昆山市娱乐场所从业青年生殖健康教育干预研究基线调查的结果表明:娱乐场所从业青年的流动性大;生殖保健知识欠缺;对性病/艾滋病的预防仍有误区,他们的性观念开放;无保护性行为比较普遍;有多个性伙伴的比例较高,是一个高度性活跃的年轻群体。部分从业青年涉及商业性性行为,已经成为传播性病/艾滋病的高风险桥梁人群。  相似文献

美国高校教师专业发展培训已经步入"协统者时代"。在这个新时代,培训机构的人员不仅要拥有科技运用能力和协调统筹能力,还应努力帮助高校教师重新认识自身的职业发展要求,积极关注学生群体和个体差异性,从容应对教学与研究发展的新趋势。哈佛大学戴瑞克·伯克教学中心正是"协统者时代"美国高校教师培训机构的典型代表。该中心采取集中化的培训模式,一方面帮助高校教师理解"超职业"要求,提升教学知识和技能;另一方面引导教师积极关注学生的新变化,适应学生群体的多样性;最后还支持教师主动应对教学、学习乃至科学研究的新态势。其实践经验对我国高校正在探索的教师培训工作具有诸多启发意义。  相似文献

This paper addresses the need for models for assessing multicultural programs in the community college, the most culturally and socioeconomically diverse educational institutions in the country. A three-dimensional framework presents faculty, student, and curriculum variables critical to the implementation and outcomes of multicultural programs. The framework emerged from the formative evaluation of a new interdisciplinary social science curriculum and guided the design of the national field test of that curriculum in 30 community college classrooms. Three kinds of results are reported: implementation patterns; appropriateness to faculty members' teaching goals; and impact on reading behavior, interest, overall learning, and political efficacy of students with diverse ages, ethnic and sociocultural backgrounds, and political positions. Political efficacy gains of older students and students with lower socioeconomic backgrounds are discussed. The importance of such a framework in documenting the interaction between a curriculum and its sociocultural context is stressed.  相似文献

This commentary represents a personal reaction to seven articles on ethical issues in evaluation. The author of the commentary begins with two assumptions: (1) Professional evaluators might not have the vocabulary and constructs to analyze their thoughts and actions in ethical terms, and (2) professional evaluators have often confronted troubling situations that probably contain ethical issues embedded within them. Consequently, she queries the seven articles individually and collectively in terms of the following questions: 1. What is the range of ethical problems I might encounter as an evaluator; and how do I recognize the ethical characteristics of professional dilemmas? 2. How do I describe troubling evaluation problems I have encountered that seem to have an ethical component? 3. What are some approaches I have used or might use in thinking about a proper course of action? 4. How do I know if, in a given situation, I have behaved ethically? 5. “一带一路”倡议对深化沿线各国商事交往提出了新的挑战,世界范围内现存的国际商事纠纷解决途径并不能满足处理“一带一路”倡议下可能产生国际商事纠纷的需要。结合“一带一路”倡议,通过对新加坡国际商事法庭和迪拜国际金融中心法院的研究,认为我国设立国际商事法庭有其必要性。必要性一方面在于国际商事法庭的自身优势,另一方面在于其可帮助我国处理不断激增的涉外案件、减少文化冲突等。  相似文献

针对目前加工中心工作台在工作时,由于振动和变形产生刚度降低的问题,提出了一种结构优化方案,以验证优化后工作台刚度的可靠性。采用有限元法,在静力学分析的基础上对工作台进行了不增加质量而提高刚度的优化;采用灵敏度分析法对优化后工作台的刚度可靠性进行分析;在six sigma分析系统中验证了优化后工作台的刚度可靠度。分析结果表明:优化后工作台的刚度提高11. 5%,且可靠度达到100%,其中弹性模量及工作台圆形筋板厚度的随机变化对工作台刚度影响较大。该方案能提高加工中心工作台的刚度并且能确保其刚度可靠性。  相似文献

The proliferation of Web-based information sources and social media draw firms' attention to these channels as sources of competitive intelligence (CI). To date, research has focused mainly on information collection techniques rather than on CI uses and its influence on firm performance. We define CI embeddedness as the extent to which management and employees incorporate CI in daily routines, so that actionable knowledge is transferred throughout the organization. A survey of 124 decision makers reveals positive impact of Web CI sources as well as alliances with information providers on CI embeddedness. Furthermore, while CI embeddedness shows no direct influence on firms’ performance, it has a mediated effect on performance through customer satisfaction.  相似文献

Abstract

The Government Performance and Results Act (GPRA) mandates inclusion of evaluation in federal agency strategic plans, impacting human service programs receiving federal support. Recommended evaluation methods include flexible ongoing and participatory approaches. Yet social work may not be prepared to appropriately respond to the government's demands for accountability. This paper reviews GPRA and its implications for social work practice, evaluation, and research, offering response strategies. The paper suggests that the creation of a National Center for Social Work Research (S. 70/H.R. 663) could help bridge evaluation gaps, offering a centralized mechanism for monitoring evaluation activities and maximizing federal research resources.  相似文献

Abstract

More and more GLBT people are choosing parenthood, many of them finding connection through organizations like the Family Pride Coalition and other local parenting groups. While some live in communities where resources are more plentiful, others still struggle to find other families like theirs. Groups like Family Pride have largely grown out of the desire of GLBT parents to find others like themselves and to provide a place for their children to experience families similar to their own. This article reviews the history of the Family Pride Coalition and shares the personal memories and motivations of pioneering GLBT parents/activists who have made a difference.  相似文献
