Asymptotic normality for the estimator of non parametric regression model under ϕ-mixing errors

In this article, by using the Rosenthal-type inequality and the Bernstein's big-block and small-block procedure, we establish the asymptotic normality for the estimators of non parametric regression model based on ?-mixing errors. The result obtained in the article generalizes some corresponding ones for some dependent random variables.     

The ‘Harmonization’ of Islam with the Neoliberal Transformation: The Case of Turkey

The end of the Cold War brought about a great uncertainty in relation to the geopolitical order. The prevalence of this neoliberal model of development had as a prerequisite the integration of countries other than the traditionally developed and powerful nations of the West. As a consequence, the developing or the less economically developed economies were the ones appearing to acquire ‘renewed’ importance. A fundamental aspect of these repercussions was the triggering of ideological debates over the compatibility of Islam with this stage of capitalist development. One major axon of these debates was the ‘desecularization’ of capitalist modernization and the integration of Islam in the new global order. This article examines the case of Turkey in this framework. It analyses how the ‘Conservative Democracy’ programme of the Justice and Development Party is ‘harmonizing’ Islam with the transformation of the country and how this transformation is presented with ‘local colours’, being more acceptable and creating the new hegemony in Turkey.

奥斯卡·王尔德《道连·格雷的画像》中的东方想象

王尔德是维多利亚时期著名的作家,受东方文化影响很深,他的唯一的一部长篇小说《道连.格雷的画像》里面充满了对东方不同国度的想象,比如把中国和日本当作他的审美乌托邦,把印度和澳大利亚当作淘金和罪犯的天堂,中东等国家充满异域情调,犹太人依然被鄙视和嘲讽。这些想象或者是为了批判当时的实用和功利主义,或者是为了彰显宗主国文化的优越性,让作品充满东方浪漫异域情调的同时,也让我们了解了作为宗主国文化的对立面＂他者＂的东方是如何被审视的。     

城市家长对托育服务的需求及期望——基于3089 位家长的调查研究

根据国家卫生计生委办公厅开展《城市家庭3岁以下婴幼儿托育服务需求调查工作的通知》的相关工作,旨在了解0-3岁婴幼儿家长的托育及育儿需求,能够为将来规划托育机构建设、保育人员从业能力培训、托育服务行业规范及家长育儿提供相应指导。托育服务供给应当准确把握服务利用方的需求,准确体现托育机构的针对性供给,满足城市家长的入托需求,有效增加托育服务供给的可及和可得性。本文在温州市随机抽取3089位0-3岁儿童家长作为样本进行问卷调查,采用多分类Lo?gistic回归方法进行数据分析,明确影响入托需求的主要因素,针对城市家长对婴幼儿托育服务的需求偏好,采用多因素方差分析进行数据分析,为3岁以下婴幼儿托育服务有效供给提供对策及建议。     

消费性县城与长期性半城市化

我国正处于快速城市化进程中,目前许多进城的农民在不同程度上仍依赖于农村资源,而且要去大城市就业以赚取更高工资,因此不少农民家庭还是长期分居。这种县域半城市化状态,从微观上来看,主要是由80后、90后消费升级推动的,是其在追求与能力之间平衡的结果。从宏观上看,是市场化资源配置效率与国家化资源配置公平之间的平衡。当前,农民进入县城实现的主要是生活城市化,县城的消费性比生产性更加突出。县域半城市化状态也反映出县域生产力的不足,农民家庭劳动能力和积累能力的不足。不论是农民家庭通过劳动能力质变或者家庭积累来实现完全城市化,还是县域生产能力提升为农民完全城市化创造更好的条件,都需要较长时间,因此这种县域半城市化具有长期性。     

北约对华政策调整走势及其影响

北约在世纪之交开启对华交往,在特朗普政府上台后大幅调整对华政策。北约调整对华政策的根源在于:1)国际政治经济结构变化;2)北约将亚太安全视为全球安全使命的一部分;3)以美国为主导的北约决策机制失衡;4)北约延续并扩大冷战思维;5)在新冠肺炎疫情后;北约对华敌意增加。北约对华政策调整不利于国际政治、经济与安全结构建构,不利于亚太区域安全与稳定。中国要准确、系统、完整地认识北约对华政策调整,趋利避害,坚持合作共赢和对外开放,坚定维护国际多边主义,以实际行动打破北约的围堵与打压。     

安徽省高校科技查新服务的调查与分析

以安徽省高校图书馆为研究对象,采取网络调查的方法,较为全面地了解了安徽省高校科技查新服务工作的现状。调查内容包括科技查新资质、查新员队伍及学校特色和优势学科、查新服务对象、查新服务水平、查新高峰应对策略、查新面临的主要困难、学校老师查新渠道、查新提交途径以及查新合作意向和建议等等。在统计分析的基础上,指出了安徽省高校科技查新存在"区域发展不平衡"、"缺乏合作查新机制"等问题,并给出了"建立安徽省高校馆际合作查新机制"、"建设查新服务平台"等参考建议。     

Productive uses of nostalgia in contemporary Slovak fiction: Veronika Šikulová’s and Maroš Krajňak’s experiments with generational memory

This essay examines fictional uses of generational memory and life writing in Veronika ?ikulová’s Miesta v sieti (Dwellings in the web) and Maro? Krajňak’s Carpathia and argues that the representations of the past in these contemporary Slovak novels provide alternatives to pernicious nationalist forms of nostalgia that have been of particular concern in the country in recent years, especially in the aftermath of the 2016 election, in which the neo-Nazi People’s Party Our Slovakia (LSNS) won 8% of the vote and seats in the Slovak Parliament. The essay examines representations of time and pastoral borderland spaces in each novel, arguing that the writers’ treatment of nostalgia challenges existing theories of the phenomenon as a form of maladaptation. The novels ultimately suggest a productive compromise between restorative and reflective forms of nostalgia, which is a central distinction in Svetlana Boym’s influential theory of post-socialist nostalgia. The novels’ ultimate achievement is that they avoid the extremes of sentimentality and irony in their treatment of the past and suggest visions of collective identity that provide a counterpoint to nationalist idealizations of the past.
