全媒体时代主流媒体的数据化生存与发展

基于互联网连接的媒体平台,正在成为各类原生数据的源发地和汇聚中心,对大数据进行整合及应用的能力,将成为未来媒体平台运营的核心能力。建构在互联网平台之上的主流媒体必然要经历从信息总汇向数据总汇的转变,在这一过程中,媒体的业态、社会功能都将发生重大变化。伴随全媒体时代信息技术的快速发展,新闻传播呈现出新的特点和规律：传播主体大众化;传播容量海量化;传播方式交互化;传播手段多维化;传播时效全时化。在这样的背景下,主流媒体应不断进行数据化的探索和创新,基于5G网络,通过大数据技术运用,强化数据库建设,以此为基础,运用基于大数据的人工智能技术改变内容生产和分发方式,并以之作为内容监管的有力武器。未来基于大数据分析的综合业务推动自身产业结构优化。     

互联网+“国际双师教学”:促进高等教育国际化发展的新途径

随着中国建设世界一流大学和一流学科的“双一流”水平的不断提高,国际化已经成为中国高等教育的发展战略之一。实现高等教育的国际化,必然需要具有先进的国际教育理念、共享优质的国际教育资源、引进先进的国际课程和高水平的外籍师资。在对中国国内互联网+“双师教学”进行追溯和分析的基础上,提出了互联网+“国际双师教学”这一新的教育模式,旨在期待其可以成为有效促进中国高等教育国际化发展的新途径。     

亡宋流人家铉翁的家国情怀

宋元易代之际,家铉翁作为祈请使,被元朝羁縻北方十九年,南归时已年逾八十。今存其创作几乎全作于羁北期间,以抒发故乡之思、故国之念和坚守之志而深切动人,从中体现出深厚的家国情怀。其诗文多以乡国之思蕴涵黍离之悲,以前朝遗民流寓之身,亡国之恨不便于直接表达之故也。     

《易经》文学化品质的三维结构

《易经》是一部文学化的哲学著作。结构维域下其具有言、象、意等三个层面的成分构成,具有语音的韵律性音乐性、字词含义的精练性多义性、阐义释理的形象性生动性、载道寓理的蕴藉性丰富性等文学品质。对《易经》进行文学化结构成分分析,可以使人感受《易经》与后世文学的契合和交流关系,彰显其文学品质价值。可以拉近《易经》与读者之间的心理距离,使《易经》获得更多的文化观照。但目前相关方面的研究并不系统充分,对此有探讨研究的空间和必要。     

Rao and Wu's re-scaling bootstrap modified to achieve extended coverages

Horvitz and Thompson's (HT) [1952. A generalization of sampling without replacement from a finite universe. J. Amer. Statist. Assoc. 47, 663–685] well-known unbiased estimator for a finite population total admits an unbiased estimator for its variance as given by [Yates and Grundy, 1953. Selection without replacement from within strata with probability proportional to size. J. Roy. Statist. Soc. B 15, 253–261], provided the parent sampling design involves a constant number of distinct units in every sample to be chosen. If the design, in addition, ensures uniform non-negativity of this variance estimator, Rao and Wu [1988. Resampling inference with complex survey data. J. Amer. Statist. Assoc. 83, 231–241] have given their re-scaling bootstrap technique to construct confidence interval and to estimate mean square error for non-linear functions of finite population totals of several real variables. Horvitz and Thompson's estimators (HTE) are used to estimate the finite population totals. Since they need to equate the bootstrap variance of the bootstrap estimator to the Yates and Grundy's estimator (YGE) for the variance of the HTE in case of a single variable, i.e., in the linear case the YG variance estimator is required to be positive for the sample usually drawn.     

Nonparametric control charts based on runs and Wilcoxon-type rank-sum statistics

In this article, we introduce three new distribution-free Shewhart-type control charts that exploit run and Wilcoxon-type rank-sum statistics to detect possible shifts of a monitored process. Exact formulae for the alarm rate, the run length distribution, and the average run length (ARL) are all derived. A key advantage of these charts is that, due to their nonparametric nature, the false alarm rate (FAR) and in-control run length distribution is the same for all continuous process distributions. Tables are provided for the implementation of the charts for some typical FAR values. Furthermore, a numerical study carried out reveals that the new charts are quite flexible and efficient in detecting shifts to Lehmann-type out-of-control situations.     

美国“新一代合作社”的发展及其对我国的启示

产生于20世纪九十年代的“新一代合作社”,是美国新型合作社组织形式之一,其利用发行交货权,为从事提高农产品附加值的生产经营活动筹集资金的方法;封闭运行,以协议明确合作社与社员间的权责、事项及约束各自行为的运作模式,对规范我国农民专业合作社的运行及突破发展瓶颈问题很有启示。     

论20世纪中叶美国人力资本理论兴起的历史条件

人力资本理论于20世纪中叶在美国经济学界兴起有着特定的历史条件。美国政府在人力资源的开发和利用方面的努力,“二战”后美国政府对外经济援助计划的实践与反思,经济生活中出现很多难以解释的现象,以计算机的应用为核心之一的第三次科技革命．都为20世纪中叶人力资本理论在美国的兴起创造了历史条件。     

The origins and nature of American nationalism

This article critically analyzes the origins and nature of American nationalism. The first part examines the historiographical debate on the question in what period the formation of an American national identity occurred, i.e. before or after the American Revolution. The second part is concerned with the nature of American nationalism, casting doubt on the claim that American nationalism is exceptional, i.e. inherently different and morally superior to other nationalisms. It refutes the exceptionalist claim by applying recent findings in European nationalism research to the American case and by reinterpreting American nationalism not as an introspective phenomenon but as a demarcation process.     

对口援藏制度研究进展

“Complementary counterpart assis-tance” to Tibet is one of the earliest ways China conducted regional “complementary counterpart”assistance. As a formal institutional arrangement, it already has had more than 20 years of history. The academic research on “assistance to Tibet”has been gradually increasing. However, there are big differences in understanding many of the is-sues. This article conducts a comprehensive analy-sis on the progress of related research on the“com-plementary counterpart” assistance to Tibet in re-cent years, focusing on the spheres of assistance, the theoretical basis, institutional nature and other issues related to “complementany counterpart” as-sistance of Tibet. It further proposes the direction of future research.
