创业能力情景模拟训练测评方法及系统研究

随着创业能力学习论逐渐被大家接受,创业者的创业能力如何训练提高和评价成为人们关注的焦点.通过资料综述确定成功创业者拥有的创业能力特征因子,即动机、品质、自我认知、价值观和深层次创业知识经验与技能,根据5种因子特征,在E-prime测评软件平台上分别采用内隐联想测试（IAT）、镶嵌图形测试和斯特鲁普效应测试（Stroop）,可以建立一种创业能力情景模拟综合测评方法,设计其测评系统程序.两组被试测评结果相关分析表明：创业动机不同的两组被试IAT测评分在置信度95％区间存在显著差异;创业能力不同的两组被试总测评分也存在显著差异.     

TRANSFORMING DISCOURSE INTO PRACTICE: COMPUTERHYSTORIES AND DIGITAL CULTURES AROUND 1984

This paper discusses some theoretical approaches to the question of how culture, technologies and the social interact. These considerations result from the author' research in the genesis of digital cultures in the 1980s. The paper begins by outlining the author' research project, and then continues with a discussion of some of the most influential approaches in the cultural studies of technology.This article then presents a small sample of the author' analysis, which combines narratological and discourse analytical methods with practice-oriented cultural theories, such as those of Pierre Bourdieu, Régis Debray and Bruno Latour.     

Bayesian estimation of multidimensional item response theory model using gibbs sampling

We propose Bayesian parameter estimation in a multidimensional item response theory model using the Gibbs sampling algorithm. We apply this approach to dichotomous responses to a questionnaire on sleep quality. The analysis helps determine the underlying dimensions.     

Risk Analysis of Safety Service Patrol (SSP) Systems in Virginia

The transportation infrastructure is a vital backbone of any regional economy as it supports workforce mobility, tourism, and a host of socioeconomic activities. In this article, we specifically examine the incident management function of the transportation infrastructure. In many metropolitan regions, incident management is handled primarily by safety service patrols (SSPs), which monitor and resolve roadway incidents. In Virginia, SSP allocation across highway networks is based typically on average vehicle speeds and incident volumes. This article implements a probabilistic network model that partitions “business as usual” traffic flow with extreme‐event scenarios. Results of simulated network scenarios reveal that flexible SSP configurations can improve incident resolution times relative to predetermined SSP assignments.     

论北宋词的女性化特征演进史

本文在阐释了词的女性化特征的前提下,主要描述了北宋词的女性化特征演进历程。笔者先对北宋词史链条上的每一个词人的风格进行个案梳理,然后用史学模式和史学思维重新构建北宋词女性化特征发展流变的整体框架。柳永、东坡、美成等的个案研究意在梳理出词人之间在词风上互相传承的关系,以此归结出词的本质属性--女性化特征的演进过程。     

The National Digital Newspaper Program: Building on a Firm Foundation

Abstract

The development of the National Digital Newspaper Program (NDNP) is founded on the distributed cataloging and preservation microfilming work of an earlier United States Newspaper Program. This article provides a high-level review of NDNP goals, participant roles, phased development approach, and the Chronicling America Web site.     

PVT筒中气液两相非平衡过程的数值模拟

目前国内外多采用平衡后各组分逸度系数相等的平衡判据来描述两相中各个组分的分配情况，但该法无法进行两相由非平衡初始状态达到平衡状态这一非平衡热力学过程的研究。针对这一问题，提出了引入扩散方程来描述液相和气相各个组分由接触到稳定过程的方法，建立了描述两相非平衡态扩散过程的数学模型，提出了分阶段求解模型的求解算法，并运用该法对PVT筒中气液两相系统由接触到稳定过程的状态进行了分析，得出系统全程压力变化规律及平衡状态下随高度变化的甲烷浓度分布规律。计算结果与实验数据对比验证了该方法的可行性，从而为非平衡态相变问题的分析提供了新的思路。     

Testing the equality of several covariance matrices

Using a new approach based on Meijer G-functions and computer simulation, we numerically compute the exact null distribution of the modified-likelihood ratio statistic used to test the hypothesis that several covariances matrices of normal distributions are equal. Small samples of different sizes are considered, and for the case of two matrices, we introduce a new test based on determinants, with the null distribution of its criterion also fully computable. Comparisons with published results show the accuracy of our approach, which is proved to be more flexible and adaptable to different cases.     

微波管CAD技术进展

传统的经验设计方法很难综合性地进一步提高微波管的功率、带宽、增益、效率及非线性特性等性能,高精度的微波管CAD模拟软件是改进设计,提高性能的主要手段。该文综述了微波管CAD技术的国内外研究进展,介绍了微波管CAD软件的主要分类及代表性软件,特别是我国自主研发的二维宽带大功率行波管CAD集成环境软件系统及三维微波管模拟器套装。展望了微波管CAD技术的发展前景,对我国自主开发微波管CAD软件提出了一些建议。     

应用数字仿真技术提高电液伺服课教学效果

针对电液伺服课内容抽象、理论推导多、不易理解,且学校实验经费紧张,无法实现物理实验的难点,应用数字仿真方法建立了能完成该课程相关试验内容的虚拟实验环境,同时该软件也可配合课堂教学,对所授内容进行直观演示.
