实施空间集聚化战略是欠发达地区现代化建设的重要途径

区域非均衡发展理论是指导区域经济社会发展的重要原则,这一理论作用于实践层面体现为空间集聚化战略。空间集聚化战略具有整合战略资源、开发潜在市场、形成后发优势的特点。对于欠发达地区发展特色经济、调整产业结构、加快城市化进程不失为一条重要途径。     

广东人口意愿生育性别偏好的影响因素分析

本文利用广东省人口和计划生育委员会与中山大学人口研究所2004年10月进行了题为“广东省人口生育意愿研究”的抽样调查数据,分析了个人特征变量、居住地区变量、意愿生育数量、传统偏男生育观念（即“生育目的”）变量和政策性变量对广东人口意愿生育性别偏好的影响。     

The spaces and ethics of organic food

Initial assessments of the potential for organic food systems have offered an optimistic interpretation of the progressive political and ethical characteristics involved. This positive gloss has prompted a stream of critique emphasising the need to explore the ambiguities and disconnections inherent therein. In this paper, we consider the case of Riverford Organic Vegetables,¹ arguably the largest supplier of organic vegetables in the UK, and suggest that existing debates assume too much about the “goods” and “rights” of organic food and leave important questions about the spaces and ethics of organic food. We argue that, in the case of Riverford, the space of organic food production and distribution is neither the small, local, counter-cultural farm nor the large, transnational, corporate firm. Rather, simultaneously, the spaces of organic food production and distribution are the national network, the regional distribution system and the local farm. In addition, in the case of Riverford, the ethics of organic food exhibit few grand designs (of environmental sustainability, for example). Rather, the ethics of organic food are best characterised as: ordinary, since they relate to concerns about taste, value for money, care within the family and so on; diverse, since multiple practices steer the production and distribution of organic food; and graspable, in that both vegetables and box have material and symbolic presence for consumers.     

A note on the construction of optimal linear codes

Let us denote by (n,k,d)-code, a binary linear code with code length nk information symbols and the minimum distance d. It is well known that the problem of obtaining a binary linear code whose code length n is minimum among (n,k,d)-codes for given integers k and d, is equivalent to solve a linear programming whose solutions correspond to a minimum redundancy error-correcting code. In this paper it will be shown that for some given integers d, there exists no solution of the linear programming except a solution which is obtained using a flat in a finite projective geometry.     

试析学区房的形成及其社会效应——以天津市为例

在教育成为居住的配套设施和基础教育资源分布不均衡的情况下,中国政府颁布了＂就近入学＂的教育政策,重点校就学范围内的房屋便成了学区房。学区房是教育政策、教育需求者、教育配置、市场等多种力量共同作用形成的一种社会空间,呈片状分散于城市中,其中居住的大多是以孩子就学为目的的家庭。学区房与教育资源配置密切相关,它的出现加剧了教育资源分配不平等,引起＂人户分离＂,同时也缓解了老城社区衰落。     

Spatial–temporal interpolation of non methane hydrocarbon levels in Kuwait

This article handles the prediction of hourly concentrations ofnon methane hydrocarbon (NMHC) pollutants at 15 unmonitored sites in Kuwait using the data recorded from 6 monitored stations at successive time points. The trend model depends on hourly meteorological variables and seasonal effects. The stochasticcomponent of the trend model which has spatiotemporal features is modeled as autoregressive temporal process. A spatial predictive distribution for residuals of the AR model is developed for the unmonitored sites. By transforming the predicted residuals back to the original data scales, we impute Kuwait’s hourly NMHC field.

在下述有关莫兰论复杂性伦理学的三则译文中,第一则概述了复杂性伦理学包含的各种要素;第二则陈述了复杂性思想和伦理学之间的必然联系;在第三则中指出,未来的伦理学与政治的结合将应同时促进个人、社会和人类的发展。     

周代雅乐的时空意义考察

礼乐文化就是“雅”文化,雅乐贯穿于整个礼乐制度从产生、发展到衰落的全过程。周代礼乐文化从“乐”的雅化开始起步,到雅乐的世俗化结束,历经西周、春秋五百余年。然而,雅乐的影响不只是停留在历史的时间和空间里,从时间和空间的意义上,雅乐并非是一个静止、孤立的学科概念,而是一个发展、综合的文化概念。雅乐形成的文化、历史过程,不仅体现出雅乐地域流播的空间意义,也体现出雅俗转化的节奏和时间意义。     

外空物体的法律定义问题

现有的国际外层空间法尚无外空物体的法律定义,外空物体在学术界的论述中也存在着分歧。我国已成为载人进入外层空间的少数国家之一,但对外层空间法的研究相对滞后,尽管我国已经发射了多颗卫星和载人飞船,但对外空物体的阐述不多。这种状况与我国空间活动大国的地位极不相适应。本文试图提出一个较为完整的外空物体的法律定义,以期带动外层空间法的研究。
