On perturbations of Stein operator

In this article, we obtain a Stein operator for the sum of n independent random variables (rvs) which is shown as the perturbation of the negative binomial (NB) operator. Comparing the operator with NB operator, we derive the error bounds for total variation distance by matching parameters. Also, three-parameter approximation for such a sum is considered and is shown to improve the existing bounds in the literature. Finally, an application of our results to a function of waiting time for (k₁, k₂)-events is given.

电子商务的迅猛发展,深刻改变了传统的经济发展模式和人们的生活方式,也引发了一些新型社会和法律问题。基于互联网环境下商业模式和交易方式的特殊性,在涉及电子商务的民事侵权纠纷案件中,网络交易平台经营者的民事责任自然也成为核心和焦点问题。厘清责任构成特点以及具体的过错认定标准,对于规范和促进电子商务产业的健康发展,遏制网络环境下的侵犯知识产权行为,维护网络购物消费者的合法权益意义重大。在此基础上,通过健全分渠道经营、价格过滤与低价解释、信用激励引导和协助维权等制度,维护网络交易安全和公平。主要通过网络交易平台经营者民事责任的理论和实践分析,提出规范网络交易平台经营者行为的制度性建议。     

一种定向交叉的单纯形遗传算法

针对交叉算子产生个体的无方向性特点,提出了一种改进的实数交叉算子.该交叉算子吸收了单纯形法的思想,每次交叉都朝着当代种群最优解的方向进行,以提高算法的局部搜索能力.为了防止算法陷入局部极值,还提出了一种爬坡算子.实验证明,改进算法在提高收敛速度、摆脱局部最优解方面极为有效.     

修正的Baskakov-Durrmeyer算子线性组合的逼近

本文讨论了修正的Baskakov－Durrmeyer算子的一类线性组合的Lp（l＜p≤∞逼近,给出了正定理、逆定理及特征刻划．

IOWHA算子及其在组合预测中的应用

在有序加权平均(OWA)算子概念的基础上,提出有序加权调和平均(OWHA)算子及诱导有序加权调和平均(IOWHA)算子的概念,讨论它们的一些性质。同时指出现有的加权调和平均组合预测方法存在赋权的缺陷,建立新的基于IOWHA算子的组合预测模型,给出了IOWHA权系数的确定的数学规划方法。最后实例分析表明该模型能有效提高组合预测精度。     

不同坐标系下的动量算符

本文讨论了量子力学中算符ih▽与动量算符的对应关系,指出了在直角坐标系下的简单对应关系不适用于一般曲线坐标系的原因,由于力学量算符的厄密性要求,不能通过这种简单的对应关系直接写出一般曲线坐标系下对应的动量算符。     

Instrumental Variable Treatment of Nonclassical Measurement Error Models

While the literature on nonclassical measurement error traditionally relies on the availability of an auxiliary data set containing correctly measured observations, we establish that the availability of instruments enables the identification of a large class of nonclassical nonlinear errors‐in‐variables models with continuously distributed variables. Our main identifying assumption is that, conditional on the value of the true regressors, some “measure of location” of the distribution of the measurement error (e.g., its mean, mode, or median) is equal to zero. The proposed approach relies on the eigenvalue–eigenfunction decomposition of an integral operator associated with specific joint probability densities. The main identifying assumption is used to “index” the eigenfunctions so that the decomposition is unique. We propose a convenient sieve‐based estimator, derive its asymptotic properties, and investigate its finite‐sample behavior through Monte Carlo simulations.
