现代图书馆的发展趋势

本文从六个方面来构建现代图书馆的发展,明确提出现代图书馆服务方式的转变,以指导图书馆工作适应现代社会的需要,通过以计算机技术为核心的数字化工程,可更快、更方便地为信息时代的人们提供学习资源和信息咨询。     

论网络背景下数字图像艺术的发展特点与趋势

在网络技术高速发展的今天,以网络为基础平台发展起来的网络文化对人们的生活影响越来越大。与此同时,数字图像艺术也迅猛发展起来,而且借助网络传播渠道不断拓宽,影响面不仅涉及专业设计领域,而且对应用数字媒体进行艺术教育的方法和手段起到了巨大推动作用。它将改变人们的行为和思维模式,在现代生活中发挥重大作用。     

基于融合视角的中国数字经济卫星账户编制研究

数字经济融合发展的复杂性对构建数字经济卫星账户提出更高要求。本文选取了OECD、BEA和中国信息通信研究院的数字经济核算框架进行差异对比,结合我国“加快推进数字产业 化、产业数字化”重要方略,明确编制中国数字经济卫星账户的测算目的是掌握数字经济对传统产业的作用传导机理和影响形成规模,从而决定基于数字技术对实体经济融合的视角定义数字经济产业和产品,将其分为数字经济基础产业和融合产业,以及数字产品和数字化产品,并据此识别数字经济核算界 限,尝试构建具备全面性、国际可比性的中国数字经济卫星账户的基础框架,设计了核心表式和相关总量指标。文章最后针对构建卫星账户的现实挑战,从政府、企业、社会层面提出对策建议。     

榆林学院图书馆数字资源利用率存在的问题及对策

现代数字资源在高校图书馆文献资源的建设过程中起到了重要作用。当前榆林学院图书馆数字资源的利用情况存在读者不熟悉数字资源的使用方法、宣传力度薄弱、网络IP限制等等问题。因此,榆林学院图书馆应在充分利用数字资源优势的基础上,建立学科馆员制度、加大图书馆电子资源的宣传力度、加强电子资源的基础设备和网络管理以及对数字资源进行整合,简化检索的过程等来发展和完善图书馆数字资源体系。     

论数字鸿沟与农村沟通网络的重构

城乡地区数字鸿沟的出现,进一步影响农村管理结构诸如沟通网络。信息是影响数字鸿沟的重要因素,数字鸿沟与沟通过程有着多重交互性,因经济条件对媒介接触的差异而产生数字鸿沟,已有相关实证。数字鸿沟对农村沟通网络产生了很大影响,因此应找出重构农村沟通网络的关键点。即在沟通网络中树立信息把关人,提升农民信息素养,建立信息管理的科学模式,构建因人而异灵活的沟通网络。     

Redoing feminism: digital activism,body politics,and neoliberalism

Abstract

This article investigates the renewed feminist politics that emerge from the interface of digital platforms and activism today, examining the role of digital media in affecting the particular ways that contemporary feminist protests make meaning and are understood transnationally, nationally, and locally. I consider the political investments of digital feminisms in the context of what Angela McRobbie has termed the “undoing of feminism” in neoliberal societies, where discourses of choice, empowerment, and individualism have made feminism seem both second nature and unnecessary. Within this context, I describe a range of recent feminist protest actions that are in a sense redoing feminism for a neoliberal age. A key component of this redoing is the way recent protest actions play out central tensions within historical and contemporary feminist discourse; crucial here is the interrelationship between body politics experienced locally and feminist actions whose efficacy relies on their translocal and transnational articulation. My discussion focuses on three case studies: SlutWalk Berlin, Peaches’ “Free Pussy Riot!” video, and the Twitter campaigns #Aufschrei and #YesAllWomen. My analysis ultimately calls attention to the precarity of digital feminisms, which reflect both the oppressive nature of neoliberalism and the possibilities it offers for new subjectivities and social formations.     

Visioning the Future of Gerontological Digital Social Work

ABSTRACT

Gerontological Social Work education has been substantially altered by the advancement of today’s digital technologies, influencing both the training and tools required to ensure student success in social work research, policy, and practice. The goal of this paper is to present the state of the science on gerontological digital social work education, identify implications for emerging technologies, and define areas for social work student competencies and proficiencies to advance the field of gerontological digital social work. This paper underlines the role of gerontological digital social work education in preparing future researchers, practitioners, and policymakers when engaging in Digital Therapeutic Teams. We provide insightful considerations pertaining to emerging technologies which present unique opportunities for innovation. Furthermore, this paper presents training and education opportunities for social work education in preparing future gerontologist practitioners, researchers, and policymakers to engage in multidisciplinary team efforts and leverage digital technologies and digital therapeutics.     

“互联网+”视域下学前教育区域数字化资源共建共享探析

在“互联网+”时代，学前教育数字化资源建设已成为备受各界关注的热点话题，也是当前幼儿园信息化建设的重要内容。以调研分析学前教育区域数字化资源共建共享存在的诸多问题为基础，提出通过职前培养和职后具有针对性的培训，快速提升幼儿教师信息技术应用能力；通过加强区域幼儿园数字化资源共建共享平台建设（包括配备有关教学设施、提供专业技术支持和建设区域幼儿园数字化平台等），以期对所呈现的不足与欠缺有所缓解与有效解决。     

数字金融能够促进高质量发展吗？

高质量发展具有多维属性已经得到广泛共识,如何推动高质量发展成为当前我国面临的重大现实问题。以提供普惠服务和精准服务为核心价值的数字金融借助一系列数字技术,为金融体系改革和创新开辟了新的道路,从而成为服务经济高质量发展的重要力量。通过建立以结构合理的产业体系、创新有序的市场体系、高效公平的分配体系、协调平衡的区域发展体系、绿色友好的生态体系以及全面多元的开放体系为框架的高质量发展评价体系,本文对我国2012-2017年30个省份(不含西藏)的高质量发展水平进行了评价,并结合北京大学数字金融指数建立回归模型。实证检验发现,数字金融确实能够促进高质量发展,而基于不同高质量发展指数和互联网金融包容指数的稳健性检验也肯定了这一结论。进一步分析发现,数字金融通过缓解企业融资约束提升了区域创新水平和对外开放水平,利用普惠服务的核心属性协调区域发展确保发展成果为全民共享,证实了其促进高质量发展的作用机制。加强数字基础设施建设,包容数字金融创新发展,强化数字金融监管的靶向性,有助于数字金融在高质量发展中发挥更大作用。
