磨溪气田嘉二段沉积相再认识

针对川中地区下三叠统嘉陵江组二段沉积环境的判别一直存在潮坪相和非潮坪相的争论,以磨溪气田岩芯精细描述、薄片鉴定、测井曲线分析为基础,通过对嘉二段沉积古地理背景、岩石类型、沉积构造、沉积韵律、古气候及成岩演化等方面的详细分析,发现磨溪嘉二段并非大面积分布的潮坪相,而是陆表海型碳酸盐岩局限台地相－蒸发海台地相,并以潮下还原环境为主,类潮坪沉积特征仅见于嘉二2B层,可识别出台坪、粒屑滩、滩间海、半局限-局限泻湖、蒸发泻湖等亚相及其多种不同的沉积微相。嘉二1亚段主要为半局限-局限-蒸发泻湖夹风暴岩沉积,嘉二2A层以发育鲕粒滩微相为特征,嘉二2B层以台坪亚相为特色,嘉二2C层发育砂屑滩和蒸发泻湖亚相。不同微相储集性能分析表明云坪、砂屑滩和鲕粒滩微相为最有利的储集相带     

The insulin-like growth factor-I receptor: Implications for the aging process

Aging is associated with decreased levels of growth hormone and both circulating and local levels of insulin-like growth factor-I (IGF-I). The decline in IGF-I has been postulated to be important in both physiological aging and pathological states that are seen with aging. In parallel, inappropriate apoptosis is thought to play a role in some of these same processes. In experimental models, IGF-I signalling through the IGF-I receptor confers a protective effect from apoptosis. This review summarizes the results of studies documenting the IGF-I anti-apoptotic effect in neuronal model systems. The known downstream signalling cascades that mediate this signal are beginning to be elucidated; these include MAP kinase and Akt. In addition, IGF-I prevents the reduction of anti-apoptotic proteins of the bcl-2 family induced by hyperosmotic conditions in cultured neuronal cells. IGF-I has been shown to positively impact on tau, the microtubule-associated protein, possibly preventing the degradation of proteins that are associated with the neurofibrils seen in Alzheimer's disease. All of the studies to date support the hypothesis that appropriately high levels of IGF-I signalling prevent some of the processes associated with aging.     

Rub Out the Past: Nostalgia and the Cut-Up Works of William S. Burroughs

Abstract

William S. Burroughs’ cut-up texts of the 1960s have been read as a representation of the author’s attempt to escape the repressive hold of nostalgic memory. I show that this reading is flawed and argue that the treatment of memory in Burroughs’ cut-up works can be more successfully read in terms of Svetlana Boym’s concept of ‘reflective nostalgia’. Through examining Burroughs’ 1965 text ‘St. Louis Return’ alongside a page from his contemporaneous ‘Black Scrapbook’, I provide a reading that counters earlier critical responses to the cut-ups: firstly, by belying the assumption that Burroughs’ use of the cut-up technique enabled the author to overcome the allure of nostalgic memory; secondly, by demonstrating the importance of the nostalgic theme across Burroughs’ body of work; and thirdly, by challenging prevailing conceptions of nostalgia as an inherently sterile and reactionary impulse.     

Monumentally Indian: The Photography of Edward Curtis and the Cuzco School of Photography

Abstract

‘Monumentally Indian’ analyzes the similarities and differences in the representation of indigeneity in photography in the US and the Southern Peruvian Andes during the first decades of the twentieth century. The article shows an underlying (and often unconscious) poetic at work in the critical and popular reception of these photographic archives that undermines their potential for creating a radically new visual field.     

美国对台军售应对策略的国际法分析

中美正式建交33年来,美国政府严重违背了其在“八·一七公报”中对中国的承诺,不断地对台湾出售武器,并且出售武器的性能和数量不断增加。从国际法角度分析美国对台军售：第一,美国对台军售严重违反了国际条约法的基本原则;第二,美国对台军售严重侵犯了中国的国家主权;第三,美国对台军售严重违反了不干涉内政的国际法基本原则。在此基础上,中国应该积极从国内层面和国际层面寻求国际法对策,从而敦促美国停止对台军售,促使中美关系良性发展。     

基于J2EE与JBPM的教材管理系统的研究与应用

教材管理是高校教务管理中的一个重要环节,它涉及到高校的每一位师生,因其数据量较大,管理工作繁琐,高校教材管理的合理与否直接体现了教务部门的工作效率和工作质量。为了实现教材管理系统的业务过程自动化,提高系统业务流程的处理能力,在高校教材管理系统设计中引入工作流的思想,借助JBPM工作流管理系统的实现,设计了教材的征报,教材的中购及教材的采购环节上需要逐级审批的业务流程,实现业务逻辑和流程控制逻辑的分离,使整个系统的流程更为清晰,提出了一个基于J2EE与JBPM的教务管理系统的实现方案,并对相关技术进行研究。     

建立“8+2”都市圈演出联盟,繁荣京津冀文化演出市场

演艺业是具有显著的地域文化特征又需要多种演出资源进行合理配置的文化产业,进行跨区域经营、跨行业协作和跨所有制互动是进一步发展文化产业的必由之路。京津冀都市圈的社会经济文化功能和目前的综合条件,正符合演艺业所必备的地域文化差异性和演出资源多样性的基本要求,也与文化艺术经济的复合性特质相契合。因此,在京津冀都市圈建立"8+2"演出联盟,是京津冀区域社会、经济、文化发展的必然要求,而京津冀都市圈目前已具备建立演出联盟的基本条件。     

住房需求的地位动机研究——基于中国城镇家庭数据的2SLS分析

2015年以来,房地产市场去库存问题已成为国内关注焦点。首次在经济增长模型中引入社会地位寻求动机,从理论上证明地位寻求动机的存在以及对住房需求的推动作用,然后借助中国家庭金融调查数据(CHFS)作2SLS估计,研究表明:中国城镇家庭住房需求受到周围人群显著影响,且根据收入区分不同阶层时,中等收入家庭鉴于"高不成低不就"状态,地位攀比动机强于其他收入阶层,并引入基于不同类型参照组的敏感性检验和稳健性检验得到验证,为将住房需求激励政策定位于中等收入家庭提供可能依据。     

稀土Ce对新型铜基结合剂金刚石节块性能的影响

通过抗弯强度测试、显微硬度和扫描电镜研究新型铜基结合剂Cu53Sn21Fe20Ni6中添加Ce元素后组织和性能的变化.结果表明：稀土 CeO2的加入对结合剂胎体的各项性能及其组织的强化作用并不明显,反而不利于提升结合剂对金刚石颗粒的粘结性能和胎体的致密度,尤其是当含量高于0.8﹪时,结合剂烧结性能变差,胎体组织不均匀,但Ce的添加可以提高工具的锋利度和自锐性.当稀土Ce元素的含量低于0.6﹪时,弥散分布在结合剂中,可一定程度地提升胎体的显微硬度和抗弯强度.
