博士后工作的认识与实践

以兰州大学博士后工作的实践为基础 ,总结了兰州大学开展博士后工作所取得的成绩和经验 ,指出了存在的主要问题。并结合“西部大开发”这一背景 ,有针对性地提出了发展兰州大学博士后事业的若干建议 ,以期对西部地区的博士后工作有所裨益。     

博士研究生创新能力培养模式的研究

博士研究生教育是国家最高学历教育,直接关系着“人才强国”战略的实施。为提高博士研究生教育培养质量,反思了多年培养实践,提出了创新思维与创新能力的培养模式。模式是由思想品德、业务理论、实践能力三个方面组成。通过本模式的方式方法教育培养博士研究生可能达到提高质量之目的。     

Web-Based Supervisor Training: Real Relationships in Cyberspace

Little attention has been devoted in the past to the in-depth training of clinical supervisors, although they play a pivotal role in the professional development of social workers. To address this learning gap, the Smith College School for Social Work inaugurated the Advanced Clinical Supervision Certificate Program in 2005, as part of its continuing education series. This article addresses a unique feature of the training program: a 9-month “winter practicum” of online case presentations and group discussions that follows the participants' week together on the Smith campus. The author, the practicum facilitator, describes the adjustment of the group to interactions that are not face-to-face. Themes and dynamics emerge as in any other supervisory group. The author concludes that real relationships can be fostered and maintained in cyberspace, particularly when a connection among group members has already been established through prior in-person contact.

农科博士生《植物分子生物学进展》是一门旨在植物分子生物学领域提高博士生独立科研能力和开阔博士生科研视野的一门课程,本文从教学内容、考核方法、教学形式等三方面内容对该课程的教学方法进行了阐述和探讨。     

A narrative inquiry into the identity formation of Chinese doctoral students in relation to study abroad

The present study explores a topic which has been under-studied to date, namely the identity formation of Chinese PhD students in relation to study abroad. Underpinned by Giddens’ ‘reflexive project of the self’, which privileges agency and reflexivity, and using a narrative inquiry approach, it presents four students ‘stories’ collected through semi-structured interviews and focus group discussions. In building a picture of the ways in which students’ self-identity is shaped by and shapes their experience of study abroad, the stories illustrate individual agency, motivation, self-determination and reflexivity. In doing so, they challenge the essentialised view of Chinese students as a homogeneous and sometimes problematic group and point to implications for action by the host institutions.     

中国近代公司监事会独立性问题初探

监事会作为公司专门的监督机关,保持与被监督对象的独立性是其监督有效的前提。尽管近代公司在监事会的独立性方面有所规定,但在实践中效果并不理想。究其原因,除了相关规定不完善、股权集中及监事会与董事会职能重叠以外,最根本的原因还在于公司内部的集权体制。公司的集权性质,决定了近代公司监事会难以保持独立性,这对于今天公司制度的建设,具有积极的借鉴意义。     

MA and doctoral public relations research in Turkey (1984–2007): A quantitative study of dissertations contribution to public relations field

In this article, MA and doctoral dissertations (673) on public relations written at Turkish universities (1984–2007) are examined in order to gain an understanding of the level of the theses within the discipline and that subjects are studied, too. The conclusion is that their contribution to public relations’ improvement and especially theory building has been negligible. Written theses are standing out the practical or operational, and no existence any dissertations related to public relations theory.     

马克思博士论文中自我意识的政治诉求

马克思在他的博士论文中把"哲学历书上最高尚的圣者和殉道者"赋予被束缚在高加索山的悬崖上的普罗米修斯,这绝不仅仅是出于他深厚的古典修养和文学浪漫主义情结。盗取天火的普罗米修斯宁肯被锁链锁在崖石上也不愿意作宙斯的忠实奴仆,以此来表明他痛恨所有的神。宗教批判是青年黑格尔派批判的出发点,"叛逆"的马克思实现了对黑格尔和其他青年黑格尔派特别是布·鲍威尔的超越,指责他们只是对宗教不痛不痒的谩骂。马克思寻求一种更为彻底,颇具颠覆性的批判,他把以伊壁鸠鲁为主的自我意识哲学放在高于一切神灵的地位,以自我意识作为批判的武器,直接剑指普鲁士封建反动统治,彰显他的政治诉求。     

关键审计事项披露对企业创新投入的影响

以2016—2019年2826家A股上市公司为样本,研究了关键审计事项披露对企业创新投入的影响。结果发现,关键审计事项披露对企业创新投入具有显著的正向影响。进一步研究发现,董事会效率在关键审计事项披露与企业创新投入之间具有部分中介作用;监事会规模对关键审计事项与企业创新投入二者关系具有负向调节作用;在不同供应链集中度的企业中,关键审计事项披露对企业创新投入的影响具有异质性。据此,建议企业管理层积极分析关键审计事项,帮助利益相关者全面准确了解关键审计事项的相关内容;企业董事会及监事会充分把握与注册会计师沟通的机会,提高企业创新投入的决策能力及监督能力。     

论提高辅导员心理辅导能力的途径和方法

通过分析当前大学生的心理特点及存在的主要心理问题 ,对心理健康教育与思想教育的区别与联系进行了必要论述 ,指出了二者在解决学生思想问题中的交互作用及心理辅导对学生思想教育工作的有益补充 ,阐述了在当前提高辅导员的心理辅导能力对于做好学生思想教育和成才引导的重要性 ,并提出了提高辅导员心理辅导能力的途径和方法。
