西方各国环境保护法的发展历程及趋势

环境保护直接关系着人类的前途与命运，影响着世界每一个国家、地区、民族乃至每一个家庭及每一个人的生存与发展。近年来，在国际社会的积极倡导和不断努力下，许多西方国家都把环境保护提升到国家经济社会发展的战略高度来考虑，并根据本国的实际情况制定强有力的环境保护法律法规和政策措施，确保社会可持续发展。结合科学发展观的理念对西方各国环境保护法的发展历程进行分析总结，指出其终极价值是以人为本，并分析环境保护法的发展趋势。

本文通过科学发展观所包含的丰富价值理念等问题研究状况的简要介绍,展示了近五年来学界对该问题研究的发展趋势、重要成果,旨在促进该问题的继续深入研究。

丙硫咪唑对鸭自然感染环肠科吸虫的驱除试验

经鼻分泌物涂片检查和抽样剖检诊断感染有环肠科吸虫的麻鸭群,按公斤体重分别给予25mg、50mg、75mg和100mg的丙硫咪唑进行驱除试验,其结果:减虫率分别为70.59％、76.47％、76.47％和82.35％。     

What drives alignment between offered and perceived well-being initiatives in organizations? A cross-case analysis of employer–employee shared strategic intentionality

This study investigates the conditions of alignment between an organization's business strategy and the well-being initiatives (WBIs) offered to employees and employees' perceptions of the latter. We conducted a comparative study on the conditions of alignment between offered and perceived WBIs in three companies with different business strategies. Findings highlight that the alignment between offered and perceived benefits depends on what we label as “shared strategic intentionality”: (1) how employers use their understanding of the organization's business strategy to craft WBIs and (2) employees' attributions about why their employers offer WBIs the way they do and of the broader understanding of the organization's business strategy. We contribute to the strategic HRM literature by proposing an integrative position with regard to the macro (i.e., employer-focused) and micro (i.e., employee-focused) research traditions. Our position has the advantage of looking at employers' intentions and at employees' attributions of intentions simultaneously, and unravels the central role of business strategy in shaping their alignment. From a practical standpoint, not only do we bring a more nuanced understanding of the strategic HRM challenges faced by employers and employees in settings with different business strategies, but we also initiate a discussion about the traps and best practices associated with configuring effective WBIs in organizations.

阐释了科学发展观的基本内涵,概括了科学发展观的形成背景,给科学发展观以新的历史定位。指出科学发展观是马克思主义关于发展的世界观和方法论的集中体现,是同马列主义,毛泽东思想、邓小平理论和“三个代表”重要思想既一脉相承又与时俱进的科学理论,是我国经济社会发展的重要指导方针,是发展中国特色社会主义必须长期坚持和贯彻的重大战略思想。科学发展观的提出,是党对社会主义现代化建设规律认识的进一步深化和对人类社会发展规律认识的一次飞跃。     

Issues in Portability of Evidence-based Treatment for Adolescent Depression

Depression is one of the most commonly diagnosed psychiatric disorders among school-aged youth, with high prevalence and far-reaching consequences. However, even though there are two evidence-based practices for treating adolescent depression (Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and Interpersonal Therapy), most adolescents referred for treatment are unlikely to receive either. In part, this is due to the difficulty of transporting an evidence-based practice from laboratory to real-world setting, and determining how to transport an empirically validated treatment has thus become a focus of concern for social work researchers and practitioners. A host of client, clinician, setting, and treatment delivery variables can influence portability. Taking all these factors into consideration is a daunting task—but less daunting if done at the onset, during the initial process of efficacy research, rather than afterward as a separate stage. The thesis of this paper is that the only solution to the problem of portability is a combined, rather than sequential, approach to treatment development in which effectiveness and application concerns are included in the original research design. A review of suggested approaches, as well as discussion of factors that contribute to variance in outcome, is followed by recommendations for future research.     

疾病的宗教性建构：理解农民因病信教的行为和动机——以一个河南乡村基督教会为例

近年来,农村地区的一些村民在身患重病难以得到医疗救治的情况下,会尝试将信仰基督教作为一种替代治疗方案。本文通过对豫东陈村教会农民因病信教现象的深入分析,发现本土化的基督教为农民的疾病医治提供了一套“合理”的解释体系,通过“神医结合”的方式,有些农民疾病的痊愈得以可能。“疾病”和“苦难”被赋予新的意义,被构建为“神拣选之前的考验”,继而导向皈依基督教。农民最初的功利性信仰,会经由宗教仪式的出席和宗教实践的参与而逐渐形成对基督教的理解和体验。农民因病信教成为基督教民间信仰化和本土化实践的重要表现形式。
