关联理论与英语学习

Sperber和Wilson从认知角度对语言交际进行了探讨 ,提出了非常有影响的关联理论 ,关联理论认为语言交际是一个认知过程 ,关联是认知的基础。结合语言教学中遇到的言语实例分析了促成关联的两个因素 ,揭示了关联理论框架对英语学习的指导意义。     

中国经济结构的演化及其增长效益的测度分析

 摘　　要:改革开放以来，中国在经济总量和人均收入持续提高的同时，经济结构也发生了巨大的变化。经济结构的变化不仅是经济发展的一部分，而且也是经济持续增长的一个重要动力和源泉。本文通过对Feder非均衡经济增长模型的拓展，建立了一个可同时测度经济结构变化的增长效益和投资数量及其效率的增长效益的非均衡计量经济模型。模型的分析表明，工业化和城市化的交互作用所导致的经济结构变动对中国近三十年来的经济增长具有巨大的推动作用，是推动中国经济持续高速增长的一个主要动力。模型的分析也表明，投资建设中的浪费和资本使用效率的低下，是目前中国经济发展过程中亟待解决的主要问题。经济发展不仅需要关注GDP的增长，更应该关注社会财富的增长和积累。     

Latent Variable Modelling: A Survey*

Abstract. Latent variable modelling has gradually become an integral part of mainstream statistics and is currently used for a multitude of applications in different subject areas. Examples of ‘traditional’ latent variable models include latent class models, item–response models, common factor models, structural equation models, mixed or random effects models and covariate measurement error models. Although latent variables have widely different interpretations in different settings, the models have a very similar mathematical structure. This has been the impetus for the formulation of general modelling frameworks which accommodate a wide range of models. Recent developments include multilevel structural equation models with both continuous and discrete latent variables, multiprocess models and nonlinear latent variable models.     

An Evaluation of a Large-scale Cati Household Survey Using Random Digit Dialling

Computer-assisted telephone interviewing and random digit dialling are increasingly being used to conduct household surveys in Australia. However, there is little published information concerning Australian experience with such surveys. In 1995 the Government Statistician's Office in Queensland conducted a household survey to study population migration using these techniques. The survey involved a sample of 110 000 telephone numbers resulting in 38 000 responding households. This article describes a computerized survey management system that was developed and which provided information concerning important operational and quality aspects of the survey.     

Dutch Women are Liberated, Migrant Women are a Problem: The Evolution of Policy Frames on Gender and Migration in the Netherlands, 1995–2005

Over the past decade, there has been a major shift in Dutch gender equality policy to an almost exclusive focus on migrant women. Simultaneously, the focus of ‘minority policies’ has shifted more and more towards gender relations. The appearance of migrant women at the top of the political agenda is remarkable. In this article we examine how this construction of migrant women as a political problem has come about, and consider its implications. As we argue, the dominant policy frames of emancipation and individual responsibility are reinforcing a dichotomy between the autochthonous ‘us’ and the allochthonous ‘them’. As the problem is increasingly defined as a cultural one, it is implicitly stated that there is no problem with the dominant culture and society. Barriers for participation are exclusively located in the migrant (Muslim) culture. In this view, Muslim migrants should first change their culture before they can fully integrate in Dutch society.     

旅游扶贫效应研究

欠发达地区旅游资源丰富和旅游业的“脱贫功能”的重合性，使得旅游扶贫效应的研究意义重大。目前，人们一般强调了欠发达地区发展旅游业的有利因素，夸大了旅游扶贫的正效应；忽视或缩小了欠发达地区发展旅游业的不利因素和旅游扶贫的负效应。笔者对此进行了深入分析并提出了相应对策。     

Direct Modelling of Regression Effects for Transition Probabilities in Multistate Models

Abstract.  A simple and standard approach for analysing multistate model data is to model all transition intensities and then compute a summary measure such as the transition probabilities based on this. This approach is relatively simple to implement but it is difficult to see what the covariate effects are on the scale of interest. In this paper, we consider an alternative approach that directly models the covariate effects on transition probabilities in multistate models. Our new approach is based on binomial modelling and inverse probability of censoring weighting techniques and is very simple to implement by standard software. We show how to do flexible regression models with possibly time-varying covariate effects.     

The Contribution of Emotion Perceptions and Their Overgeneralizations to Trait Impressions

This study tested the hypothesis derived from ecological theory that adaptive social perceptions of emotion expressions fuel trait impressions. Moreover, it was predicted that these impressions would be overgeneralized and perceived in faces that were not intentionally posing expressions but nevertheless varied in emotional demeanor. To test these predictions, perceivers viewed 32 untrained targets posing happy, surprised, angry, sad, and fearful expressions and formed impressions of their dominance and affiliation. When targets posed happiness and surprise they were perceived as high in dominance and affiliation whereas when they posed anger they were perceived as high in dominance and low in affiliation. When targets posed sadness and fear they were perceived as low in dominance. As predicted, many of these impressions were overgeneralized and attributed to targets who were not posing expressions. The observed effects were generally independent of the impact of other facial cues (i.e., attractiveness and babyishness).
