中国企业管理人员对创业的态度

本文调查了三组中国企业管理人员的态度。内容涉及他们对创业的兴趣以及他们对于创业成功机会的预期,并试图通过此类调查找到一些普遍性。这些将对企业家领域的政策制定者有所帮助。     

私营企业的企业家背景、多元化战略与企业业绩

本文运用"高阶理论"考察了私营企业的企业家背景、多元化战略选择以及企业业绩之间的关系.研究发现,与低学历的、年长的、创业前没有"企业负责人"经历的企业家相比,高学历的、年轻的以及创业之前曾担任过"企业负责人"的企业家更倾向于选择多元化战略.研究也发现,高学历、低年龄、"企业负责人"经历与高的销售额、资产额、资产增长率和净资产增长率正相关;多元化战略能够带来更大的资产规模、更高的资产增长率和净资产增长率,但对利润率没有显著的影响.同时,企业家的背景与多元化战略的交互作用同样影响着企业的业绩.创业前有过"企业负责人"经历的企业家采用多元化战略可以带来更好的业绩,而没有这种经历的企业家则会收到负面的效果.有意思的是,高学历和低学历的企业家采用多元化战略都提高了企业的销售额、资产额和净资产增长率,而中等学历的企业家采取多元化战略则带来了相反的效果.本文最后对该现象的可能原因进行了探讨.     

The resilience of the entrepreneur. Influence on the success of the business. A longitudinal analysis

The literature regarding entrepreneurship suggests that the resilience of entrepreneur may help to explain entrepreneurial success. In this article, we test whether a connection exists between resilience dimensions and the success of established entrepreneurs in the Spanish tourism sector, and whether any gender-specific differences exist. Resilience of subjects was measured 5 years before the follow-up data was collected. The results show that the three dimensions of resilience (hardiness, resourcefulness and optimism) help to predict entrepreneurial success. The key factor in predicting the success of the entrepreneur is resourcefulness. This could be said about both men and women. However, the ability to predict entrepreneurial success of those who have hardiness and optimism is different for men and women. The influence of optimism on the success of their businesses is greater for women than for men.

企业家社会资本与公司绩效关系研究——基于中国制造业上市公司的实证研究

本文从企业家关系网络特征和网络资源动员能力两个维度界定企业家社会资本,并将此概念操作化为四个指标.基于332家中国制造业上市公司样本的实证研究结果发现,企业家的纵向关系网络和政治身份对公司短期绩效具有显著的负面影响,这与部分实证结果一致.主要由于中国市场化取得了巨大进展从而削弱了企业对政府的依赖和社会资本功效的滞后性所致.同时,我们没有发现企业家的横向关系网络对公司绩效具有显著影响,而企业家的声誉则表现出对公司绩效的正面提升作用,尤其是在提高企业绩效质量方面.企业家个人特质也表现出对公司绩效的显著正面影响.     

L’origine sociale de la vigilance entrepreneuriale. Quand les artisans d’art se font entrepreneurs

Drawing on the concept of “entrepreneurial alertness” forged by Israël Kirzner, the article provides a sociological interpretation of the way in which entrepreneurs earn financial profits. By studying the productive diversification practised by craftsmen to make a living from their skills, he casts light on the social origin of entrepreneurial alertness. This arises from the intersection of the productive and commercial spheres: the dual role of creative craftsmen as both producers and sellers enables them to identify price differences between inputs and outputs from which they can profit. Because of their embeddedness in a professional community, however, there are limits on how much profit they can make. Entrepreneurial alertness is shaped by professional ethics.

企业表外筹资及其信息揭示问题研究

准确、公允的会计信息可以有效地保护投资者和债权人的合法权益,维护资本市场稳定发展。然而随着科技的发展,企业经济环境的变革,经济活动的不断创新,传统会计报表信息与决策相关性减少的局限性已显得尤为突出。许多交易或事项由于不符合传统会计要素确认标准,或因不具有实物形态或属非货币性资产而被搁置于会计报表之外。本文就企业表外筹资行为的特征、形式及其会计信息揭示等问题进行了尝试性的研究。     

企业家和职业经理人融合路径分析

本文围绕企业成长,立足企业家精神和专业化管理,分析了企业家和职业经理人融合的三种路径,揭示了“融合陷阱”的存在及其认识误区,进而提出,创业管理是企业家和职业经理人融合的新路径取向,并从企业内外部角度展望了公司企业家精神以及创业教育在企业家和职业经理人融合中的重要作用。
