论《尧典》为史传之祖

今文《尚书》之《尧典》叙述尧观象授时、举贤任能、巡狩四方等事迹，树立了高大光辉的明君形象。从其材料来源、思想观念、语言形式及战国典籍的征引等多方面来看，《尧典》应编成于春秋时期。其编者应是孔子，春秋时代官学下移、私学兴起，讲史之风盛行，孔门以讲史教学，故孔子有编辑旧史佚闻之举。从文体方面来看，《尧典》以人物为中心，以事件为骨干，与《商书》、《周书》誓、命、训、诰诸体差别较大，具备了“传记”的诸种因素。     

Managing the process of change in residential child care: A consultancy approach

This article explores the impact of a consultancy undertaken with groups of residential child care staff within a large local authority who were experiencing considerable changes in their working environment as a result of a review of residential care structures. The authors were invited to engage directly with staff on an individual and group basis to help them work through the barriers they perceived to changing their approach to practice. The theoretical underpinning for the work was Charles Handy's [1993, Understanding Organisations (Harmondsworth, Penguin)] belief that change is more likely to have a positive outcome when staff have an investment in and contribution to the change processes. The model of change utilised within the sessions with staff was Kurt Lewin's three stages of 'unfreezing', 'change' and 'refreezing'. The consultancy raised a number of issues about the process of change and how this can be achieved within the residential child care context. In particular, it highlighted the problems of assuming that change is a linear process which can be directly controlled and managed in the flux and uncertainty which characterises this sector.

作为餐具范畴的原型之一，杯子通过转喻与联合国世界粮食计划署为饥饿人群提供粮食援助的“装满杯子”运动的使命相吻合。该运动的口号、标识、新闻报道和宣传活动中存在容器、赛事、旅程等概念隐喻，杯子的多义性为相关宣传活动的成功运作提供可能。     

城市里想飞却飞不高的小鸟——“90后”农民工的心理困惑及解决对策

现如今，“90后”农民工已经成为了农民工群体中的主力军，是新生代农民工的代表。对比老一代农民工，他们身上有着鲜明的特点和对待城市生活全新的态度。当然他们面临着融入城市难的困惑、内心自卑、孤独的困惑和工作能力不足的困惑等。力求挖掘“90后”农民工身上的特点，分析其内心存在的困惑，进而提出相应的解决对策，让他们在城市里的生活更加充满希望。     

借助新媒体提升“90后”大学生思想政治教育的实效性

在经济全球化、思想文化多元化、信息化和科学技术飞速发展、我国综合国力和国际竞争力不断增强的背景下,新媒体已渗透到人们日常生活的方方面面。＂90后＂大学生呈现出独特的思想、行为模式,给大学生思想政治教育工作带来挑战。因此,认清和把握＂90后＂大学生的思想、行为特点,充分借助新媒体的优势,有针对性地开展大学生思想政治教育工作,提升思想政治教育工作的实效性显得尤为重要。     

Modelling of connected processes

The problem of comparing, contrasting and combining information from different sets of data is an enduring one in many practical applications of statistics. A specific problem of combining information from different sources arose in integrating information from three different sets of data generated by three different sampling campaigns at the input stage as well as at the output stage of a grey-water treatment process. For each stage, a common process trend function needs to be estimated to describe the input and output material process behaviours. Once the common input and output process models are established, it is required to estimate the efficiency of the grey-water treatment method. A synthesized tool for modelling different sets of process data is created by assembling and organizing a number of existing techniques: (i) a mixed model of fixed and random effects, extended to allow for a nonlinear fixed effect, (ii) variogram modelling, a geostatistical technique, (iii) a weighted least squares regression embedded in an iterative maximum-likelihood technique to handle linear/nonlinear fixed and random effects and (iv) a formulation of a transfer-function model for the input and output processes together with a corresponding nonlinear maximum-likelihood method for estimation of a transfer function. The synthesized tool is demonstrated, in a new case study, to contrast and combine information from connected process models and to determine the change in one quality characteristic, namely pH, of the input and output materials of a grey-water filtering process.     

Food in Foster Families: Care,Communication and Conflict

This study explores the significance of food and mealtimes in relation to the transition into foster care and the therapeutic settling of the child in a new family. In doing so, we draw upon an in‐depth, qualitative case study of 10 experienced foster families in the UK focusing on what helped them to be successful. At the time of the study, there were 16 foster children, aged 9–16, living with the families. Data collection included semi‐structured qualitative interviews and audio‐diaries with all family members who wished to be involved as well as eco‐maps produced by the young people. Thematic analysis and data extracts are reproduced in the study to demonstrate that meals and food preferences can function to affirm identities, membership and boundaries of family life as well as provide a site of conflict and control.

《西湖梦寻》校读札记

《西湖梦寻》是明清之际著名文人张岱所著的史料笔记，中华书局、上海古籍出版社均以马兴荣点校本为底本进行了排印。但参照《武林掌故丛编》所收《西湖梦寻》及《续修四库全书》所记录康熙本《西湖梦寻》，发现该点校本中存在文字形近讹误、文字音同讹误、衍文、脱文、标点误用等舛讹之处。
