人的这类诗歌,往往忽略了别离之伤情.反之,晚唐却固囿于这一伤情,并将此进一步深化,深化的结果,就是诗歌中闲情的泛滥.这不是偶然的,而是晚唐文人大范围接受佛道思想的必然结果.     

河南农业经济结构调整对农业劳动力的挑战

河南是农业大省,要使河南农业进一步发展,农民收入进一步增加,河南农业经济必须进行结构调整。农业经济结构调整的主体是农业劳动力,而农业劳动力素质,特别是农业劳动力文化素质的高低则成为河南农业经济结构调整的关键。文中重点分析了河南省农业劳动力文化素质的现状及与农业经济结构调整要求的差距,最后提出了提高河南省农业劳动力文化素质的对策。     

论生态主义勃兴对历史唯物主义的若干贡献

生态主义从思想观念、伦理道德、政治法律、发展模式或道路、经济形态、生产生活方式、行为方式、社会运动等各方面全面勃兴。这对现行历史唯物主义的相关理论提出了挑战,也必然对其进一步的丰富和发展做出相应的贡献:扬弃现行地理环境概念,重新定义自然环境;扬弃现行地理环境对社会的存在和发展作用的理论,提出自然生态力范畴,并揭示它对社会的存在和发展起被动的最终决定作用;把自然环境纳入社会基本结构;提出自然生态力与生产力的矛盾是社会最基本的矛盾,从而使社会基本矛盾由现行三方面两对矛盾的体系发展为四方面三对矛盾的新体系。
