A randomized Baumgartner statistic for multivariate two-sample testing hypothesis

In this paper, multivariate two-sample testing problems were examined based on the Jure?ková–Kalina's ranks of distances. The multivariate two-sample rank test based on the modified Baumgartner statistic for the two-sided alternative was proposed. The proposed statistic was a randomized statistic. Simulations were used to investigate the power of the suggested statistic for various population distributions.

明成祖的亲王守边政策

以往学界认为 ,明成祖在即位后将塞王内徙 ,以天子守边和总兵镇边取代了藩王守边。但对已发现材料的考察表明 ,在永乐十一年四月以前的大部分时间里 ,成祖之子汉、赵二王曾先后防守北京一带 ;二王拥有较大的军、政权力 ,可以统帅大将 ,抗击蒙古 ,地位接近于洪武末年的塞王 ;永乐初年塞王内徙出于本王自请 ,成祖只是顺水推舟而已 ;永乐时留在北边的其他塞王可起拥有护卫以壮边防声威之效 ,在定位上与洪武末年的安边保国不同     

对十二表法的4个中译本的比较分析

本文以实证的方法研究了十二表法的 4个中译本的西方语言版本依据 ,将它们与晚近的两个西方语言的版本进行了逐表的比较 ,指出了诸中译本中存在的一些错误 ,介绍了西方国家研究十二表法的新进展 ,在此基础了提出了重译十二表法的建议     

论违约责任中的精神损害赔偿——兼评《中国民法典:合同编条文建议稿》(总则)第81条

通常以为违约责任中的损害赔偿范围限于财产上的利益 ,不包括精神损害赔偿 ,违约行为若造成精神损害赔偿 ,可以通过责任竞合制度解决。但责任竞合制度并不能完全补偿当事人所受到的利益损害 ,在比较法研究的基础上进一步认为 :在可预见性标准的限制下 ,违约损害赔偿应包括部分精神损害。

本文从中国经济现实出发 ,阐释了以土地集体所有、个人使用的农业制度为基础的中国经济 ,在以消除剩余劳动力为特征的经济发展过程中可能表现出来的若干基本趋势 ,从而提出了中国经济长期发展的一种可能机制     

Young Children's Emotional Attachments to Stories

In the interest of developing a more holistic and integrated understanding of young children's experience of stories, this study describes preschoolers' emotional attachments to stories and the cultural beliefs and practices which surround such attachments. Thirty-two European-American, middle-class families, participated in an interview study of their children's story attachments, and five of these mothers also participated in a short-term, longitudinal diary study. Every child experienced at least two emotional attachments to stories. Children were captivated by stories presented in different media, with many attachments occurring around video stories in addition to books. They expressed their attachments by repeatedly requesting the story, expressing strong feelings, and enacting the story in pretend play. Story attachments were social in two fundamental ways: children created relationships with the characters in their favorite stories, and story attachments emerged in the context of relationships with caregivers whose beliefs and practices supported such attachments.

主流价值观的差异决定社会治理模式不同,而经济管理手段是由社会治理模式来决定的。冷战思维是2008年国际金融危机的重要成因之一,它继承着资本主义同盟的冷战任务、在全球扩展资本主义意识形态的民主价值观、遏制和消灭社会主义的发展模式。冷战思维在两个层次影响国际金融:第一,对异质发展模式的敌视,加剧了国际政治经济运行的动荡;第二,对社会进行新自由主义的治理与经济管理,致使金融危机难以避免。     

Everyday shame

This article explores aspects of the everyday through a consideration of shame. Drawing on and extending Bourdieu’s notion of the habitus, notably in relationship to Silvan Tomkins’ affect theory, and to Bourdieu’s predecessor Marcel Mauss, the paper argues for the positivity of everyday shame. The very different although complementary privileging of the physiological in Tomkins and in Mauss allows for a radical rearticulation and understanding of the habitus and of everyday life. In this article, their understandings serve to provide a model that more fully comprehends the productive nature of shame within postcolonial societies.
