现实主义与文艺为政治服务——论周扬现实主义理论的特征及其理论来源(之二)

周扬认为文艺是政治的一定的形式。但文艺为政治服务,必须通过现实主义的创作方法。在毛泽东《讲话》精神指引下,周扬要求文艺为政治服务与为人民服务很好地结合起来。要求文艺工作者掌握正确的世界观,满怀热情地描写人民的新生活,塑造出新人的艺术形象。文艺作品应当努力创造出为人民大众喜爱的民族新形式。周扬关于现实主义的这些理论,来源于苏俄文艺思想并受到毛泽东《讲话》精神的深刻影响。     

阿拉伯国家“向东看”政策评析

冷战结束后,尤其是2004年“中阿合作论坛”成立以来,阿拉伯国家“向东看”政策倾向日益明显。国际格局的变化、美国的中东政策不得人心、阿拉伯国家因受内外部冲击而寻求合适的发展道路以及中国经济的高速发展所产生的强大吸引力,是促使阿拉伯国家实施“向东看”政策的四个主要原因。阿拉伯国家“向东看”政策使大国在中东的互动出现了新特征,国际多极化格局进一步发展。阿拉伯国家对中国期望值升高,既给中国既带来了新的机遇,又带来了新的挑战。     

从中国与海湾八国关系的发展看“中阿合作论坛”

对于中阿战略合作关系的思考,要建立在对中国与阿拉伯国家关系发展的历史和现状研究的基础上。双方关系既涉及到世界大国的因素,也涉及到与阿拉伯国家相邻的非阿拉伯国家的因素。对于中国与海湾八国关系发展的研究,是分析上述因素及其影响,并进而思考中阿战略合作关系的一个重要切入点。中国与海湾国家的关系,是由中国的外交战略、海湾地区的战略格局以及中国在海湾地区的国家利益等因素综合决定的。通过研究1958年以来中国与海湾八国关系的发展,有助于进一步发展中阿关系和推动“中阿合作论坛”的建设工作。     

Truncated 21st-century trajectories of progressive international solidarity

ABSTRACT

What potentials exist for realizing a new internationalism consistent with the visions of Samir Amin, Africa’s greatest political economist and one of the leading Marxists of his generation? To answer requires tracing back several decades, to interpret Amin’s own strategy for establishing first, continental and then, global networks mixing radical scholars and activists. Many missteps were taken, among which were gaps between top-down intellectual formulations (and manifestos) and bottom-up strategic narratives (often lacking a coherent ideology). Because of these limitations, even Amin’s most opportune political networking faltered, proving unsustainable. On most such occasions, it was Amin’s own auto-critique that assisted his allies in developing more profound formulations. It is in these various initiatives to which Amin generously gave his time, energy, resources and political commitment that we can learn some of the most powerful lessons for future internationalism.     

孤岛时期的《申报·自由谈》编辑思想研究

《申报》副刊《自由谈》是20世纪30年代中国报纸副刊革新的一个典范和旗帜。孤岛时期,王任叔主编时期《自由谈》实现了以“不违背民族国家的利益”宣传抗战救国;胡山源主编时期《自由谈》在贯彻抗战精神上有明确的意识,在传播风格上具有温和性;黄嘉音主编时期《自由谈》转向关注“社会与人生”,提供知识与趣味。     

Civil Society on Global Governance: Facing Up to Divergent Analysis, Strategy, and Tactics

This paper considers three different conceptualizations – three politico-ideological perspectives within civil society – on global-scale economics and geopolitics. The standpoints can be termed “Global justice movements,” “Third World nationalism,” and the “Post-Washington Consensus.” These three perspectives stand in contrast to the fusion of neoliberal economics and neoconservative politics that dominates the contemporary world. The three approaches sometimes converge, but more often than not they are in conflict; as are the civil society institutions that cohere to the three different political ideologies. From the three different analyses flow different strategies, concrete campaigning tactics, and varying choices of allies. The World Social Forum provides hints of a potentially unifying approach within the global justice movements based upon the practical themes of “decommodification” and “deglobalization” (of capital). It is, however, only by facing up to the ideological divergences that the global justice movement can enhance its presence.

对中国大陆经济增长竞争力排名的分析

本文通过对世界经济论坛(WEF)历年全球竞争力报告的分析,指出2002年以来中国大陆经济增长竞争力(GCI)排名下滑是客观存在的。通过研究参加排名的国家和地区数量的变动对中国大陆经济竞争力排名的影响,以及GCI各层子指标变化对中国大陆经济竞争力排名下滑的影响,本文指出了我国经济竞争力排名下滑的深层原因。     

“民族形式”：1939～1942中国文学“现代性”方案的新想象

1939年－1942年,延安文艺界发起了“民族形式”论争。与此相应,国统区的“新启蒙运动”“战国策派”等也对“五四”新文艺进行了再评价。讨论中,向林冰的“民间形式中心论”、胡风的彻底否定“旧形式”均受到批评;周扬则提出在“五四”新文艺基础上,整合旧形式、创制更有包容性的“民族形式”的折中方案。《在延安文艺座谈会上的讲话》是对“民族形式”论争的总结和回答,是以“抗战建国”为核心提出的一整套建立现代民族国家的文学现代性方案。“民族形式”的论予实际构成了中国当代文学、包括赵树理崛起的初始情境。

随着第九届世界伊斯兰经济论坛在伦敦举行,伊斯兰资本在英国的发展进入一个新的阶段。英国对伊斯兰资本的态度从过去的冷淡转向积极,伊斯兰资本在英国的经济复苏中正扮演日益重要的角色。第九届伊斯兰经济论坛在伦敦的举办,意味着伊斯兰资本在英国进入新的发展阶段,英国正努力把伦敦打造成欧洲的伊斯兰资本中心,并且推动其成为未来世界伊斯兰资本中心。
