基于文化育人理念的卓越人才培养目标探究——王阳明“良知说”对大学生社会责任感养成教育的启示

陆王心学作为传统文化中具有代表性的一派对传统知识分子具有重要的影响。王阳明,作为陆王心学的集大成者,所提出的“良知说”在社会责任感养成教育方面更是具有丰富的文化育人的价值与资源。其中,壬阳明所提出的“破心贼”以“明明德”,“明人伦”以“亲民”,“成圣贤”以“止于至善”,对于当代大学生社会责任感养成提供了三个层次的教育目标,从大学生个体自我的道德为出发点,外推至对社会伦理关系明确与建立、再到社会责任感的培养及落实,秉承了“大学之道,在明明德,在亲民,在止于至善”的大学精神,体现了传统文化对于知识分子“内圣外王”的根本要求。     

Changes of high school English teaching model under the directions of new English Curriculum Standard（英文）

Teaching research in practice courses

Students of social work and related professions are often resistant to study research. Efforts to resolve this problem have focused on making research courses more experiential and developing a 'user friendly' curricula. This article presents an experimental strategy used in one American school of social work to teach research-related content within the context of a practice course. Students' and teachers' evaluations indicate that this may be useful to enable students to acquire tools with which to use and conduct research.     

Attempts to Increase Vehicle Safety-Belt Use Among Industry Workers

Abstract

A multiple intervention level hierarchy was evaluated with systematic implementation of successive interventions over a period of two years. Successive applications of written prompts, goal-setting, goal-setting plus feedback, and promise-card commitment interventions did not significantly impact the safety-belt use of 556 employees at a manufacturing plant in southwest Virginia. A modest increase in safety-belt use (from 59% to 68%) occurred only when a promise-card commitment strategy was combined with an incentive/reward strategy. These data support a multiple intervention level hierarchy which suggests that repeated attempts to change behavior with interventions at the same level of intrusiveness will not affect behavior uninfluenced by the first attempt at that level. A flow of behavior change model (Geller, 1999) is used to explain the impact of interventions on people at different stages of readiness for behavior change and to extend the multiple intervention level model. Suggestions are given for selecting the most appropriate behavior change strategy for large-scale applications.     

An application of the integrated AHP-PGP model for performance measurement of supply chain management

The performance measurement problem has gained great attention in business and operations management literature. The first objective of this study is to determine the required performance measures and to develop a model for performance evaluation, based on these selected measures using analytical hierarchy process (AHP) methodology. The second objective is to explain how an integrated AHP-PGP (pre-emptive goal programming) model can be used in performance measurement while optimising the overall performance. An integration of AHP and multi-objective PGP is used to consider both quantitative and qualitative performance measures in optimising the overall performance of the system. The integrated model is presented with a real-world application using source data provided by a survey conducted in India. Findings demonstrate that the integrated AHP-PGP model can be useful to all supply chain industries in their day-to-day performance measurement decisions.

当下的美术教育已经成为一种教育时尚。然而在兴旺发展的背后却隐含着种种忧患,其中较为突出的问题在于部分美术教育者对美术教育的目标和精神存在一定程度的模糊认识,严重阻碍了美术专业的健康发展。应当准确地把握美术教育发展的脉搏,确定美术教育的发展方向,让美术教育适应当代社会发展需要,体现其价值。     

我国大陆与台湾高中语文课程文件比较研究

我国大陆于2003年以“课程标准”取代“教学大纲”,我国台湾于2004年以“课程纲要”取代“课程标准”,两者的高中语文课程文件有同有异。台湾的高中语文课程设计对大陆高中语文课程建设具有如下启示:课程文件的表述应走向“纲要化”,课程结构的明晰性应进一步提高,课程目标的设计应体现层级性和衔接性,课程内容的规定应注重经典性和内在联系性,教材编写的要求应进一步细化,加强必修课程的基础性,提高语文课程文件的独立性,增强课程文件的可操作性。
