河南省自主创新体系的功能研究

河南省自主创新体系具有四个功能:创新基础设施的建设功能、创新制度的建设功能、创新资源的优化配置功能和创新活动的执行功能。该体系四大功能相互联系,紧密结合,任何一部分功能的失效都将影响整个体系功能的全面发挥。其中,创新基础设施的建设功能和创新制度的建设功能是自主创新体系最基本的两个功能,创新活动的执行功能为实现我省经济跨越式发展开辟了新的思路。     

Transformed ratio type estimators for the population mean in the presence of nonresponse

In this paper we have proposed two transformed ratio type estimators for the populaion mean in presence of non-response. The proporties of these estimators are studied in the case of a Unite population and also through the superpopulation model Approach.     

Interprofessional Client-Centered Reasoning Processes in Home Modification Practice

We investigated the complex reasoning processes of professional home evaluators involved with home safety assessments. Twenty evaluators with varied professional training engaged in in-depth qualitative interviews. Two primary themes emerged: integrating expertise and tailoring interventions. Within these themes, evaluators expressed differences and similarities in how they obtained information, developed interventions, and addressed professional-client interactive reasoning as they identified needs. We propose an adapted ecological model to describe best practices for personalizing home modifications through an interprofessional lens. Differences among professional home evaluators reveal unique, yet overlapping reasoning processes. Interprofessional teams may better meet the holistic needs of home modification consumers.

进入20世纪90年代以来,中国社会一个引人注目的现象是伴随贫富悬殊的两极化而出现的社会弱势群体。弱势群体的弱势社会位置易使这个群体形成错误的价值取向,甚至产生对社会的仇视对抗心理,这会导致社会心理动荡,影响社会安定。调查表明,犯罪已成部分弱势群体改变其弱势性的极端方式。比较突出的表现,就是城镇失业人口与农民工的犯罪。因此,正确分析城镇失业人口与农民工的犯罪成因,对稳定社会有着重要的现实意义。

Distribution of the coates-diggle test statistic in case of replicated observations

A closed form expression for the distribution of a test statistic for comparing the spectral densities of stationary processes is given. This test statistic was introduced by COATES and DIGGLE ( 1986 ) for the unreplicated case and has been extended to the case of replicated observations by POTSCHER and RESCHENHOFER ( 1988 ). A simple method for computing approximate critical values in case of large numbers of replications is also provided. As a by-product an explicit expression for the distribution function of the range of independent variates each distributed as the logarithm of an F-variate i.e up to a factor of 2 each followin Fishers z-distriution is obtained
