Spirituality and the Gay Latino Client

An essential element in providing social services to clients form diverse communities is an understanding of cultural norms and values. The importance of acknowledging the understanding the role of spiritual beliefs and practices in working with gay Latinos is paramount when one considers the strong influence that organized religion and alternate belief systems have had on the societal, cultural and familial lives of these clients. This article looks at the role of spirituality in working with gay Latino clients, and offers suggestions for enhanced service delivery.

在西方市场经济发达国家中,企业对外直接投资已经成为市场经济中一.许多发达国家的企业在世界市场上经营了几十年、几百年,已经在多年积累的基础上形成了品牌、营销、市场份额等方面的优势,而发展中国家的企业也利用自身的相对优势不断探索取得巨大成绩的,我国作为刚刚走向世界市场的发展中国家,有必要在它们的优势中取精弃粗,避重就轻,认清自己,充分利用对外直接投资策略帮助我国企业在国际竞争中抓住机遇.     

Harmful care. To what extent is terminology from medicine and clinical psychology applicable to out‐of‐home care?

Research concerning outcomes for children who have been placed in out‐of‐home care has indicated that the care may have unwanted consequences. However, there has been no coherent terminology for differentiating between different types of such unwanted consequences. In this article therefore, we attempt to disentangle different aspects of potentially harmful care for looked after children, as well as to discuss potential pathways to more systematically approach and report adverse events for this group. In this endeavour, we turn to two adjacent disciplines, medicine and psychology, where these issues have received more interest. The applicability of the concepts used in these fields is discussed, and it is concluded that although they provide some help in categorizing different aspects of harmful care, the complexity of out‐of‐home care makes existing models difficult to adopt without adjustments. This has consequences for the possibility of evaluating care in research, as well as for monitoring adverse events in practice. Importantly, the causality will often be unknown. We therefore suggest that it is essential to shed more light on how decisions should be made about when to intervene or not in out‐of‐home care, despite limited information.

现代社会主体间关系的多元化决定了主体间产生的纠纷的多样性从而导致了纠纷解决方式的多元化,采用国家公断性质的一元化的诉讼方式来解决纠纷已不能适应时代需要。因此,我们有必要完善诉讼外的纠纷解决方式,借鉴国外ADR制度,构建我国的ADR纠纷解决机制。     

我国南珠产业的困境及其治理研究

在我国具有悠久历史的南珠产业,因环境和效益的双重制约而不得不面对能否继续存在的困境.这并非偶然,而是政府、市场和社区同时失灵的一种必然结果,其根源在于缺乏合理的产业政策和管理框架.南珠产业要实现可持续发展,公共政策当有所作为.其主要任务是根除“公地悲剧”和“劣币驱逐良币”等问题的制度性诱因,引导产业实现从规模粗放扩张向精品集约发展的转变.当务之急是:明确南珠产业发展目标,建立产业保护区,开展海域利用空间规划,修正现行海域利用规则,加强珍珠市场监管,培育行业自我组织和管理能力,创设珍珠养殖风险基金.

受魏晋玄学思潮影响,谢灵运在《山居赋序》中提出的"去饰取素"与其赋序中同时提到的"意实言表"、"遗迹索意"一样具有浓厚的玄学色彩,其内涵复杂微妙。总体风格上的"废张、左之艳辞"而取"朴素自然"是其表层含义;审美鉴赏上的"超越辞藻形式"而取"心境的素朴"是其深层含义。大谢归隐始宁而玄佛仙兼融的心灵世界又丰富了"去饰取素"的玄理内涵,也使《山居赋》的玄理指向有别于西晋以来的其他玄言赋。     

Left behind: How to encourage biological parents' involvement in their children's group homes

This paper addresses the challenges and benefits of involving biological parents in group homes in Israel and presents various means to encourage their involvement in care. Using family systems theories and the concept of co‐parenting, it analyses the fragile and complex relationship caseworkers and foster parents have with biological parents. The paper presents four components that might play a role in encouraging parental involvement to benefit their children's adjustment. The components are demonstrated through case studies and include assessing the family profile; addressing the family's needs within the child's intervention plan; training biological and foster parents; and building co‐parenting between biological and foster parents.

八一精神可以概括为:追求真理,坚定信念;勇于拼搏,不怕牺牲;敢为人先,开拓创新。八一精神为社会主义核心价值体系的建设提供了精神力量。因此,要加强社会主义核心价值体系建设,必须大力弘扬八一精神。     

上海发挥国家对外文化贸易基地作用对策研究

我国对外文化贸易具有明显的顺差,但是,从文化产品与服务的进出口结构来看,情况并不乐观。出口的文化产品大部分为依赖我国廉价劳动力资源成本优势的"硬件产品",而属于内容创意产业的"软件产品"则比例不高。即便是实现贸易顺差的动画产业,其出口的大部分产品也仅集中于欧美以外的非主流市场。为强化上海国家对外文化贸易基地的功能,促进我国"文化走出去",增加内容创意产品在出口中的比例,应从组织保障和促进重点建设两个方面来推动上海对外文化贸易事业的发展。
