本文介绍了生物技术的定义及其技术体系，并从生物技术产品的角度综述了生物技术的过去、现在和未来．     

六种荞麦过氧化物酶同工酶研究初报

用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶柱状电泳测定滑源苦荞、蒙８７、大黑三棱、８３—２３０、辽源一７３和美国甜荞六种荞麦的过氧化物酶同工酶，结果表明：其酶谱带依次为五、五、三、三、三、二条，平均相对迁移率分别为０．３１０、０．２８９、０．２９７、０．２７６、０．２８８和０．３８０．据此．可得出：美国甜荞与前五种荞麦的地理起源和亲缘关系较远，而前五种亲缘关系较近，但又确有遗传差异．在抗病能力上．８３—２３０＞辽源—７３＞蒙—８７＞大黑三棱＞滑源苦荞＞美国甜荞．在抗寒能力上，滑源苦荞和蒙—８７最耐寒，大黑三棱、８３—２３０和辽源—７３的耐寒性稍弱，而美国甜荞的耐寒力最差．     

离子交换法固定化鸡肝酶及其低温保存的实验研究

采用离子交换法,以大孔径弱酸性阳离子交换树脂 D113为固定化载体,对可被农药抑制的鸡肝酶进行固定化．通过实验得到了最佳固定条件：离子浓度在0．25～0．375 mol/L 之间,固定时间为75 min,酶液活力为(6±2)U/mL．制备的固定化酶可在用于农药残留快速检测的酶传感器中作为生物识别元件使用．同时,初步研究了液体酶和固定化酶的保存,对固定化酶的制备和使用有参考价值．     

患肠炎病草鱼消化酶活性的研究

本文分析了健康鱼和患肠炎病草鱼淀粉酶和蛋白酶活性。其淀粉酶最适ｐＨ值均为 7. 2 ,蛋白酶最适ｐＨ值分别为 7. 0和 6 . 0 ;其淀粉酶最适温度分别为 3 0℃和 3 5℃ ,蛋白酶最适温度均为40℃ ,且患肠炎病草鱼蛋白酶和淀粉酶活性较健康鱼低 ,但ｐＨ值在 5. 7以下时 ,患病鱼的蛋白酶活性较健康鱼高 ;温度在 2 8℃以下时 ,患病鱼的淀粉酶活性比健康鱼高。     

Medical Muddle

Nanette Gartrell, MD, is a psychiatrist and researcher whose investigations have documented the mental health and psychological well-being of lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT) people over the past four decades. Nanette is the principal investigator of an ongoing longitudinal study of lesbian families in which the children were conceived by donor insemination. Now in its 27th year, this project has been cited internationally in the debates over equality in marriage, foster care, and adoption. Previously on the faculty at Harvard Medical School and the University of California, San Francisco, Nanette is currently a Visiting Distinguished Scholar at the Williams Institute, UCLA School of Law. In 2013, Nanette received the Association of Women Psychiatrists Presidential Commendation Award for “selfless and enduring vision, leadership, wisdom, and mentorship in the fields of women's mental health, ethics, and gender research.” At the age of 63, Nanette experienced a 3 ½ month period of intractable, incapacitating dizziness for which there was never a clear diagnosis.     

分子内催化在酶模型水解反应中的分析

从分子内催化作用和酶模型分子结构的角度出发，以酶模型水解反应来分析酶的反应机理，并与真实酶水解反应机理作比较，得出碱性、酸性功能基团为酶分子内催化水解反应的重要活性基团的结论。指出该分析对简单酶分子的合成和酶作为选择性催化剂具有指导意义及醇模型催化分析的局限性。     

生物酶与鼠李糖脂发酵液复配驱油实验研究

针对生物酶在高渗透油层驱油应用中表现出的没有提高吸水指数的技术问题,通过模拟地层采油驱油实验和界面张力实验,利用鼠李糖脂发酵液中的大分子胶团具有调驱作用的机理,用质量分数0.8%的生物酶与鼠李糖脂发酵液复配制剂驱油,得出采收率并观察驱油时的阶段含水率、阶段压力、阶段采收率的曲线变化。通过驱油结果和界面张力对比,结果表明：鼠李糖脂发酵液与生物酶复配驱油不仅具有很好的协同作用,而且在高渗透油层明显提高了原油的采收率。     

尿酸检测方法及进展

尿酸的检测在涉及临床诊断研究方面具有重要意义,尿酸常用的检测方法有酶法、尿酸传感器检测法、伏安法、高效液相色谱法和钨钼磷酸法等。但目前还没有人对尿酸的检测方法有系统的总结,本文在此基础上系统地综述了尿酸常用的检测方法及进展。

Optimal designs for non-competitive enzyme inhibition kinetic models

In this paper, we present a new method for determining optimal designs for enzyme inhibition kinetic models, which are used to model the influence of the concentration of a substrate and an inhibition on the velocity of a reaction. The approach uses a nonlinear transformation of the vector of predictors such that the model in the new coordinates is given by an incomplete response surface model. Although there exist no explicit solutions of the optimal design problem for incomplete response surface models so far, the corresponding design problem in the new coordinates is substantially more transparent, such that explicit or numerical solutions can be determined more easily. The designs for the original problem can finally be found by an inverse transformation of the optimal designs determined for the response surface model. We illustrate the method determining explicit solutions for the D-optimal design and for the optimal design problem for estimating the individual coefficients in a non-competitive enzyme inhibition kinetic model.
