建国以来中共四川省委领导民生建设的历史考察及经验启示

四川自解放以来,中共四川省委领导全省民生建设取得了巨大的成就,留下了宝贵的经验,尤其是十一届三中全会后,四川省委领导的民生建设飞速发展,成效显著。成功的经验从多方面启示着四川当前的民生建设。     

郝经与方回和陶《饮酒》诗之比较

郝经和方回作为元代追和陶渊明《饮酒》诗人的代表，其诗歌都是借和陶诗的形式浇自己之块垒。但由于各自人生追求以及生活境遇的不同，在对诗酒生活的描写、对功名节操的态度以及对陶渊明精神的取舍等方面都存在较大的差异，反映了陶渊明《饮酒》诗对元代诗人多层面的广泛影响。     

Little naked pangs of the self: the real performance of the self and the function of trust in Goffman's action theory

The aim of this article is to discuss some of the leading features of Erving Goffman's action theory as an alternative to the ‘orthodox’ paradigms of sociology, viewed as a structuralist and functionalist science that defines social constructs by their shared rules and values, and as a drifting of action, in the sense of intention, toward an individualistic version. The author examines Goffman's shift of the focus of attention from the boundaries of a social sense of action to the social dialectic of ‘defining a situation’ (W. Thomas) as conducted by the social actors in a renewal of Simmel's ‘empowering covenants’ (wechselwirkung) in the multiple casual social connections that make up the ‘social buzz’ in a society. The author moreover discusses Goffman's action as a kind of playacting regulating cognitive and expressive face-to-face ‘traffic’ between the social actors. This relational dynamic creates an interactive play based on encounters – in which one's opening to another is fraught with risks of deception – regulated by trust as a central resource for social interactions. Trust, in its interpersonal and systemic variants, constitutes a universal social datum and an elementary precondition for social exchanges and the cooperation between individuals. Trust, thus, functions as comparer between reciprocal expectations and a regulator of freedom tending to the stability of the social system.     

元代的西夏遗民——斡氏家族

成吉思汗对西夏先后六次征战，时间跨度二十余年。西夏灭亡时，蒙古军队焚烧城池，屠杀居民。但从现有资料来看，依然有许多人躲过了这场灭顶之灾，在元代仍有大量的西夏遗民存在，部分遗民还对元代政治产生了重要影响，斡氏家族就是其中之一。     

Inégalités et mondialisation financière: le rapport qui tombe à pic

Cette note présente la nouvelle publication annuelle de l'Institut international d'études sociales de l'OIT, le Rapport mondial sur le travail 2008, dont le thème est les inégalités de revenu à l'épreuve de la mondialisation financière. Cette publication tombe à point nommé au moment où l'on s'inquiète de l'ampleur, de la durée et des conséquences économiques et sociales de la crise financière. Le rapport traite des déterminants de l'accroissement des inégalités de revenu, et de ses liens avec la mon‐dialisation financière, les institutions du marché du travail, les emplois – création et caractéristiques –, et les politiques de redistribution.     

论一人公司的利弊

一人公司作为一种新型的公司形态，一方面反映了现实社会的客观需要，另一方面对传统公司理念构成了极大的挑战。一人有限责任公司的形式已经载入修改后的《中华人民共和国公司法》，这为研究一人公司提供了立法基础，说明一人公司这种公司形式终于为我国所认可。一人公司作为我国经济领域的新兴事物，具有有利于投资者特别是中小投资者创业、风险较小等优点，受到了投资者的重视。但是我们在充分地享有一人公司所带来的益处的同时，也必须誓惕一人有限责任公司存在的种种弊端，对一人公司进行有效的规范，以促进一人公司的良性发展。     

Do self‐assessment and self‐directed support undermine traditional social work with disabled people?

In recent years, self‐assessment and self‐directed support have become mainstream options within disability services. The Disabled People’s Movement has advocated the need for such change for a long time but this has been persistently resisted by many social workers. In this article, it will be argued that both self‐assessment and self‐directed support undermine traditional social work and that social workers need to begin to work alongside disabled people, rather than ‘for’ disabled people, in order to achieve substantial system change.     

“帕措”认同与国家在场——西藏“大坝”移民村的权力结构分析

通过对西藏林芝地区移民村落大坝村的帕措势力分布和村民委员会主任选举过程的调查和分析，以村委会的权力结构为中心，探讨了国家影响和帕措势力之间的关系，描述了国家所主导的权威和秩序怎样在一个有紧密血缘纽带的西藏村庄展开。认为：“帕措”认同是大坝村“权力文化网络”的一个重要内容，是大坝村权威存在和展开的基础，也是国家影响向基层延伸途径和渠道。大坝村的帕措势力是村内起主导作用的村治力量，这个村治力量主导村庄权力的运转，形成较为固定的村治特点。大坝村委会的权力结构体现了国家影响和村民“帕措”认同的双向制约。

美的发生与人类审美活动的发生是两个完全不同的命题。美的发生与人类无关,它来自一种超自然的力。人类审美活动则是人类文明高度发展的产物,它必须具有一定的心理基础。而心理基础的形成,必须经历以下重要阶段:一是由感性能力向联想和想象能力的发展,二是由群体情感向个体情感的过渡。     

Development of intercultural competence among US American teachers: professional development factors that enhance competence

The increasing diversity of the student age population in the USA calls for increased cultural competence on behalf of educators to effectively teach students. This article reports on a study of a suburban school district’s initiatives that utilized the Development Model of Intercultural Sensitivity, the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) as a baseline measurement tool, and subsequent professional development for teachers, to promote the development of intercultural competence. ANOVA and regression analysis models were used to determine the variables that affect teachers’ perceived intercultural competence after their participation in professional development.
