构建石油企业国际竞争力评价指标的探索

近年来,国际国内油价的持续走低对石油企业的生产经营产生了巨大的影响。当前,我国已经成为世界主要的石油生产国和进口国,同时也面临着前所未有的挑战。面对复杂的国际市场和严峻的竞争形势,必须对我国石油企业的国际竞争力进行科学、合理的测评,以便制定针对性的对策和建议。运用因子分析法,结合我国石油企业的特点,选择整体规模实力、获利盈利能力、资源开发生产能力、可持续发展能力、国际化水平等代表性指标,构建出我国石油企业国际竞争力评价指标体系。运用这一体系对我国石油企业的国际竞争力进行实证分析,结果表明：我国石油企业的国际运营能力、盈利能力相对薄弱,应大力实施“走出去战略”,积极整合企业实力与全球资源,不断提升其国际竞争力。     

Likelihood Ratio Type Two‐Sample Tests for Current Status Data

Abstract. We introduce fully non‐parametric two‐sample tests for testing the null hypothesis that the samples come from the same distribution if the values are only indirectly given via current status censoring. The tests are based on the likelihood ratio principle and allow the observation distributions to be different for the two samples, in contrast with earlier proposals for this situation. A bootstrap method is given for determining critical values and asymptotic theory is developed. A simulation study, using Weibull distributions, is presented to compare the power behaviour of the tests with the power of other non‐parametric tests in this situation.     

采掘业企业资产弃置义务负债确认计提的国际比较研究

以英国和澳大利亚的煤炭、金属矿和石油天然气行业上市公司为IASB样本,以美国和加拿大的同行业公司为FASB样本,分行业与中国的公司进行比较,分析采掘业企业在资产弃置义务负债确认计提方面的差异。研究发现,中国除石油天然气行业与国际同行接轨外,煤炭和金属矿采掘业企业在资产弃置义务负债确认计提上均存在着严重不足。研究结果表明,中国资产弃置义务相关准则自身的问题、投资者保护与环境规制强度的不足,制约了中国企业对资产弃置义务负债的确认,而较低的环境规制强度进一步影响到对资产弃置义务负债的计提。     

中国企业创建学习型组织的现状分析及对策研究——以江苏省连云港市企业为例

通过对连云港市企业创建学习型组织现状的实证调研,总结了连云港市企业在创建学习型组织过程中取得的一些经验,剖析了连云港市企业在创建学习型组织中存在的问题.最后,从普遍意义上提出了继续深化中国企业创建学习型组织的对策与建议.     

存在荣誉效用的等级竞赛机制分析

针对存在荣誉效用的等级竞赛,研究在等级数已定的条件下,以总努力最大化为目标的竞赛设计者如何设置竞赛人数和各等级人数的问题。通过分析荣誉效用由于相邻等级容量调整所引起的变化对总努力的影响,得到结论：无论能力分布如何,将最高等级容量设置得很小,对竞赛设计者而言,是更合理的选择;当竞赛者的能力分布为凹函数时,将中低等级的容量设置得相对较大更合理;当能力分布为凸函数时,将中高等级的容量设置得相对较小更合理。     

Organizational status growth and structure: An alliance network analysis

Considering the status system emerging from a structure of corporate affiliations, we examine how alliance patterns among firms affect their changing organizational statuses and the structural development of the status system itself. Firm status is conceptually grounded in sociological theories of status and network analysis. The empirical setting we investigate is the network of alliances among firms in the Global Information Sector. The results indicate a negative effect of initial firm status on the growth rate of individual status, which is associated with the different patterns of alliance affiliations among firms with different status levels. Affiliation patterns also affect the extent of variation in the gap between status strata and firm mobility along the status hierarchy. The results highlight the importance of understanding the structural aspects underlying firm status attainment.     

Combating Elder and Dependent Adult Mistreatment: The Role of the Clinical Psychologist

ABSTRACT

Among the many different professionals who work to address elder and dependent adult mistreatment, the clinical psychologist performs a function that is not well documented. The experiences of a clinical psychologist attached to a medical response team and an elder abuse forensic center provide insight into this complex and multifaceted role. Case examples from an elder abuse forensic center illustrate the breadth of referral questions that a clinical psychologist addresses. This information may be of use to those who would argue that these services be made widely available to elder abuse professionals such as social workers, public guardians, and those in the criminal justice system. The case studies also may be useful for training purposes.     

Older Women's Perceptions of Elder Maltreatment and Ethical Dilemmas in Adult Protective Services: A Cross-Cultural,Exploratory Study

In this study, older African American, Latina, and Caucasian women from varying socioeconomic backgrounds participated in eight focus groups that examined their perceptions of elder maltreatment and three ethical dilemmas within adult protective service work: mandatory reporting, involuntary protective services, and criminalization of elder maltreatment. Participants espoused a broad and inclusive view of elder maltreatment. In responding to illustrative case scenarios, participants strongly favored protection over freedom by supporting mandatory reporting and involuntary protective services. Criminalization of elder maltreatment also was supported. This article presents results of each scenario and broad themes across the study, with attention paid to areas of consistency and difference across ethnicity and socioeconomic categories.     

Differential Health and Social Needs of Older Adults Waitlisted for Public Housing or Housing Choice Vouchers

Affordable housing is an important form of income security for low-income older persons. This article describes characteristics of older persons waitlisted for either public housing or a housing choice voucher (HCV; previously Section 8) in Portland, Oregon. 358 persons (32% response rate) completed a mailed survey with questions about demographics, health and housing status, food insecurity, and preference for housing with services. Findings indicate that many waitlisted older persons experienced homelessness or housing instability, poor health, high hospital use, and food insecurity. Public housing applicants were significantly more likely to report lower incomes, homelessness, and food insecurity than HCV applicants. We conclude with policy implications for housing and health agencies that serve low-income older persons.
