知识分子与抗战时期陕甘宁边区的工业建设

陕甘宁边区工业基础薄弱,抗战时期为了打破敌人的封锁、赢得抗战的胜利,边区政府必须建立自己的工业,为此边区政府制定了相关的知识分子政策,吸引了广大的知识分子投身于边区的工业建设,他们为边区工业体系的建立、工业技术的革新和工作效率的提高作出了贡献,同时为边区工业长期发展培养了后继人才。在他们的努力下边区工业获得了长足的发展,打破了敌人的封锁,赢得了抗战的胜利。     

从《边城》看沈从文乡土小说的诗画特征

自称是"乡下人"的沈从文,在现代中国文学史上算得上一个风格独特的文人。他执著追求与表现的是那种纯真的带有某种原始意味的人性美和人情美,在山清水秀的湘西边地苦苦地构筑他的理想人生形态,抒发了他对湘西下层劳动人民的深厚感情。沈从文的这类小说被称为"乡土抒情小说",《边城》就是其中最优秀的代表。     

长三角一体化发展的边界效应研究——基于城际消费流视角

随着社会技术的进步与市场经济的深化，消费流在反映区域间经济活动的往来程度时显现出了优势。文章借助中国银联2018年城际消费流数据，基于调整后的Head-Mayer边界效应模型，对长三角城市群的市场一体化程度进行测算和评估。实证结果表明：长三角地区的统一市场尚未完全形成，城市边界和省际边界均对异地消费具有抑制作用；省际边界效应表现出异质性，其中上海与其他三省之间的边界对消费流的影响相对较弱，而浙江、江苏、安徽三省彼此之间的市场分割更为明显；长三角各城市的边界效应程度不尽相同，上海的城市边界效应强度为1.05，江苏省各城市的边界效应强度处于3.06~5.51之间，浙江省各城市的边界效应强度介于3.13~6.24之间，而安徽省各城市的边界效应程度最为强烈，在3.85~6.58之间分布。基于长三角区域经济一体化的发展现状，提出以下几点建议：首先，要肯定区域经济协调组织在推动区域经济发展过程中发挥的重要作用。其次，继续深化取消影响区域经济发展的人为阻碍的改革，进一步降低经济合作的障碍和成本。最后，需要积极借鉴国际区域合作经验来推动长三角地区发展。     

Cross-border acquisition performance of emerging market multinational enterprises: The moderating role of state-ownership and acquisition experience

This paper draws on the resource-based view and organizational learning theory to analyse the moderating role played by state ownership and acquisition experience in the performance of emerging market multinational enterprises (EMNEs). We contribute to the evolving literature on state-owned EMNEs by identifying various post cross-border acquisition (CBA) strategies, which have an impact on the performance of such firms that differs for the one they have on privately owned EMNEs. We test our hypotheses by performing a panel regression analysis on a large firm-level dataset spanning 43 emerging markets over the 2006–2015 period. Overall, our findings point at an inverted U-shape relationship between diversification through CBAs and firm performance. More specifically, this concave relationship is greater when the diversification occurs in developed countries, as opposed to emerging ones. Furthermore, there is evidence that state-ownership and EMNE acquisition experience moderate these relationships both in domestic and foreign markets, albeit with different intensities.     

Expected utility, μ-σ preferences,and linear distribution classes: A further result

This article is an extension of Meyer and Sinn's results on the representation of arbitrary von Neumann-Morgenstern functions in - space when the probability distributions to be compared belong to a linear distribution class. It shows that, when absolute risk aversion decreases, stays constant, or increases not too fast, an increase in , given , increases the indifference curve slope: increased riskiness increases the required marginal compensation for risk when risk is measured by the standard deviation of wealth or income.I gratefully acknowledge useful comments by Wolfgang Buchholz, Kai Konrad, Jack Meyer, Hans Schneeweiß, Dominique Thon, and Bengt Arne Wickström.     

《史记》所见秦朝疆域四至考论

关于秦朝疆域四至,司马迁和秦朝的琅邪刻石各自给出了一个说法,然揆诸史实,司马迁的始皇26年的四至实为始皇33年的四至。而琅邪刻石四至中的西、北二至直到秦朝灭亡也没有达到。司马迁的四至说显然属于误书,而琅邪刻石四至说既可视为秦人在故意夸大自己的功业,又可视为其意在表达一定要在南北用兵的决心。     

Confidence Intervals for the Weighted Sum of Two Independent Binomial Proportions

Confidence intervals for the difference of two binomial proportions are well known, however, confidence intervals for the weighted sum of two binomial proportions are less studied. We develop and compare seven methods for constructing confidence intervals for the weighted sum of two independent binomial proportions. The interval estimates are constructed by inverting the Wald test, the score test and the Likelihood ratio test. The weights can be negative, so our results generalize those for the difference between two independent proportions. We provide a numerical study that shows that these confidence intervals based on large‐sample approximations perform very well, even when a relatively small amount of data is available. The intervals based on the inversion of the score test showed the best performance. Finally, we show that as for the difference of two binomial proportions, adding four pseudo‐outcomes to the Wald interval for the weighted sum of two binomial proportions improves its coverage significantly, and we provide a justification for this correction.     

清代的杀虎口税关

文章通过考察中国台北故宫博物院收藏的88件清代杀虎口税关奏折的内容,廓清了清代“远在边疆”的杀虎口税关财政、国家行政职能、土地和税关修缮等问题,弄清了杀虎口在清代中国经济的地位与作用。

王安忆的小说《长恨歌》中女主人公王琦瑶是作家笔下上海文化的代言人,同时,这一人物在小说中还有着形式上的意义。她是沟通边缘与中心的媒介,体现出女性由边缘向中心的努力,同时也显示出作家在创作中从形式向意义的追寻。
