西汉伊循职官考疑

本文结合传世文献和出土简牍,认为西汉所设伊循都尉属于敦煌郡的部都尉;伊循地区除存在隶属于敦煌郡候望系统的都尉职官外,还存在隶属于中央大司农的屯田系统的职官。     

妇女遭受家庭暴力的现状、原因与对策

家庭是组成社会的细胞,日益严重的家庭暴力破坏了家庭和社会的稳定。妇女遭受家庭暴力问题近年来引起世界各国的普遍关注。本文通过对妇女遭受家庭暴力的现状和原因分析,力求提出行之有效的预防和解决家庭暴力的对策。     

清代遂宁张氏家族诗人初探

清代蜀申遂宁张氏家族,诗人辈出,其中以文华殿大学士兼吏部尚书张鹏翮及其玄孙张问陶为代表,为清代文坛增辉颇多,本文对此加以评述。     

Family Policies in Germany and France: The Role of Enterprises and Social Partners

Although France and Germany are commonly classified as Bismarckian welfare regimes, they differ significantly in terms of family policy. For a long time, social and family policy in (West) Germany was focused on the male-breadwinner model of married couples. This was based on the expectation that women, in particular married women with children, would withdraw from the labour market permanently, or at least temporarily. Whereas care by mothers was massively subsidized by state family policy, the expansion of the childcare infrastructure was neglected and progressed only very slowly compared to the situation in many other countries of Europe. France, on the contrary, is one of the European countries where childcare services are particularly widespread, giving mothers the option to combine paid work and motherhood. Nevertheless, significant changes are happening in both countries. Concern over the demographic trends and low birth rates (in particular in Germany) have refocused attention on family policy in recent years. In Germany, it has now become a key field of debate and policy, and new actors have appeared on the scene. This article proposes to compare the latest developments in both countries, highlighting the contribution of enterprises and social partners to work–life balance, re-analysing the different types of familialism characterizing both countries.     

Themes and Trends of Journal of Family and Economic Issues: A Review of Twenty Years (1988–2007)

This review article examines the progress and impact of the Journal of Family and Economic Issues (JFEI) between 1988–2007. Over the past 20 years, JFEI has become a major journal publishing articles on the relationship between families and economic systems. JFEI contributed to both the economic and family studies disciplines by publishing articles that explore the interface of these two disciplines. Between 1988 and 2007, JFEI published articles on a variety of themes not often found in other economic or family studies journals such as family resource management, consumer attitudes and behaviors, and economic issues and family relationships. Other unique characteristics of JFEI include many collaborative multidisciplinary studies and many studies analyzing international or cross-cultural samples.     

通过林业经营和管理制度创新加快“林纸一体化”进程

林纸结合离不开规模经营。国家的林业和纸业产业发展政策，对林业经营和管理制度提出了新的要求。要解决纸浆林基地问题，需要进行林业经营和管理制度的创新，建立商品 林采伐申报制度，通过普遍的订单管理制度为造纸企业提供充足的原料基地，在家庭私有化 林场的基础上实现股份制规模经营，从而实现集体商品林生产和木浆林生产的“双赢”和可持续发展。     

台湾中部的移民和家庭变迁

在20世纪50和60年代，尽管扩展家庭作为传统理想家庭仍然在台湾受到广泛的推崇。但城市里更多的经济机会吸引了台湾中部的移民从农村涌向城市。虽然移民比以前有更多的机会生活在扩展家庭中，但是他们比非移民更倾向于携妻挈子早些离开出生家庭，而且趋向于认为兄弟关系不如夫妻关系来得重要。数据显示，一个男性移民的兄弟人数、排行、家庭经济背景等都影响着他迁往城市的机率，而且迁移并未完全阻断移民与移出家庭之间的联系。     

Childhood roots of financial literacy

Financial literacy predicts informed financial decisions, but what explains financial literacy? We use the concept of financial socialization and aim to represent three major agents of financial socialization: family, school and work. Thus we compile twelve relevant childhood characteristics in a new survey study and examine their relation to financial literacy, while controlling for established socio-demographic characteristics. We find in a mediation analysis that both family and school positively affect the financial literacy of adults. Moreover, financial literacy and school related variables also have a direct effect on financial behavior. This suggests that family factors and schooling work through complementary channels.     

浙北农村社会阶层区隔化及对村庄治理的影响

中农阶层是中国农村社会中的治理主体阶层,中农阶层成为维系中国社会稳定的重要社会阶层力量。进一步的研究发现,中农阶层在农村社会治理中的结构性位置与农村社会阶层的深层结构有关,农村社会阶层关系的区隔化使得数量庞大的中产阶层不仅无法在村庄治理中发挥应有的"中间价值",反而被吸纳进由富人治村与派性格局所形塑的治理结构之中。在富人治村不可逆的结构性背景下,国家的农村政策制定应充分考虑到村庄社会的阶层结构现状,加大对合适的阶层特别是农村中产阶层的扶植力度,以保障农村社会公共建设具有可供倚靠的治理主体阶层。     

无雇佣化的商品化：家庭农场的发展机制分析 ——基于皖南平镇粮食家庭农场的调研

家庭农场产生于土地规模流转的基础上,是现代农业的一种表现形式。本文基于皖南平镇粮食家庭农场的调研,总结了家庭农场的三种生成路径：资本大户分包、返乡青年创业以及农村种植大户转化。现阶段家庭农场呈现出主要劳动力来自家庭内部,原始积累来自农业之外,规模具有伸缩性及促进分工细化的特征,其实践体现出农业生产“无雇佣化的商品化”过程,即家庭农场一方面显著提高了农业商品化的程度,另一方面依然以家庭劳动力为基础,少雇佣且无雇佣经理人。家庭农场是小农经济发展的高级形态。现阶段家庭农场的发展宜注重小农经济的连续性,政策上给以家庭农场规模弹性的空间并促进社会化服务体系的完善。
