区域性农村妇女土地权益保护的实证研究--以福建省宁德市为例

随着农村改革的逐步推进,农村妇女的土地权益保护显得日益重要,2014年中央一号文件也明确要求“切实维护妇女的土地承包权益”。通过采取问卷调查、实地走访的形式,了解宁德市农村妇女的土地权益状况和司法审判状况,分析存在的问题,指出可以由地方政府、人大或人大常委会规范集体成员资格认定的具体标准,同时加强对村规民约的指导、监督,强化司法救济,实现对妇女土地权益的最大限度保护。     

透视城市网络文化中的数字鸿沟现象

阐述城市网络文化中社会群体阶层之间的数字鸿沟,网络文化中代与代之间的数字鸿沟,以及数字鸿沟问题将会在未来城市网络文化发展中愈加扩大其不平等,进而影响社会稳定。提出要弥合这种数字鸿沟,必须加强城市网络文化建设的对策。     

A body passes by: the flâneur and the senses in nineteenth-century London and Paris

Abstract

The flâneur is well-known for being the most emblematic nineteenth-century observer of urban life. Critics have often compared the flâneur to a camera eye which records everything and insisted on the predominance of sight over other senses in the cognitive process. This article emphasises the embodiedness of the flâneur’s vision, which is an experience of all the senses. Urban public space can be envisaged as a ‘metabolic space,’ in which “the links between background and figures are very unstable” (Augoyard 1991). The moving body of the flâneur, which can adapt to this changing space, seems to be in an ideal position to apprehend the metabolic body of the city. The flâneur is not only a “transparent eye-ball” (Emerson 2003), he is “a living eye” which communicates with all the other senses and captures the whole experience of moving through the city. By looking at texts by Balzac, Baudelaire, Dickens and Charlotte Brontë, the article shows that flânerie is a sensory activity that shapes our perception of the city as much as the city shapes our own flâneries by transforming our bodies into scribes who write the “thicks and thins of the urban text” (de Certeau, 1984).     

Intersectionality in the Lives of LGBTQ Youth: Identifying as LGBTQ and Finding Community in Small Cities and Rural Towns

This article presents an analysis of the views of younger bisexual and lesbian women and transgender youth living in a western Canadian small city on their sexual and gender identities. Data were collected through focus groups and interviews and analyzed thematically through an intersectional lens. The purposive sample was composed of 13 youth who identified as lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, or queer (LGBTQ) and whose average age was 19.8 years. The analytical themes of (1) living in a small town, (2) identifying and being identified, and (3) talking intersectionality indicate that the sexual identities and gender identities and expressions of LGBTQ youth change across time and context and are impacted by often overlooked factors including faith, Indigenous ancestry, disability, and class. Further, the size and character of the community significantly impacts LGBTQ youth identity development and expression. This research demonstrates the uniqueness of individual youth’s experiences—opposing notions of milestone events as singularly important in queer youth identity development.     

The middling mobile: finding place in the liquid city

The middling mobile, differentiated by their modest and unsure mobility, are a vast of bulk of people who intend or expect to move on. As they travel, they tread differing intensities of rhythm and social embeddedness felt to be chaotic, constraining, liberating, or comforting. Owing to their aspirations to ‘get out’ of a rhythmic life, or to move somewhere familiar, the middling mobile use movement and rootedness to navigate and manage everyday life in the liquid city. My analysis offers a holistic exposition of a life that flows between mobility/immobility and rhythmic/arrhythmic forms, and the transitions between them.     

新生代农民工思想政治教育新途径探析

新生代农民工是我国特殊国情下产生的年轻群体,是我国工业化、城市化的新鲜血液,是影响我国经济、政治、文化和社会发展的一支不容忽视的重要力量。做好这个年轻群体的思想政治教育工作,对他们自身的全面健康发展以及对我国的社会主义现代化建设与和谐社会的构建都具有重要的现实意义。因此,必须充分考虑新生代农民工思想政治现状,积极探索思想政治教育的新规律、新特点、新方式,综合运用多种教育方法,多角度地开展新生代农民工思想政治教育工作,切实提高思想政治教育的针对性和实效性。     

城市空间关系问题研究——以黄冈与武汉城市圈内周边城市空间关系为例

城市化的快速发展使得城市空间关系不断变化,如何准确界定城市空间关系对城市战略选择至关重要。本文在总结前人对城市空间关系研究的基础上,将城市空间关系分为依附型、竞争型、共生型、异质型四种。进而在此基础上以黄冈为案例,研究黄冈与武汉城市圈内周边城市的关系,并提出黄冈的定位和发展战略。

随着经济全球化飞速发展,大型体育赛事逐渐成为主办城市营销自己的重要载体和工具,但并非每个城市都适宜举办大型体育赛事,主办城市必须选择与自身发展相适宜的大型体育赛事。本文首先从城市选择大型体育赛事进行经济分析,剖析影响城市举办大型体育赛事的赛事因素和城市因素,最后系统研究中国城市选择大型体育赛事的非均衡发展战略,以及从城市群和各类城市两个角度详细分析我国城市大型体育赛事选择思路。

高速铁路的正式开通运行,为旅游城市品牌的传播开启了一个新的时代。本文以京沪高铁为例,阐述了我国城市品牌内涵及现状,通过高铁媒体传播途径优势的分析及旅游城市广告投放研究,论证了高铁媒体对旅游城市形象的提升及品牌的有效传播起着不可或缺的作用,并据此论证了高铁媒体对比其他大众媒体在旅游城市品牌传播过程中的显著优势。     

新型城镇化背景下产城人融合的模式探索——以佛山为例

本文从国内外新型城镇化发展趋势及背景着手,以制造业名城佛山为例,分析历年来佛山城市定位和产城人融合战略的演进,并在实践中探索"1+2+5+X"城市组团模式下人与自然生态、文化科技和谐酿成的三湖模式、佛山新城模式等成功做法,揭示了产城人融合的科学选择。
