不同震级作用下的设备 结构动力相互作用体系地震反应分析

为研究是否考虑设备 结构动力相互作用在不同地震阶段的差别,对建筑结构中常见的设备 结构相互作用体系进行了小震、中震和大震阶段的地震时程反应分析。分析了不同震级作用下考虑相互作用后给结构与设备的地震反应带来的变化。结果表明：考虑设备 结构动力相互作用与不考虑相互作用相比,结构的地震反应有较明显的区别,设备的地震反应有很大的区别,处于完全失真的状态。大震阶段由于设备和结构均进入了弹塑性阶段,刚度等主要参数发生了变化,导致动力相互作用的影响降低。虽然设备质量占结构总地震质量的比例很小,但仍会对结构位移与内力造成较大的影响。     

团队反思对员工绩效影响的跨层次研究

通过建立跨层次的中介效应模型,运用多层线性模型方法,考察团队反思对员工绩效的影响。选取交互记忆系统和团队绩效两个中介变量,基于86个企业团队的数据进行实证研究,指出团队反思对员工绩效存在跨层次的影响,并且在此影响机制中交互记忆系统起到了中介作用,但团队绩效对员工绩效的直接影响效应不显著,即团队绩效对员工绩效无明显促进作用。     

在内外因的交互作用中把握德育过程

德育是一个综合化、系统化的内外因交互作用的过程,它既包括个人的内化过程,也包括诸如家庭、学校、社会的外塑过程。只有认真把握内化和外塑这两个过程的特点和规律,不断创新德育工作方法,才能使德育工作收到实效。本文着重论述了德育过程中个人"内化"过程的主动性、自主性、独立性、体验性,以及作为德育"外塑"过程的家庭德育过程、学校德育过程、社会德育过程各自的地位、特点、存在的问题以及解决问题的方法,以期对做好德育工作起到积极作用。     

Ordering competition: the interactional accomplishment of the sale of art and antiques at auction

Auctions provide an institutional solution to a social problem; they enable the legitimate pricing and exchange of goods where those goods are of uncertain value. In turn, auctions raise a number of social and organizational issues that are resolved within the interaction that arise in sales by auction. In this paper, we examine sales of fine art, antiques and objets d'art and explore the ways in which auctioneers mediate competition between buyers and establish a value for goods. In particular, we explore how bids are elicited, co-ordinated and revealed so as to rapidly escalate the price of goods in a transparent manner that enables the legitimate valuation and exchange of goods. In directing attention towards the significance of the social interaction, including talk, visual and material conduct, the paper contributes to the growing corpus of ethnographic studies of markets. It suggests that to understand the operation of markets and their outcomes, and to unpack issues of agency, trust and practice, we need to place the 'interaction order' at the heart of analytic agenda.     

听力显性教学"聚焦输入、强化互动"的有效性研究

以在读非英语专业本科生和硕士生为研究对象,进行大学英语听力显性教学“聚焦输入、强化互动”的有效性研究。实验数据和问卷调查结果表明:“聚焦输入、强化互动”的显性教学效果明显,多维隐性效应得到学习者充分肯定。该研究对听力教学的启示是:进行听力显性教学策略研究,听力显性教学与学习者隐性学习结合都很有必要。     

被扭曲的公司社会责任——兼评《公司法》第5条第1款的规定

文章从对跨国公司生产守则运动推行的实际效果的观察引入,实证分析了当公司社会责任以话语的形式占据了声音的空间时,跨国公司、供应商、工人等相关利益团体是基于何种理由,以及是如何与之互动和博弈的.进而在这一基础上反思修订后的<公司法>第5条第1款对于公司社会责任的原则性规定,并讨论了对这一现实所应持的立场.     

Graphical representation of survival curves in the presence of time-dependent categorical covariates with application to liver transplantation

Graphical representation of survival curves is often used to illustrate associations between exposures and time-to-event outcomes. However, when exposures are time-dependent, calculation of survival probabilities is not straightforward. Our aim was to develop a method to estimate time-dependent survival probabilities and represent them graphically. Cox models with time-dependent indicators to represent state changes were fitted, and survival probabilities were plotted using pre-specified times of state changes. Time-varying hazard ratios for the state change were also explored. The method was applied to data from the Adult-to-Adult Living Donor Liver Transplantation Cohort Study (A2ALL). Survival curves showing a ‘split’ at a pre-specified time t allow for the qualitative comparison of survival probabilities between patients with similar baseline covariates who do and do not experience a state change at time t. Time since state change interactions can be visually represented to reflect changing hazard ratios over time. A2ALL study results showed differences in survival probabilities among those who did not receive a transplant, received a living donor transplant, and received a deceased donor transplant. These graphical representations of survival curves with time-dependent indicators improve upon previous methods and allow for clinically meaningful interpretation.     

OLS and IV estimation of regression models including endogenous interaction terms

We analyze a class of linear regression models including interactions of endogenous regressors and exogenous covariates. We show how to generate instrumental variables using the nonlinear functional form of the structural equation when traditional excluded instruments are unknown. We propose to use these instruments with identification robust IV inference. We furthermore show that, whenever functional form identification is not valid, the ordinary least squares (OLS) estimator of the coefficient of the interaction term is consistent and standard OLS inference applies. Using our alternative empirical methods we confirm recent empirical findings on the nonlinear causal relation between financial development and economic growth.     

Virgins,Terrorists, and Ten Children: Immigrants' Humorous Play with Ethnic Stereotypes in Bonding with Danes in the Workplace

Drawing on fieldwork in a multi‐ethnic workplace (an industrial kitchen in Denmark), this article explores immigrants' self‐directed ethnic humor in collegial relationships with Danes as it spontaneously develops and plays out in everyday work settings. Approaching ethnic humor from a symbolic interactionist perspective rather than adopting the dominant conflict approach, this article emphasizes the bonding functions of ethnic humor. The article argues that immigrants' engagement in playful behavior with ethnic stereotypes in interactions with Danes is a form of “impression management” in which they defuse ethnic stereotypes and dissociate themselves from them by building joking relationships in the workplace with Danes. 我国农村群众性文化活动的衰落与农民社交困境

在我国传统的农耕社会,群众性的民俗活动以及亲友乡邻间节日及婚丧嫁娶时的走动往来承载着农民的社会交往,具有 强大的教育和文化整合功能。农耕社会农民之间社交纽带的本质是精神文化纽带而非经济利益纽带。近几十年,我国农村社 会格局发生显著变化,农民社交遭遇困境,群众性文化活动的衰落是重要原因,农村文化建设应该将繁荣群众性文化活动作为 着力点。
