金和软件公司基于CMMI的项目质量管理研究

能力成熟度模型集成(CMMI)是中小软件企业广泛接受的质量管理体系。中国自引入CMM/CMMI,并大力在中小型软件企业推广的过程中,暴露出的最大问题是落地难和不可持续发展。围绕着CMMI模型如何在国内的中小型软件企业落地和可持续发展,重点对金和软件公司当前的软件项目质量管理情况进行了调研,提出该公司基于CMMI的项目质量管理方案,并通过对该公司的协同办公平台进行系统性的定制开发,使该项目质量管理方案得以落地、实施,从而实现了项目管理与CMMI的最佳结合,显著提升了该公司项目管理绩效。     

软件学院人才培养模式的创新研究

软件学院的人才培养对我国的高等教育改革提出了新的要求,文章通过分析现阶段软件学院人才培养模式存在的问题,着重阐述了人才培养模式的创新和保障措施。     

基于视觉行为的手机新闻App图文布局设计研究

通过实例总结出手机新闻App的三种基础图文布局结构,即左图右文式、左文右图式和上文下图式布局。以图文布局结构的客观评价为目的,从视觉搜索和视觉浏览规律的角度,分析了手机新闻App图文布局结构对用户阅读效率的影响。运用眼动仪对三种图文布局方案进行了实验评价与分析。通过注视轨迹、注视热点、注视点数量和搜索时间,研究不同图文布局方案下视觉浏览和视觉搜索的眼动规律。实验发现用户使用手机新闻App呈现文字导向型的视觉浏览规律,上文下图式图文布局的视觉搜索效率最高。研究结论可为手机新闻App图文布局设计提供科学的参考依据。     

试析多媒体教学中存在的若干问题

通过对多媒体教学中普遍存在的问题的探讨 ,重点阐述了传统教育技术和现代教育技术的关系、多媒体教学软件的教学设计、教学软件库的建设、教育技术培训及多媒体教学管理等问题     

立体标签自动贴标机结构设计

为了减少在产品包装环节中的人员参与,提高包装环节的自动化程度,研制了一种用于立体标签的自动贴标机。 根据产品贴标的流程,采用Pro/E软件进行三维建模和零部件的优化设计,包括传送机构、标签推进机构和折弯机构。 折弯机构中采用了折弯翻板实现对标签的折弯控制;自动贴标机各机构均采用了独立的电机控制,控制系统采用PLC 技术和变频器调速控制,设计了电动机正反转的控制电路图。通过对机械结构和电气控制系统优化设计,得到了满足设 计要求的自动贴标机机构设计参数,实现了对厚度为0.5 mm纸质标签纸的2次折弯并实现贴标过程。该自动标签机的 使用实现了包装过程的自动化,提高产品的包装效率。     

The Times They are A’changing: Multigenerational Family Simulations

Multigenerational households are increasingly affecting both the individual and family as well as community organizations and social policies. Social work and other family studies students can profit from educational modalities that use adult learning applications through a systems life-course perspective, the whole family aging over time. Family simulation software—addressing multigenerational families, such as two or more adult generations living together—builds on a previous paper (Marriage & Family Review, Feb. 2015). Social class, among other demographic and environmental variables, is emphasized. Agent-based family social network simulation of multigenerational families can facilitate experiential learning. An automatically generated life events report, based on both factual data and specific family characteristics, can be used as a classroom case study for role playing and assessing.     

Critically assessing digital documents: materiality and the interpretative role of software

As a contribution to the ongoing tradition of critically assessing documents for research, this paper aims to highlight materiality as a key factor in the co-shaping of knowledge derived from digital documents. The paper first builds upon prior debates in document studies with work from the fields of Science and Technology Studies, and Communication Studies, to establish the role of document materiality in the interpretative process. By first establishing digital documents’ material reality as electrical signal, the paper then discusses the interpretative role of software, in both the representation of that signal for human interpretation and the production of the document through software tools. Finally, the paper considers the implications for persistence and access to digital documents posed by their material reality and the private archival contexts in which they often reside.     

Researcher reflexivity: exploring the impacts of CAQDAS use

Computer-assisted qualitative data analysis software (CAQDAS) programs are established tools for qualitative research. Making informed decisions when using them requires researchers to understand how they affect research practices and outcomes. In this article we consider the impact of CAQDAS on researcher reflexivity. Reviewing three decades of literature, we identify specific ‘reflexive moments’ experienced by CAQDAS users, the contexts in which they occur, the issues they raise, and the reflexive awareness they generate. The ways in which CAQDAS can enhance or undermine researcher reflexivity are also reported. By doing so, we aim to help researchers and especially research students (and their supervisors) understand the relationship between CAQDAS and reflexivity and the reflexive moments they may encounter when using such software.     

On evaluating interactive statistical program packages

Most statistical computing for data analysis has come to depend upon statistical program packages. In recent years, interactive computing has become widespread both on large time-sharing systems and on mini-computers. This paper identifies ways in which interactive statistical software packages differ from batchoriented software and discusses evaluation considerations pertaining specifically to interactive packages.
