论地域性文化视阈中纪录片的视听艺术——以《美在广西》为例

纪录片《美在广西》出色的影像艺术体现壮乡独特的人文山水之美,其优美悦目的画面既表现了广西特有的地域性特点,又是科技时代广西人迈向现代化进程中的影像记录,广西美好人文风情的色彩造型及壮乡音乐歌谣之美的声音造型,使地域性与时代水乳交融的影像艺术尤为出色。     

无线视频服务器在ADSP-BF5614的研究与实现

通过对视频服务器相关资料的研究,提出了一种基于ADI公司专用DSP芯片ADSP-BF561的无线视频服务器的解决方案。硬件设计采用SAA7113芯片完成输入视频A/D转换,以ADSP-BF561芯片为核心硬件平台实现视频压缩编码,利用相应外围设备实现网络控制和传输。该方案由于使用了H.264视频编码标准、G729音频编码标准和基于CDMA1X无线网络技术的CDMA无线网络作为音视频数据的传输途径,具有良好的稳定性和可实现性。     

上海地区干部健康体检胸部肿瘤的X线分析

目的回顾性分析1996年～2000年上海地区干部在我院健康体检胸部肿瘤的检出情况,探讨健康体检在早期发现胸部肿瘤的意义和方法。方法全部病例均经电视透视发现胸部异常阴影后,再摄取胸部正侧位片,并进一步进行各种检查初步明确诊断,经随访、手术及病理证实。结果被检出的160例胸部肿瘤中,肺恶性肿瘤87例,肺良性肿瘤23例,纵膈肿瘤45例,胸壁横膈肿瘤5例。67例周围型肺癌平均瘤体直径2.2cm,≤2cm的早期肺癌38例占56.72%。在电视透视发现的67例周围型肺癌和45例纵膈肿瘤中,分别有25例(37.31%)和21例(46.67%)在胸部平片中不能显示。结论定期胸部健康体检是早期发现胸部肿瘤的主要方法,在干部保健工作中有重要意义。胸部电视透视是健康体检早期发现胸部肿瘤的重要手段,采用肿瘤追踪筛查方法能有效地提高肺部肿瘤检出率。     

The truth and lie story: developing a tool for assessing child witnesses' ability to differentiate between truth and lies

Within the court arena, the credibility and competency of child witnesses often comes under scrutiny and the decision whether a child is considered to be credible or not strongly in?uences whether their evidence will be heard by the court. A child's ability to demonstrate that they understand the difference between truth and lies and the importance of telling the truth is synonymous with competency. Research suggests that many professionals undertaking the task of establishing competency ?nd it very dif?cult, especially with younger children (Aldridge and Wood, 1997, cited in Aldridge and Wood, 1998). This paper describes the process involved in developing an innovative tool for helping professionals assess whether a child understands the difference between truth and lies. The development of the tool arose from the concerns of of?cers from Northumbria Police Force (in the UK) relating to interviews following the protocol of the government's Memorandum of Good Practice (Home Of?ce and Department of Health, 1992) on interviewing child witnesses, and the need to establish whether child witnesses can differentiate between truth and lies. As an example of good practice, The Truth and Lie Story described here has now been included in the Home Of?ce (2002) guidance Achieving Best Evidence in Criminal Proceedings, which is a revision of the 1992 Memorandum of Good Practice. 双通道图像／数据传输系统

叙述了基于电视逆程数据插入技术的双通道图像／数据传输系统的设计及关键技术。该系统以电视信号为媒介，无需增加新的信道设备即可将模拟电视通道拓展为模拟／数字兼容通道，可提供传输速率达８６．４ｋｂ／ｓ的高速数据传输。系统性能可靠、传输速率快、纠错能力强，具有广阔的应用前景。     

VHS录像机软件伺服系统的开发

对ＶＨＳ录像机伺服系统的三种设计方法进行了比较，重点介绍了软件伺服的特点、原理及所需的硬件与软件算法，讨论了超级定时器单元的使用、伺服误差的计算、补偿滤波器的设计、特技放像的处理等。软件伺服系统的开发，对实现ＶＨＳ录像机关键技术的国产化有重大意义，并可推广至自控、通信等领域，应用前景广阔。     

微机化视频图形发生仪的研制

介绍了以单片机和ＣＲＴ显示器控制芯片ＣＲＴＣ为主的微机化视频图形发生仪的设计方法及原理．对用ＭＣ６８４５ＣＲＴＣ产生视频信号的方法及图象分辨率作了详细介绍，给出了将此视频图象发生仪作图象刺激仪的软件框图．     

Structural Characteristics of Video Lotteries: Effects of a Stopping Device on Illusion of Control and Gambling Persistence

Two studies investigated the effects of a video lottery terminal stopping device on gamblers thoughts and behavior. This structural characteristic allows players to voluntarily stop the spinning of the reels. The first study investigated the effect of this device on the development of illusions of control. It was predicted that players using the stopping device would believe that (1) symbols displayed could differ depending on when the game is stopped, (2) there is a possibility of controlling the outcome of the game, (3) skills may be a factor influencing the results, and finally (4) a stopping device would improve the probability of personal success (i.e., developing the illusion of control). The second study aimed to further evaluate the effects of the stopping device on gambling behavior. It was hypothesised that using the stopping device would encourage players to increase the number of games played in a session. Results confirmed all predictions and showed that offering a stopping device on video lottery terminals modifies gamblers cognition and behavior. The theoretical and practical implications of these results are discussed in the context of responsible gambling policies.
